Ce cottage de vacances élégant et spacieux de 2 chambres à coucher est idéalement situé sur la côte est du Devon, juste à côté du sanctuaire des ânes de renommée mondiale. Tous les conforts de la maison avec une vue et un emplacement magnifiques. Maintenant avec wifi via EE (non illimités, les conditions s'appliquent) La propriété est entièrement équipée avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, un salon avec une télévision LCD Freeview et un lecteur DVD. La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec tables de chevet, une coiffeuse et des armoires. La deuxième chambre est une grande chambre à deux lits avec penderie et commode. La salle de bain comprend une suite 3 pièces et une cabine de douche séparée. En dehors de la propriété, il y a un joli patio avec une vue dégagée sur la mer.

Great place

Lovely stay here again, so peaceful and uninterrupted views. Love hearing the donkeys at the sanctuary. Only concern is our car going down all the potholes in the holiday park road, they need filling in as they're so deep and will damage your car unless you have a 4X4. Apart from that, great place to stay.

Modern and tidy property

Lovely place to stay and a short walk to the donkey sanctuary. It’s well equipped and there’s lots of parking and outdoor space. The only issue we had was lack of WiFi which was advertised but not available and the DVD player being temperamental. Highly recommended and great value

Lovely property.

Spacious and comfortable property in a countryside setting. Private and not overlooked. Only downside was the terrible track to get to it, full of pot holes and obviously not maintained.

Peaceful Stay

We were delighted when we walked into the property which is so spacious and had everything we could need. It was so quiet, the only sound we heard in the distance was a donkey braying occasionally. We visited the Donkey Sanctuary, highly recommend a visit - free entry! Really don't get previous comments re WiFi, it worked for us. However, wouldn't have been bothered if it didnt - after all, we were on holiday 😊. Will stay again!

Peaceful rural location with sea view.

Overall, pretty good with nice "welcome pack" including a plant! Place was clean and well equipped with xtras (like dish-wash tabs etc. Bungalow is semi-detached so we were lucky that our "neighbour" was usually quiet. Driveway is a disaster and rough enough to be potenitally damaging to vehicles and occupants.

the property is a good size and well equipped. Sadly was unable to log on at all in my 6 days onto the wifi. Also the television and the dvd kept switching off, so gave up on that too. The single beds rooms the mattresses were not comfortable that I had to put the mattress on the floor. And the freezer was totally iced and the dishwasher door was very loose and scary to use it. The place is very peaceful and no light pollution which is wonderful with an array of birds including an barn owl which was beautiful and 4 woodpeckers. The Donkey Sanctuary a delight again

Lovely but NO useful WIFI and fone signal can be poor

Lovely property in wonderful situation. Would love to go again but as other guests noted in the guest book, there is no useful Wifi. Our fone signal was poor. We needed to keep in touch with people so was quite stressful The description noted WIFi was available but could be slow at times ! There really is no useful WIFI so a bit misleading. Brilliant for anyone not requiring to keep in touch with rest of world, peaceful beautiful spot to get away from it all. Unfortunately we really needed communication !

Thank you for taking the time to review the property. We would like to point out that it states the wifi can be patchy and the solution can be to re-boot the modem as well as your mobe devices (disconnecting your devices wifi then reconnecting). As for the poor telephone reception this is purely down to geographical location and the service provider for your mobile phones and not something we are able to do anything about we're afraid.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung, bis auf das fehlende WLAN. Allerdings ist das gesamte Gelände insgesamt nicht besonders gepflegt. Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort, diese ist geschlossen. Der Vermieter hat missbräuchliche die Kreditkarte wegen einen verstopften Duschabfluss und einem Handtuch, welches angeblich mitgenommen wurde, in Höhe von 117€!!! belastet. Ein sehr unseriöseres Verhalten!!

Near the Donkeys

Enjoyed our stay, booked because of the location. It was great to be able to walk straight into the donkey sanctuary. House had everything we needed and was nice and clean. Thank you for the welcome pack. Would be good to have some info in the information pack to say where the recycling and bins are, found them okay anyway. WIFI wasn’t great, WIFI info in the pack was different to the info send on the booking. Also a lock on the bathroom door would be good. Would book again.

Lovely relaxing home from home

Very clean and modern. Beautiful views. Plenty of open space for our mini daschund to play in. The accommodations is exactly as described and nothing disappointed. There is everything you need for your stay and a lovely little welcome pack of essentials to get you started. It is a great base to visit lots of beautiful places. Beer beach was my favourite. We made lovely memories. We will be highly recommending this place to our family and friends. Thank you so much

Fantastic property with a super location

We had a truly great experience staying at Tyra. On walking in the property was very clean and tidy and then you see the space and the views out wow! No issues at all and your located in a lovely area with many footpaths taking you from the donkey sanctuary to other towns and beaches. If you get chance walk the coastal route which is through the donkey sanctuary and you get a nice quiet beach where we even found fossils. Highly recommended and will be looking to revisit in the future. The town of Beer, Seaton and Lyme Regis are all well within reach. Simply can't thank Kerry and Aaron enough.

Lovely property

This property was perfect for exploring Devon. It had pretty much everything we needed and was clean on arrival. The donkey sanctuary right next door was a lovely place to visit with a great restaurant. There were lovely dog walks around the area and a great mile long walk for us down to the deserted beach. Sidmouth and Beer were nice little places to visit, just a short drive away.

Short stay away

Property was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and there was milk in the fridge for us when we arrived which was great. Lyme Regis was a lovely little town and we found some fossils on the beach!

Very well equipped bungalow in a lovely position

My mother and I had a great stay. The property is well equipped and is in the best position with lovely views of the sea. The sunsets were spectacular. The only problem was the lack of wi-fi and cell phone signal. As my work involves the use of both, it did cause me serious problems, but if you're there for a holiday, it's obviously not an issue. I would highly recommend this property.
