Unixx is a luxurious condominium development located in the heart of Pattaya, recently completed, less than 1 km from the famous Walking Street. The new apartment offers 35 sqm of living space, which comprises of an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and lounge area, bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is built-in fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, two ring hob, hood, sink, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils needed for your stay. There's a 42" flat screen TV with cable in the lounge, with large sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the beautiful views. The spacious bedroom offers a queen size bed with very comfortable mattress, built-in dresser with a safety box. The apartment is very clean and also equipped with 2 ACs one in each room, clean linens and towels, and wifi. The apartment has everything to offer for a relaxing holiday.

Unixx is one of the best condominiums in town with many onsite facilities and located near many shops, restaurants, and on the taxi route. The facilities include 2 rooftop gardens (one on the 37th floor and another on the 41st floor), a large ground floor pool with a rock climbing wall, slider, and jacuzzi, a 6th floor infinity pool overlooking the city with splendid gardens that offer dining and lounge area. There's a laundromat on the 5th floor with water dispensers. The development also has a fully equipped gym, sauna, key card entry system, CCTV, security 24/7, onsite restaurant and shop, and much more. A complete package of everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
