Located just a minutes walk from the beach front and one of MojacarÂŽs livliest areas with its many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.

The through lounge/dining area has patio doors leading out into a south facing large terrace over looking the community gardens and pool.
The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The master double bedroom has en-suite, with a bath and overhead shower
The second bedroom contains two single beds and with ample wardrobe space.
The second bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower
