I work as an International Tour Leader at a travel agency and am therefore far away. That is why I want to rent the house during my absence.

This property has an ideal area of ââ80 sqm with a very convenient residential layout.
The house is fully equipped including a 55 "curved flat screen TV, Netflix, stereo with Spotify, iPod docking station for your own music and a BlueTooth connector so you can play the music on your phone to the sound system.
The interior is a balanced combination of modern and classic style, which reflects in the art that is present in the apartment and also in the garden.
The apartment is 7 minutes by bike from the beach Kijkduin. The tram to the center of the city is a 3-minute walk away and the street is (still) free parking and is very quiet.
There is a south facing garden and it is furnished with an outdoor dining area and a wooden deck containing a sheltered lounge area with an abundance of pillows.
There are two bikes available, one men's and one ladies bike so you can move easily and quickly. And if you don't want to walk or cycle and take the tram you can use the two public transport tickets that are present. (Unfortunately đą you have to upgrade the balance yourself.)
