Sue was a fantastic host, lovely and friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Our dogs were also made very welcome. It was very quiet and we would love to stay again x

A perfect setting for a break away. Fabulous bedrooms each with a luxurious ensuite. Cosy,homely and with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Wifi worked well. Just my brother and I and a puppy for 3 nights. It could be extra cosy with 4 adults plus dog but has a lovely outdoor area too. Definitely recommend! Thankyou.

Lovely little cottage set in beautiful location, so quiet & peaceful. Our children loved the horses in the fields next door. The location is great as only 10mins for local shops etc. Sue is a friendly and welcoming host. Would love to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful cottage with everything we needed. It was a shame there wasn't a little gate on the court yard garden so we could let the dogs potter about outside.

Perfect stay for 93 year old mother and me!

Peaceful location with countryside views, lovely and warm, well equipped and very mobility friendly, helpful owner, suntrap of a little garden (not fenced if you had a dog however).

Perfect for visiting Maidstone

This property is as advertised, it’s on a working farm so not super quiet but perfect for us as an energetic young family!! Gorgeous garden to explore and a well equipped kitchen kept us all happy

Perfect little cottage

This cottage was just right for us. Small and cosy, very peaceful location. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom are a plus. 20 minutes away from friends we were visiting and will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Perfect place for a getaway base.

Remote, yet close to everything you need. Provided everything we needed for a short stay. Quiet countryside location, very relaxing, with garden area and small but very spacious cottage accommodation. Level access showers, and washing facilities. Everything you need.

Perfect base from which to explore the area

The cottage was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great location and we were able to visit many interesting places, including NT properties and Bedgebury Pinetum, to all of which we were able to take our dog. There are also nice pubs in the area to eat out at, notably the Bull Inn and The Horseshoes at East Farleigh. We may be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Sue was really attentive and prepared the property well. She was available to assist us and promptly responded to messages. There is plenty of parking and the cottage is cosy and really comfortable We were impressed with the bathrooms and the kitchen had useful utensils. Our mum stayed with us and there was room for all of us. The place is really clean and the area is peaceful. I would highly recommend a stay at this cottage. You need a vehicle to get about - it really is a lovely place to stay.

we were two couples each with a spaniel dog. The cottage is very dog friendly with the addition of a large field next to the cottage for dogs to run around freely. we had a lovely few days mainly walking the dogs and walking to the local pub despite the weather. Sue was on hand if we needed anything.

The cottage is lovely. I would have given a ten, however i knocked off one for the oven which was dirty and we didnt feel we could cook a meal in it. Apart from that, everything was fine.
