Dear Alex, we are truly sorry for your review, as I believe we were far too kind and courteous towards you despite the continuous absurd requests on your part, perhaps thinking we were in a 5 star hotel with a personal concierge 24 hours a day (for example: requests for medicine that you couldn't find in the pharmacy because it requires a prescriptions, etc….) But I will answer you point by point: - for cleaning, it is done carefully, but we are surrounded by a garden so if you enter with your shoes dirty with soil, the floor will inevitably get dirty. -the people you are talking about are my father who only comes to feed our chickens and give to our guests our products, but if it was not desired it was enough to say so from the first day and we would have organized differently. - for the question of location, it is well written in all the reviews and we told you before your arrival that you would need a car to get to the center, because taxis are very expensive in our areas. Alternatively there is public transport. - for taxis, I only contacted a private driver to help you get around, the cost was even lower than our taxis. Maybe the mistake was helping you, if you had called a taxi on the first day, you would have realized that a rental car was needed. - your departure transfer was delayed due to a problem with the car and he apologized a thousand times, I know that you did not miss the flight as you arrived at the airport an hour and a half before the flight's departure, if so you lost it's not the driver's fault. - what in-villa entertainment did you want? Shows, music? If you had asked us, everything can be arranged, for a fee of course. - finally, our TV also has English-language channels or it was enough to simply change the language of the chosen program. I would also like to point out that you sent friends and relatives to the villa without asking permission from us. The villa is for exclusive use only by those staying and it is usually not possible for unregistered people to access our facility. We therefore think that the next time you book and choose a structure, first evaluate whether it is suitable for your needs. Alfonso and family
