Off the beaten path

Loved this location - a hidden gem along the coast. Will definitely plan to stay again. The house was quaint, view was insane & loved the little town/beach - way better than crowded Sorrento and popular tourist areas. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful view

Very nice place over looking the water. Luciano was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and close to the beach and restaurants.

Un vrai bonheur cette villa, accueil super sympa grand merci a Mariano

endroit idéal pour passer un séjour super tranquille en famille,villa très propre, linge de maison jardin très agréable vue très sympa de la terrasse, proche commerce et resto sans hésitation je reprend cette location sans problème. Si un bemole quand même, la photo de la chambre avec terrasse ne correspond pas vraiment la fenêtre de gauche n existe pas hahaha mais bon pas grave un 10/10 quand même

Nerano is wonderful

We loved our short stay in nerano. What a charming seaside town. And this property offered great views with a great set up. We would most definitely return.

A very nice villa at great location

Photos very accurately shows the villa condition. very well maintained. Linens, beds and kitchen were immaculate. Shower space is small considering the fact that this is a villa and not a small apartment. Good view of ocean and close to beach, but you will need a car to get to Markets, resturants etc. Plan on driving a small, but powerful automatic transmission car only. Narrow and very steep road leads to Villa. This is about 30kms away from Sorrento, It will take about 1 Hour drive time to Sorrento. I have over million miles of driving experience on all types of terrain, yet i found it very challenging to drive here (from Sorrento to Villa) Villa's official street addres is different. It is located on another private street (different name) with no outlet, This private street is about 50 meters away from the official street address given by resort management company. Make sure you have a cellphone that works in this area. I had a TMobile service plan from USA, that worked very well here. Oherwise get a local cell phone. You do not want to be caught here without a good dependable cell phone service. I wish i had one extra day to enjoy serenity of this place. You can take a private boat tour to Capri Island fron the local beach. one do not need to go to Sorrento for it. Cost to Rent private boat is about same as you would pay at Sorrento. If you plan to stay longer Stock up on water, food etc. Local full bodied wine was excellent with nice aroma. Resturants serve good food, about 2 kms down the steep road.

Over the top.

A gorgeous house with magnificent views from every window. Perfect place to completely disconnect and enjoy solitude. Lovely village within a five minute walk for necessities and restaurants. Staff at Grocce Villas couldn't have been more helpful. They were very kind to us.

This house has great potential but the company that manage it needs to do better.

Pros for this property. The house is in a fabulous location. Beautiful surroundings and view. The nearby town has nice restaurants. Cons. The add clearly says that there is an internet connection but there is none !!! The downstairs shower is terrible. The add says that the house has AC. Well, only one bedroom has AC and during our stay we could not use it since it was leaking so much water onto the floor. No fans. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. No cutting boards. No basic spices. No kettle. Very few utensils. No coffee or coffee machine. No paper towels. Just FYI, we travel a lot and we do not regard our selves as too fussy.
