Great stay in Malaga

The property is in the perfect location to walk to most things to do in Malaga. It is roomy and provides places to gather, but also privacy when you want it. The management office was super attentive to our needs and checked in often to ensure everything was alright. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Special Apartment

This old timey, 19th century apartment is special. It is extremely spacious with tall ceilings and multiple hallways leading to different areas of the apartment. Rooms are large with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Each room has a TV and the entire place is charmingly decorated / furnished. Modern, spacious kitchen. Comes with washer. You also can't beat the location. Right by the main sights, next to a ton of restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. The place is professionally managed and they offer extra services such as having groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall an excellent stay, especially for families.

Large space and close to entertainment

Drove into the city from the airport and struggled to find the apartment because parking was a nightmare. Once we parked the car in a parking garage we were able to locate the unit. The place was huge and my wife kept getting lost in the apartment! Tv in each room with ac/heater in each room. Had everything you need in the unit and safe. Beautiful old historic building. Kids able to have their own space but still connected with each other.

Fantastic stay in ideal Malaga location!

We spent 4 nights in the Aduana Presidential apartment in Malaga in March for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was huge and absolutely stunning with more than sufficient space for our group of 8. It was very well equipped and only complaint would be that we would’ve welcomed a few more towels. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us and we had rain and also muddy ‘Sahara’ rain while we were there so didn’t have the opportunity to sit out on the private terraces, which we would have loved to have done. The agency arranged airport transfers for us which was great but on arrival, we were dropped at the Living4Malaga offices to check in and pick up our keys. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating and the only downside is that we then have a fifteen minute walk with luggage through the centre of Malaga to find our apartment. The location of the apartment, however, was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more. We were in the centre of the old town surrounded by all of the historic tourist sites, close to the port and with numerous shops, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. We would definitely stay here again!

These facts effected our stay with your firm and whilst they are not directly concerning the property they did impede us accessing the property and are therefore relevant to us using your services in the future.You sent us the incorrect contact number for the offices of living for Malaga. Therefore we had a very stressful few hours trying to get in contact with them. Please amend this as it coursed us real problems at the very beginning of our stay.The number you sent us was not recognised by the living 4 Malaga team and when we constantly rang was not answered at all.So as you can imagine this was a very poor start to our holiday. When we finally did manage to contact the living 4 malaga team they said they didnt recognise the number that you had sent at all. We feel that this significant inconvenience warrants compensation. We look forward to hearing from you.

Luxury in Malaga

This place is amazing. Very palatial but welcoming and comfortable. We relaxed in the lounge and would have used the fabulous courtyard more, if it had been later in the year and a little warmer. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a kettle to accommodate English guests. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable with TV in each one. The apartment is very well located for the old town and the beach. Its just perfect.

Spacious apartment with a very 'grand' feeling about it. Great for a group and very close to shops and restaurants. Given it's closeness to the centre it was very quiet at night.

Lovely, large apartment in perfect location

My family and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in May while attending a wedding in Malaga. The apartment is in a great location, across from the Malaga Museum, steps away from the Roman ruins, cathedral, shopping, cafes etc. Even with the great location, the apartment is quiet! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and lovely. We were able to walk to many restarants, shops, the beach and the cathedral. Our only problem was that we didn't stay long enough! There is a lot to do and see in Malaga, even without considering all of the day trips that you can take from the city. We did not use the kitchen because of the many wonderful places to eat nearby but it was nice to have available, for the refrigerator and to make a cup of tea. On top of the comfort and convenience, this apartment was beautifully decorated. Just lovely. This apartment is truly a gem. I feel lucky to have been able to stay here.
