Belle villa, proche de la plage. Jardin clos avec piscine privée.

Casa Molineros est une villa individuelle avec un jardin privé plein sud enviable et sa propre piscine. Il est meublé dans un style contemporain à un niveau élevé. Il est entièrement climatisé et bénéficie du wifi.
Toutes les chambres ont des stores anti-moustiques.
Il y a 4 grandes chambres dont 3 au rez-de-chaussée, 1 double avec salle de douche attenante, une autre double et une twin qui partagent la salle de bain familiale. Un vestiaire supplémentaire est également à cet étage. La suite parentale au premier étage a son propre balcon donnant sur le jardin et le golf.
Le salon est spacieux et dispose de grandes portes coulissantes donnant sur la terrasse du jardin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et très moderne.
Il y a une cour sur le côté où les repas à l'extérieur peuvent avoir lieu avec une grande table et des chaises pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes.

La région offre une ligne ininterrompue de plages s'étendant sur 120 km du Rio Guardiana à la frontière portugaise au Rio Guadalquivir à l'est.
La plage de Nuevo Portil est à seulement dix minutes à pied.
Il y a une sélection de bars, restaurants et magasins locaux à distance de marche et El Rompido est à seulement cinq minutes en voiture où vous trouverez beaucoup plus.
Les aéroports les plus proches sont à Faro, au Portugal ou à Séville, qui sont tous deux à une heure et dix minutes en voiture, donc une voiture de location est nécessaire

Los Molineros Getaway

A great place to unwind and relax. Its easy to get to and in a beautiful area. The Villa was great true to the photos describing it. Our two weeks went by too quickly.

So very comfortable and well maintained !

The garden , pool and outside seating were really pleasant! We loved el rompido for eating out , there is a real buzz during the evening. Don't use the restaurants above the marina, parking at La Faro and walking through the shops. Great at sunset. El portil was a little too far to walk as it was so hot, so would recommend a car.

Superb Villa

We as a family didn't think that we would be able to make this holiday due to the ongoing problems in the world. Somehow things worked out for us. The communication prior our holiday was exceptional and patient. Thank you Christine and Cristiana. The local taxi man (Carlos) greeted us at Seville airport warmly and went above and beyond in waiting for us while we Grocery shopped. The Villa is everything as described and more. The Villa is in a very quiet location but, only just a 20 minute walk to shops and the beach. We spent most of our time relaxing around the pool and enjoying the tranquility of the area. We experienced a few power cuts during our stay but discovered that the portable fan in the kitchen was the culprit. The pool man was promt in restarting the pool pump on all of these occasions. The beds are comfortable and the Air Conditioning was welcome during our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and plenty of towels are supplied. I think that the umbrella on the patio area hasn't weathered the winter very well, and may need replacing. We all agreed that it was a very enjoyable stay and the only negative was that we should have booked longer to stay. Book this Villa, you won't be dissapointed.

I’m so pleased that you got to enjoy your holiday amongst all the craziness surrounding covid . I take note about the garden brolly and will order a replacement. I must say I think a larger one , similar to the one in the courtyard would be more beneficial. Also the kitchen free standing fan will need to go . Having not been able to visit this year it’s difficult to realise what needs sorting. Cristiana does a tremendous job but of course she is extremely busy so simply can not do everything! A Hidden Gem

This was my first visit to the western end of Andalusia and what a pleasant surprise – a welcome contrast to the tourist strip that runs along the south of Andalusia from Marbella to Almeria. Casa Molineros in Nuevo Portil is about an eighty minute drive from Faro airport. The villa is in a quiet suburban street and backs on to the local golf course. We rented in June which is low season for golf as the temperature has started to climb but it is still very clement in early morning and late afternoon. A round of golf for two including buggy rental was 83 euros but best of all it was millionaire golf as the course was empty. There are half a dozen courses in the area but why move further afield when we could have ice cold refreshments handed over the garden fence at the 11th green? Christine, the owner could not have been more helpful from the moment we found the property on the HomeAway website to the time we left and her local housekeeper, Cristiana, was also a delight who mercifully speaks excellent English! The villa has only recently been rented out but the fact that there are six (and now seven) 5 star reviews says it all. No need to reiterate the comments of other guests which are very accurate. The pool area and the grounds are quite perfect. The rooms are air conditioned and the Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants and in particular I would recommend the local village of El Rompido which has a number of beach restaurants as well. The local beach is walkable but not close and I would strongly recommend car hire. Again Christine came up trumps and provided us with a contact at Auto Season whose representative met us at the arrivals gate and dealt with the usual paperwork on the spot, saving that all too familiar and frustrating wait at the airport car rental check-in desks, not to mention dealing with the toll charges (very modest) when crossing to and from Portugal into Spain. I am reluctant to sing the praises of this villa too much as I fear that this hidden gem will become far too popular. My advice would be to book early to avoid disappointment. Would I stay here again? Yes please!

Espace et calme

Grande maison propre et jardin avec piscine agréable. Très grande disponibilité et réactivité de l'agence gérant la propriété en cas de besoin. Les plages sont un peu éloignées pour y aller à pied mais proches en voiture et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour se garer.

Propre et calme

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la maison, sans doute aidé par le fait que ce soit la semaine sainte (semaine de Pâques), et l'absence de voisinage. Le golf au fond du jardin procure une belle vue ... et accessoirement quelques balles dans la piscine ou sur la pelouse. Nous avions à disposition 4 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain, conformes au descriptif et aux photos. L' équipement est parfait, le mobilier est vraiment splendide. Nous avons juste eu un peu froid les premières nuits, les plus fraîches de notre semaine. Et nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner les climatiseurs en mode inversé. Mais cela n'a pas réussi à amoindrir notre confort.

Tolles Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage

Tolle etwas ältere Villa in typischen andalusischen Stil gebaut in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden.Hausverwalter Cristiana und Carlos waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich in kürzester Zeit um die Wünsche der Gäste gekümmert. Super professionell! Lovely villa with fantastic pool

We had a great time at Casa Molineros. Communication with Christine before the holiday and Cristiana both before and during was excellent - they were both so helpful. The villa is very well-equipped (although we would have appreciated more than one TV for 6 adults with different viewing preferences of an evening!) The air-conditioning was very efficient and a godsend in this climate. The highlight, though, has to be the pool - absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Ideal para ir en familia

Una casa muy bonita y cómoda en una ubicación excelente, fuimos dos matrimonios con dos niños cada uno y disfrutamos muchísimo de la casa, que es muy práctica, la piscina y la tranquilidad del entorno. Cristiana y Carlos, encargados del hospedaje, fueron muy atentos y resolvieron todas nuestras necesidades al momento. Wonderful holiday

Property was exactly as described, absolutely spotlessly clean and in a very convenient position for local restaurants and the beach . The garden and pool were lovely and we only had one golf ball come over the fence, a small price to pay for the very quiet and peaceful outlook. The area is very Spanish and untouristy (is that even a word ?) and we would be very happy to return , both to this area and of course to Casa Molineros. Beautiful Villa

We are a demanding family of five in that we like quality and nice things. Los Molineros delivered on all fronts. The villa is beautiful and of a high specification. Yes some might say the TV could be bigger but who goes on holiday to watch TV? The living area downstairs is a really good size and the kitchen is very well equipped. Outside, the pool is fabulous and the garden and flowers striking in their colours. The bedrooms are well thought out, roomy and all have air conditioning which is vital. The master bedroom upstairs is large with a great ensuite and balcony. The beach at Nuevo Portil and a large diverse quantity of caffes, restaurants and shops are all within a 20min walk which was wonderful. Most of the holiday makers were Spanish which itself is a very good sign. If you are looking for a quality well equipped spacious villa within walking distance of great beaches and quality restaurants you will be hard pressed to find anything better. Finally, we would like to thank Christiana and Carlos who looked after us brilliantly during our stay. They were responsive, informative and very unobtrusive whilst providing excellent service. Thank you.

Loved every minute. Beautiful villa stayed for 2 weeks relaxation and it worked. Lovely location with lots of really good restaurants within a short drive. Stunning clean beaches. Villa very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, loungers, beach chairs, lots of tables for dining in shade or in the cool of the air conditioned dining/lounge. Beach towels & house towels supplied very good quality. Villa spotless when we arrived & we met the very kind Cristina who gave us our keys and helped us with any queries (no matter how daft) on the way. Swam everyday and really needed it in August sun of 40 degrees!!. Went with 2 families with 3 girls aged 11 years. The girls had their own bathroom, and the couples had a bathroom each. We will definitely be going back to do some more exploring in the area. Flew into Faro, Portugal and hired a minibus which took us around an hour to drive to El Portil. Seville took us just over an hour, did the hop on hop off bus for around 18 euros per adult.

