Villa Pinta

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Pinta. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood inside a golf course. The property was clean. Howard was easily accessible to respond to issues promptly. You do need a car to stay in the house.

Had a fantastic week stay with the family at this great villa. Howard who manages the villa was very helpful and had good communications. Would highly recommend booking this villa.

A casa não estava muito bem limpa, com tampa de comida e aranha no quarto principal, armarios ainda com pó, box do chuveiro não desce a agua, os controles do ar estavam com pilhas vencidas, a roupa de cama manchada, algumas frigideiras enferrujadas, fora isso o visual era impecável, assim como a piscina super limpa. Precisam apenas estar atentos a pequenos detalhes. Tive que contratar duas senhoras de limpeza para deixarem o ambiente em total condicoes e sim, voltaria a casa.

Eine perfekte Immobilie in einer traumhaften Lage.

Diese Immobilie ist unser erste Feriendomizil, daß zu wirklich 100% den Fotos und der Beschreibung im Internet entspricht!!! Traumhaft in die Pestana Golfanlage von Vale da Pinta eingebettet liegt diese Traumvilla am Grün vom 1. Abschlag auf einem Hügel. Die hochwertige Innen- und Aussenaustattung läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die perfekte Betreuung durch Howard von AlgarveCoastVillas der uns bei unserer Ankunft um 2.00 Uhr nachts!!! persönlich empfangen hat und uns jederzeit bei allen Fragen behilflich war ist einfach nur vorbildlich. Viele Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle dafür! Unser Fazit: ein Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla.

Amazing beautiful villa great location

This is a amazing villa really well equipped,it is in a excellent location close a lot af great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The only thing is that you definitely require a car .The car hire service with the villa is excellent , the car is delivered and picked up. The service provided by the owners is excellent and very helpful and very prompt at sorting out any small problems .we look forward to returning soon because we had such a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic Family Holiday in Outstanding Villa Pinta

My husband and I organised our family holiday for 8 (3 generations) keeping Villa Pinta a surprise until we drove up to the gates. Their pleasure at seeing this amazing villa was priceless! An early morning flight saw us arrive before our permitted check in time but Howard, ACV agent in Portugal, who met us at Villa Pinta, invited us to leave our luggage and return later - very convenient and much appreciated. The website photos and description of the villa (inside and out) are very accurate, as are other reviews. N.B. – the villa is not yet visible on satellite images. If, like us, you have high standards - you will not be disappointed! The 3 downstairs and 2 upstairs bedroom combinations (all en-suite) worked perfectly for our family, providing ample room for some space if required. We opted for the pool to be heated which proved to be worth every penny. The electric pool cover was easy to use and retained the comfortable water temperature. Set in a quiet area within Vale da Pinta Golf Course, there are three villas in the setting. Villa Pinta being the first you approach and sitting the highest. The location was very convenient for the discerning golfers in the family who played Vale da Pinta and Gramacho during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed both. In addition to bbq-ing at the villa we also enjoyed meals at Fim do Mundo, Vila Nova, Mar d’Fora, La Bella Vita & Villa Medici. Having holidayed in the area before, and as we stayed during half term, we booked our restaurants a few weeks before we travelled. We hired cars for the duration and felt these were essential for our requirements. Slide and Splash water park is a short drive from the villa – our family thought it was worth the trip. We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues, which Howard dealt with swiftly. A cleaning service was included during our stay; however, in order to maintain the pristine condition of this beautiful villa we feel it would perhaps be of benefit to offer more. There are 2 portable hairdryers in the villa but feel a 3rd would be worthwhile especially at times when 4 or more with long tresses are getting ready simultaneously! We would all love to return to Villa Pinta and as much as we would like to keep it a hidden gem, we will have no hesitation in recommending it to friends & family. Thank you so much to the owners for letting out your beautiful villa and with ACV for helping to make our family holiday one we will always remember.
