Lovely clean property with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is large, heated and in great condition. The kitchen is spotless with every piece of equipment needed for those choosing to be self-catering .If there is a kinder, more helpful host than Massimo I am yet to meet them.

My family and I (children aged 17, 16 and 8) stayed at Villa Garden for just under two weeks. We had a lovely time and Massimo could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The house was spotless and the pool lovely with great views over the lake and mountains. Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a great time at Villa Garden - great location (close to town and with elevated views of the area), relaxing pool and super clean. Massimo and Elisa were amazing hosts - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic week at this gorgeous villa which was beautifully furnished,spotless and very well appointed. Max and his family were extremely helpful throughout our time and helped with recommendations for restaurants, parking and even running routes.We will definitely come back to this stunning villa.

We had an amazing time Elisa and Max were excellent helped with dining reservations and such property was clean had everything we needed it was so nice to come back after a day of touring to swim and relax by the private pool highly recommend

A fantastic holiday for the family

We loved our time in the house! The garden was beautiful and the pool area was great. All facilities in the house was splendid! The host Massimo was very friendly and helpful from start to end. We would definately recommened this house to all!

Slice of heaven near lake Garda

Beautiful property near lake Garda. Quiet and private yet close to Desenzano, Sirmione and autostrada. Beautiful heated pool and full AC in every room. Host couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Look forward to returning someday with my kids and grandchildren. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Villa

We cannot fault the Villa in any way. Lots of space, fantastic air conditioning, beautiful gardens and pool, and kitted out with everything you can think of. Massimo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including leaving us staples of food and drink, as well as gifts. We loved the area too.

Luxury villa

We have had a wonderful week at Massimo’s villa. Beautiful house, gardens and pool with amazing views of Lake Garda. The house has everything you could need and more with Massimo thinking of everything that adds comfort and a touch of luxury. There’s a spot to find for everyone in the grounds to enjoy their stay. Highly recommended.

We really loved staying in Villa Garden!!! Everything was exactly the way as described or shown on the pictures, but even better!!! The view from the pool area is stunning! And the equipment of the house is top top quality. And everything was very, very clean!!! We really recommend this villa and would always like to come back! Just perfect

First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. Fabulous base to come back to after a day sight seeing with a dip in the pool and relax in the beautiful gardens with a glass of Prosecco and the Circada evening chorus. Just perfect.

We had a great stay in Massimo's villa. The villa was beautiful, newly refurbished with all mod cons, lovely garden and fabulous new pool with panoramic views down to Lake Garda and the mountains beyond. Massimo and his family were perfect hosts, very helpful and had thought of everything including great food and wine as welcome gifts. As well as wi-fi, Massimo had set us up for Netflix - our teenage son and daughter liked that. Good location within easy reach of Lake Garda and Verona. Very highly recommended. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Villa Garden was a dream vacation for my husband, sister and adult children. Massimo and Elisa are the most thoughtful hosts-all our needs were anticipated and they are delightful to chat with. The lake and castle views from the gorgeous pool are awesome. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms all comfortable and private. There is plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite lounging spot. Lonato was a great base as the Desenzano train station is a few kilometers away and has regular, easy connections to Venice, Verona, Milan, Florence etc. The best part was after a long day or touring we had our own private oasis to come home to and relax while planning the next day's adventures.We highly recommend this beautiful property. Fantastic Villa and swimming pool!!

This villa is top-class and far better than the impression that the website gives. It is luxury luxury!! It has been well-thought out with attention to detail and good quality materials used in all areas. It is in a quiet, rural "small gated community". The swimming pool is stunning with amazing views over Lake Garda. Overall, we were not disappointed in the slightest and this villa would be our first consideration if we decided to come back to Lake Garda. You will not find a better or more helpful host than Massimo in the whole of Europe! We needed a baby high-chair so he went out and bought one - awesome! My whole family would highly recommend this villa. Brian

Fantastic property in a great location

We were a family of 6, 2 adults and four older teenagers. This property was fantastic. Comfortable beds, great pool and garden, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Massimo looked after us really well, personally showing us round when we arrived. It’s a great property for teens/older children. The room in the loft has steep stairs from the bedrooms below and the teens loved it. The master bedroom has an en-suite and a balcony. The photos don’t do it justice. The location is just outside Lonato, a short drive (8 mins) from Desenzano del Garda. Fantastic view from the property down to Lake Garda. We loved the location, just a bit away from all the tourists but close enough to enjoy Lake Garda and all it has to offer. We would highly recommend this property.

Séjour Famille lac de Garde

Super séjour dans une villa bien équipée et très propre au calme à quelques kilomètres de Desenzano. Massimo et sa fille Elisa son très agréables et serviables. lieux visités : Sirmione en journée et le soir , Au Nord Lago Ti Tenno et le village de Canale ( compter 1.5 hrs de route le long du lac de garde coté ouest) , visite de Vérone avec voyage en train ( 30 minutes ) depuis la gare de Desenzano , tout peut se faire à pied depuis la gare de Vérone ( colline et château San Petro, pont San Pietro, Piazza de l'Erbe , Arènes et Colisée ).......

Un endroit magique et un hôte fantastique!

Sur les haureurs du Lac de Garde, nous avons passé des vacances en famille fantastiques. Une villa avec une vue imprenable sur le lac, la piscine et les aménagements extérieurs dignes des plus beaux hôtels... Un intérieur superbement aménagé offrant toutes les commodités pour satisfaire 8 personnes. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la grande sympathie du maître des lieux ' Massimo ´ et de sa fille ´ Elisa' . Un hôte a votre écoute à chaque instant du séjour et de belles attentions dès notre arrivée. Merci Massimo!

Excellente prestation

Prestation de grande qualité. Très belle maison aménagée avec goût et avec un équipement très complet. L'exterieur (jardin et piscine) est impeccablement entretenu. La vue est splendide. Les propriétaires sont charmants et d'une parfaite disponibilité. Idéale pour un séjour en famille.
