Finca Ca'n Calona, ​​​​est un endroit spécial pour se détendre et profiter du paysage de la Serra de Tramuntana et des magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Vous pourrez également profiter de la baignade dans la piscine privée d'eau salée, sans chlore, avec ses dimensions de 8mx4m.
Sur la terrasse solarium, vous pourrez vous reposer sur le lit extérieur et bronzer sur les chaises longues.
La maison est située dans une ferme entièrement clôturée de 7000m2 où les enfants peuvent jouer librement.
La ferme est loin du bruit urbain, mais très proche des villes de Caimari et Selva, à 1 km. Il y a des supermarchés, des magasins, des pharmacies et de bons restaurants où vous pourrez déjeuner ou dîner.

Finca with wonderful view

Lovely garden with view over the pool to the mountains. Wonderful countryside. Ideal for hiking and cycling trips. No traffic noise, only sound of animals. Well equipped, clean, good WLAN. Excellent support by our hosts.

A lovely quiet 2 weeks

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, this would be ideal. Yet it’s well located to get pretty much anywhere on the island with a car.

Great place!

We had 2 great weeks in this house, which has High standards. We enjoyed relaxing, While viewing the mountains, and swimming in the pool. Before and during our stay, the communication with Toni and his family was super positive, and easy.

Gorgeous villa with magnificent view

This is one of the most wonderful holiday homes we ever stayed in. Our boys loved everything about it. The pool, the bikes, the tree house. The view is magnificent and the surrounding area and villages are lovely. Toni and his family were very kind and even provided us with food en breakfast for the first night. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Dreamy location and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely finca in the countryside

Had a great week at C’an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Home from home.

The property was everything we had hoped for.The facilities were first class and the position of the house in the country side was so peace full .And after a week in Palma which was so very busy we found it to be just what we wanted .The pool was the ideal way to cool down.I hope we can return sometime in the future. Lovely Place

We spent a wonderful week at Tonis House. The pool is a great for swimming, the isolated area and lovely view on Selva very relaxing and quiet (if you don't count all the animal noices around!) and the house sufficiently supplied with all you need. The correspondence with Toni and his family was very friendly and they always replied within a short time if you had a question. Thank you very much!

Great house with a stunning view

We had a great week in this beautifully situated country house. Everything was taken care of, we got the directions from the airport to the house one week before arrival. House was easy to find by means of coordinates. Got good instructions how to enter the property and house. Nice pool although the wetter was not good enough in our week to use it a lot.

Charming property in stunning location

Lovely old farmhouse which has been thoughtfully renovated retaining lots of original features. Rare to find this kind of property in Majorca. Fantastic outdoor space with stunning mountain backdrop. Toni was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Not a criticism, but just be aware that the villa is quite remote so a car is a necessity. Also being an old farmhouse with small windows it can be quite dark in autumn when days a shorter. Overall a lovely villa in a stunning location

A perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most relaxing stay at Ca’n Calona. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The surroundings were perfect for a peaceful stay and we loved listening to the goats next door whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals in - we were too reluctant to leave the most perfect view to venture out!! We did our “big shop” in Inca and then picked up our “bits” in Caimari or Selva - everything was easily accessible with the hire car. Cristina and Toni were fabulous hosts. The storm that hit on our first day caused a little problem with the electrics, but Toni arrived with the electrician within an hour. They ensured the problem was fixed and made sure they checked everything was ok in the days after. They couldn’t have been more helpful and we were so grateful. In summary, if you’re looking for total relaxation in the most beautiful surroundings - this is the place for you!

Amazing peaceful place to stay

We have just spent a week at Toni’s Finca and we are in LOVE! We have been to villas in Majorca 4 times and this is the best ever for us. Such a well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. It’s hard to find somewhere for 2 people but clearly this Finca can take more it also is amazing for a couple. Then pool is well maintained and just perfect in such a private garden. No neighbours but goats, chickens and a donkey - the MOST peaceful place we have stayed in. We walked to Caimri in 20 minutes it is tiny with 3 restaurants - all offering something completely different. But do be honest we went to the supermarket in near but Selva to get everything we needed e and spent all our time in the beauty of the Finca. We did drive the 4km to Inca to go to Aldi one day but we decided the small Selva option is fine. This place is an oasis of calm and peacefulness. It has everything you need in the kitchen and provides everything from books, games and even sun hats and umbrellas! The welcome plate of fruit and cold meats as well as cold drinks, water and ice creams was most unexpected but wonderful. We met Toni and his Papa on our second day and they came with olive oil and vinegar - just to check all was ok. We had ongoing contact with Toni throughout or stay just checking all was ok. The added extras of the bikes, hammock, outdoor bbq and place house for children were lovely. There is nothing that we can write that will represent the smell of the massive rosemary bushes in an evening outside when there is nothing to hear. Watching The birds (with the binoculars) provided during the day and stars at night sitting on the outside chairs will remain as a memory until we return. We will go back. This is a truly amazing Finca owned by a lovely family. We can’t recommend it enough - a family of 4 or 5 would be perfect for this too but if you are a couple like us it’s a slice of heaven that you will not want to leave.

Une maison magnifique, dans un cadre idyllique. Cristina très à l’écoute et disponible.Maison très bien équipée.La localisation permet de découvrir l’île en voiture de part et d’autre avec maximum 45 minute de route. Nous avons adoré !

Magnifique !

Séjour magnifique à Majorque! Nous avons énormément apprécié le calme de la villa, le paysage, le coucher de soleil sur la montagne, la piscine. Les premières plages sont à 30 min de voiture. Nous reviendrons certainement pour y faire du vélo !

Nous avons adoré

Un grand merci à Toni et Cristina pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour (11 nuits) dans cette maison au calme, à la campagne. La maison a été rénovée avec authenticité (et matériaux de qualité) et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle possède tout le confort nécessaire : bonne literie, climatisation dans les chambres, serviettes moelleuses, cuisine hyper équipée (jusqu'à la machine Nespresso), canapés confortables. L'extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec cette vue dégagée (quasi 180°) sur les montagnes et Caimari et des éclairages extérieurs permettant de profiter des soirées dehors. La piscine est nickel et entretenue par Toni pendant notre séjour. Il y a même des chèvres et des poules dans le champ à côté pour le grand plaisir de notre fille. Bref, c'est une maison parfaite pour de bonnes vacances en famille

Un havre de paix

Superbe maison typique, décorée avec goût, très propre et confortable. La vue est absolument magnifique et la localisation pratique pour visiter l'île. L'extérieur est bien aménagé et tout le nécessaire y est pour pouvoir en profiter. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Nous y avons passé une semaine reposante en famille et nous y retournerions sans hésiter! Merci beaucoup Cristina et Toni pour votre chaleureux accueil et au plaisir de vous revoir un jour! Top notch house, great owners

We have rented several houses over the years but this one tops them all. The house is nestled in a beautiful setting with spectacular mountain views The pictures on this site give an accurate description of the house and even do reality a little bit short. The house has all the amenities onze may need when on holidays and comes with a lovely terras, a refreshing pool and a massive orchard allowing for freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. The owner Toni was extremely kind. As we arrived relatively late on a saturday he made sure to put some food and water in the fridge. He was very flexible with respect to our hour of departure and even bought a present for our daughter who turned 3 during our stay. To summarize, we had a great stay and we will definitely come back!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert, und die Kommunikation war jederzeit einfach und sehr freundlich.Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und ruhig (bis auf die Hähne am Morgen ), die man dank der guten Isolierung im Haus jedoch nicht hört. Besonders schön fanden wir es, morgens früh draußen zu sitzen und der Natur zu lauschen.Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte. Eine Tankstelle ist ebenfalls nicht allzu weit entfernt, und mehrere Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.Föhn, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Toaster haben einwandfrei funktioniert.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft die Grundausstattung der Küche: Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden, hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Allerdings wären Dinge wie Öl, Essig und einige Gewürze eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen :)
