Another fantastic stay

Great place to stay

Excellent place to stay, close to a few pubs with good beer and nice food. Hot tub is excellent. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back.

Fantastic new years break

Me and my family wanted a calm peaceful break for the new year to take some time out and relax, we chose the perfect place. Accommodation was perfect, location was so peaceful yet close enough to places around without having to travel far. There is also plenty to do in the area with many excellent walks nearby. We will definitely be back again.

Pleasant stay

Been here a couple of times before and it doesn't disappoint. Very quiet pleasant place to stay noone bothers you unless you need them and the log cabins are well kept and clean . The dog loved all the outdoor space too.

Another perfect stay

This was the 2nd time staying at Flowery Dell, we first stayed last summer. I have to say I enjoyed my stay even more than last time. Lodges are spotless with everything you might need provided. Holly and the other 5 on that row, have a beautiful outlook over a little grassed area with trees, and daffodils at this time of year. Lots of little bunnies hopping around, so lovely to sit and watch. The whole site is immaculately kept and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Lots to do and see locally, even if you're taking your dog, as I did this time.

Fabulous

We as a family really needed a short break after loosing my mam in march this year took some persuading to get my dad away and he was so pleased he had lovely location staff amazing thank you flowery dell we will definitely be back x

Gorgeous quite site

stayed here for a few days with our pup to avoid the fireworks. Lovely accommodation with everything you need - very tastefully decorated. Little welcome pack for the humans and the pooch was a lovely touch. Hot tub was gorgeous- my only request would be if the guy checking it could come a bit later than 07:30 for the dog friendly chalets as he set all the dogs off each morning. Other than that, perfect!

Excellent holiday lodge with hot tub. The tub was inspected and checked twice daily so was always in perfect condition and temperature. Great location...super peaceful but close to all amenities in town

Fantastic

Beautiful lodge, everything you need and more. Very peaceful. Staff are very helpful, friendly and always happy to see you! They left a lovely bottle of Merlot as a gift for my partners birthday, so thoughtful. Be back again soon!!!

Few days away

Me, the wife and peppa the dog spent 3 nights here as a little break away and we certainly made an excellent choice. The cabin had everything you needed in the kitchen (except couldnt find an egg cup!) The place was exceptionally clean and the little welcome packs for us and one for the dog was a nice touch. The hot tub on the balcony was welcome after a day exploring Yorkshire and was checked twice a day without disturbing your stay. There was plenty of space around the site to walk the dog who liked chasing the hundreds of rabbits that were about! We will certainly be back again soon

Relaxing escape

This was our second visit to Flowery Dell and once again myself, wife and 2 dogs had a lovely relaxing time with plenty of things to do locally. Great service, banter and chat with the locals at the Holly Hill Inn and food at The Town Hall Pub in Richmond was great. Both dog friendly and within walking distance. We visited Richmond Castle and Barnard Castle, both are good value for money and again dog friendly. Flowery Dell has great lodges in lovely surroundings and the hot tub is relaxing after a day out. We will definitely return if we can.

Excellent all round

3 night stay was superb! On arrival the welcome was lovely and the check in was simple, we stayed at Holly Lodge. Lodge was perfect, immaculately clean and full of all the utensils and bits and bobs you need. A great extra touch was the welcome hamper and birthday bottle of wine (thank you so much). Hot tub was great! Kids were well entertained with board games and also Sky movies etc. Location is excellent just few mins drive to Richmond town centre and also a great base for days out. I would highly recommend Flowery Dell Lodges - 100% will book again

Living room Door

Excellent place so convenient for Richmond and other places. By no means did this detract from the beautiful setting and comfortable lodge, a place we will certainly return to. The door into the living room could do to be on a slow close mechanism, if you forget and do not physically close it or have your hands full , then gravity bangs it shut.

A beautiful setting for a beautiful lodge

Had the most wonderful stay at Holly lodge with my son age 10 and my daughter 22 with additional needs. It has absolutely everything you could need. From a well equipped, clean kitchen to board games and we all enjoyed the hot tub, which was extremely well maintained. If you like peaceful, relaxed location then this is the place to go. An abundance of wildlife and some fabulous goats, plenty to see and do in local area also if that’s what you like. Ample information and maps of walks in the area provided in the lodge. Overall a great place to go and just forget about everything for a little while! I’m sure we will return in the future.

We're thrilled to hear about your wonderful stay at Holly Lodge! It's fantastic that the lodge provided everything you needed, from a well-equipped, clean kitchen to a variety of board games. It sounds like the hot tub was a highlight for your family, and we're glad to hear it was well-maintained. You're right its such a peaceful and relaxed location, and plenty of wildlife just on the doorstep. with Richmond town centre only a 5 minute car journey.
