Superbe spacieuse 3 Dbl Bed / 4 Bath Apt Dans Bayswater / Paddington près de Hyde Park

Ceci est un spacieux et récemment rénové plat (tout est nouveau!) dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés de Londres. J'ai vécu dans cette région depuis plus de 25 ans et je suis inspiré par le style, la beauté et l'accessibilité de la région. La propriété est à 5 minutes de Hyde Park et le lac Serpentine et est servi avec d'excellentes connexions de transport tels que de nombreuses lignes de bus et 2 principales gares de Paddington et Lancaster Gate. Pour les voyageurs d'outre-mer Paddington se connecte à Heathrow via le Heathrow Express qui vous mène à l'aéroport en 15 minutes. La région est riche en histoire et très cosmopolite. Notting Hill et Portobello Market se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et le West End est à nouveau seulement 10 minutes de là. L'intérieur plat est spacieux, lumineux et confortable avec accès à un jardin patio. J'adore mes plantes et de bambou dehors, j'ai, oliviers, lauriers, palmiers et fougères arborescentes tout en aidant à créer une atmosphère de tranquillité et d'harmonie. L'appartement est à l'arrière de la maison sans bruit de la circulation donc une bonne nuit de sommeil est assuré

Great property, great location

Just minutes from Paddington Station this flat was perfect for our group. We easily got anywhere we wanted to go by subway, train or walking. Sanjay gave us some great recommendations for places to enjoy and we especially liked the Victoria Pub.

Spacious Accommodation in Lovely Neighborhood

Our family enjoyed our time there very much. It was only a few blocks from Paddington Station, so it was very easy to travel all over London. The apartment was very comfortable.

Family stay

Great location a block from Paddington station. Clean and comfortable flat with a kitchen that is stocked with all the appliances you will need. Most importantly, a responsive owner who immediately addressed a small issue we had. It was perfect for our family of six, including two small children.

Amazing location

We had a great time at this property. Close to the Paddington station and within walking distance to stores and restraunts. The appartment is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had a great time and highly recoomend this place.

Perfect apartment for a perfect holiday!

The property was awesome! Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Four perfect bathrooms. Ample living space. Close to Paddington Station/underground. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Sanjay was an excellent host. Communication was great.

This property is in a fantastic location, very close to Paddington Station and with plenty of walkable restaurants in the area. One note: The listing says it sleeps 8, but I would not recommend it for more than 6. We had 7 and planned to use the fold-out couch, but it was so uncomfortable that we ended up getting a hotel room on the next block after the first night. This worked but did result in more expense and less togetherness. With just 6 people, there is plenty of room to hang out, make coffee or even cook.

Hi Melanie The property clearly specifies that the accommodation sleeps up to 8 and not as you understood it. With 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed I would suggest it is obvious to just about everyone that all guests after 6 will be expected to sleep on the sofa bed which unfortunately is never as comfortable as a proper bed. I suggest next time you read the property description properly

Large comfortable House. Perfect for London

The house is very large a short distance from Paddinton Station. Local pubs and restaurants are plentiful and Paddington station is a hub for underground and buses to get around the city. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Family time in London

This property was perfect for our family of four. The kids each had their own room and bathroom on the top level and the two bathrooms on the lower level provided enough space for me and my husband to each have our own bathroom. The location couldn't be better if heading out to different parts of the city via Paddington Station. We would definitely stay again if travelling to London.

Awesome experience

Don't overthink it this is a fantastic place to stay. I stayed here with two friends in Nov 2024. The three bedroom and 4 bathroom layout was perfect for us. Location wise you are a bit out of the hustle and bustle but you can walk, tube, and train anywhere you want to go pretty quickly. I would stay here again if I find myself in London with a group.

Perfect location

This property is truly the perfect location. So close to Paddington station to get around london and grab groceries. The property itself was quiet and functional. The upstairs toilet was broken by the previous renter so that was a but annoying. Overall I would recommend this based on location alone.

Nice flat, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Plenty of room for five adults and great location near Paddington Station and area. Sanjay was a great communicator before and during the trip and was responsive when we had questions. Never figured out the washer/dryer but didn't really try to use it until late in our stay - definitely user error. Can't wait to visit London again!

Great London apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s location is easily accessible with a fairly long but easy walk to London Center through Hyde Park or with easy access to public transportation. The three bedrooms are private and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Sanjay was always accessible and very proactive if needed for anything. We hope to return to London soon and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

We loved staying here. It was as-advertized. Plenty of room for family of 5. Place was well-kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you need. Best part about it was location. Beautiful, quiet neighbor. Only 1 street over from busy, bustling street with tons of great restaurants. Oh, being literally right next to Paddington train station was super convenient.

Exceptional stay!

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay here, truly felt like our home away from home! The location is perfect, only a short walk from Paddington station. Fantastic neighbourhood with so many amenities and beautiful Hyde Park all within walking distance. We were a multi-generational family traveling together and there was more than enough space in the flat for everyone in our party to comfortably gather together and yet have personal space too. Cannot say enough about what an excellent host Sanjay is, extremely attentive and showed great care in making our London stay perfect. Thank you, Sanjay!

Location, location, location

This was property was clean and spacious. The location was so convenient to Paddington Station it was easy to get everywhere. Heathrow Express meant a super quick ride to and from the airport. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities. The only con was having only one set of keys. It just meant that we had to coordinate our outings that weren’t all together.