Superb villa and pool

We have just got home from a wonderful ten days at Casa Molineros. We stayed with our three young children plus my parents and the villa's layout suited this set-up perfectly. There is even a door separating the three downstairs bedrooms from the staircase leading to the master bedroom upstairs making it ideal for two families to share but also enjoy their own privacy. The rooms were spotless, spacious and the kitchen extremely well-equipped. Air conditioning in every room made the hot evenings bearable and the amazing blackout shutters meant we all had long, lazy lie ins! The pool has steps leading down into it making it ideal for our youngest who can't swim yet to sit and play there, beach towels are also included. We barbecued some evenings and enjoyed breakfast on the sunny terrace each morning. We would recommend a car for this house: shops, the beach and restaurants are all within walking distance but in the glorious Spanish heat and with young children in tow a car would make things a little easier. We had a lovely meal in El Rompido where there are bars and a play area next to the beachfront, the old town here is beautiful and vibrant with shops and bars. We got a taxi there and back. This is the perfect base for a holiday if you want to experience a taste of real Spain, we tried to get on Spanish time quickly as you will find many restaurants don't open until 9pm and the beach is still really busy at this time. Many thanks to Christiana the house keeper who had excellent communication and was very helpful and patient, especially when our taxi was very late picking us up to go home (we wouldn't recommend Hoppa taxis from Faro airport!) Hopefully we will return to this beautiful villa in the future.

Ultiem vakantiegevoel!

Wij hebben een onwijs fijne vakantie gehad. Het huis is nog mooier qua interieur dan de foto's laten zien. Het is groot, ruim en koel binnen. Airco is aanwezig, maar die hebben wij niet nodig gehad door de wind aan zee. Buiten zijn meerdere ligbedden en een loungeplek waar we vaak zaten rond borreltijd. Aan de andere kant van de villa is een kleine binnenplaats met een grote eettafel. Het uitzicht op de golfbaan is heel rustgevend en we hebben geen last van de buren gehad. Perfect vakantiehuis voor een ultiem vakantiegevoel!

A little bit of paradise

We have just returned from a family holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is set in a beautiful location on the golf course and is central to many towns, fishing villages and beaches. The facilities within the villa are first class, the kitchen is more than adequately kitted out with enough crockery for our two families plus our family members who stay locally. Lots of tables and chairs for everyone to fit around comfortably too! The pool area is very clean and well looked after with plenty of beds and chairs. It is also well equipped for a visit to the beach with cool box, chairs, and parasol. Each room has air conditioning which was well used during our stay due to very hot temperatures. The furniture in all the rooms is of a very high quality and the beds are very comfortable. The property manager is very efficient and speaks good English, nothing was too much bother to her during our stay. The bed clothes were all changed after the first week. If you like to experience a little taste of the real Spain away from touristy areas, this villa is the one for you, we are already trying to arrange our next visit.

Hi , I'm Chris , married to Gary since 1982. We have three grown up boys. Moved to Shropshire in 2012 when Gary retired.
We spent a long time deciding where to buy a holiday home and eventually found the perfect spot in Costa de la Luz area. Unfortunately we haven't managed to spend as much time there as we had hoped but one day we'd like to move there permanently. In the mean time we will give other people the opportunity to holiday there and experience this beautiful part of Spain.

We tried various countries and several parts of Spain.but the moment we arrived in Nuevo Portil we knew we had hit upon something special and decided to locate the best plot on the golf course and build our villa.
We chose a south facing plot ,which is quite large (1035 m2), overlooks the 11th green, and has a beautiful, private garden.

We decided on a larger then average sized pool so you can actually swim in it!!
The garden has the sunshine all day long being south facing and has the benefit of mature hedging so it’s not over looked at all.There is large private courtyard to the side of the villa with ample dining table and chairs for those balmy 'al fresco' evenings.
A table tennis table and equipment are provided to give you a rest from sunbathing!
The park which has a small bar is just around the corner where you will find the locals often gather at weekends.
