The accommodation comes with off road parking for one car and there is a communal bike shed available for use.

Southbourne is a popular coastal suburb of Bournemouth, ideally positioned between Boscombe and the historic town of Christchurch. Southbourne is renowned for its beautiful Blue Flag beaches, with miles of golden sand providing the perfect setting for family days by the sea, swimming and coastal walks. Fishermans Walk is a popular green space leading towards the cliff top and beach, providing a pleasant woodland walk and a haven for local wildlife. The historic Fishermans Walk Cliff Lift provides a scenic and convenient way to travel between the cliff top and the promenade, making it easier to access the sandy beach below when the lift is operating.
