Un condo de vacances qui peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  10 personnes confortablement et est situĂ© Ă  1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de l'eau. Plusieurs restaurants, bars, boutiques sont Ă  distance de marche du condo! VĂ©randa privĂ©e avec barbecue et douche extĂ©rieure! Chaises disponibles ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du condo! Cuisine complĂšte avec vaisselle, argenterie et table pour 6 personnes Ă  la disposition des clients. 2 chambres + 2 et une 1/2 salles de bains. TV et lecteur DVD fournis dans den / salon pour les invitĂ©s. Juste en face de l'hĂŽtel Grand Dunes oĂč un sauveteur de plage est en service Ă  tout moment de l'Ă©tĂ©. Le camion de crĂšme glacĂ©e s'arrĂȘte chaque jour pour les enfants - un point culminant pour nos familles les petits tous les ans!

We really love the house and location but the electronic door lock can be finicky. The home was recently remodeled with new floors and a kitchen makeover which were really nice upgrades.

Great Beach Spot

Perfect spot for our longer stay in Myrtle Beach. The location is great - easy access to the beach and well within walking or driving distance to restaurants, stores, etc. Pet friendly is a huge plus and our dog had a great time walking the area and meeting the neighbors! It's a clean and cozy spot for a relaxing getaway.The only thing that is a little odd is getting the access code. This is not our first stay so we were able to contact the property manager but I would imagine that would be more difficult if we didn't have their number or were there for the first time.

We loved the townhouse and its location. One block from the beach! Seemed like a safe location, we never felt uncomfortable going out alone. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra bedding. The newly remodeled kitchen was nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Always our go to spot! Can’t wait to go back next year đŸ€—đŸ–ïžđŸŒŠ Three stars on communication with property manager only because there was none. To be fair, there was no need to reach out as this was our 4th stay and we’re familiar with the process.

The washer is off balance and made a horrible noise everytime we tried to use it... I know how to load a washer, and it did not matter what I did, it still did it. the door lock messed up and the property manager did come to assist with that. He was very nice and helpful. They dining room floor was very messed up, from the unit being flooded prior to our stay, but Other than that, is was a nice and cute place to stay. I would stay again, but would hope that these minor issues are fixed.

So much convenience

We stayed at this location for probably the sixth time this summer, and we love the location. They have updated the kitchen recently which is nice but were surprised by some water damage on the downstairs floors but the property manager assured us this was planned for repair next month. The property is so close to the beach, Starbucks and several other dining locations and there is sleeping room for a large group. For a bunch of 40+ year old guys like us, this is the perfect location for us to launch our golf trip. I could see a group of young ladies or a family with younger kids maybe being turned off by the somewhat dated decor and quirks that come with a property of this age but for a bunch of guys, perfection!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The location of the property was excellent and was within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Short drive to other attractions. The property is older but well maintained. We did notice a couple minor things that could use some attention, but overall it didn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great getaway!

This home had plenty of space, enjoyed the fact that it had 2.5 baths! Kitchen was large and washer and dryer on site was a plus. AC worked well, only complaint would be cleanliness of one of the beds. But we washed the comforter and all was fine. I understand no rental is perfect, this one had many extras and just felt like home. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great deal for a great location

Stayed again for the annual guys beach trip after a four-year hiatus and the property did not disappoint! It is showing a bit of age although there was a kitchen appliance refresh since we had been there last time. Super convenient walk to Starbucks and even more convenient walk to the beach. For a bunch of guys on a long weekend getaway, you couldn't ask for a better place!

Always a pleasure staying @ Katy & Paul’s property, three years in a row and counting! Just a single suggestion for future renters: bring a portable HEPA air filter for the bedroom. My gf would wake up every morning w nose congestion/allergies. Not that cleanliness is an issue but maybe the carpet is trapping allergens. Regardless, already looking forward to our next stay!

Home for a week

The first thing we noticed was how beautiful the grounds of the property is, and the breeze coming off the ocean. Its an easy walk to the beach but your far enough away that you feel privacy from the noise of people on the beach. The inside of the home is so cozy its furnished with everything you may need. It was so nice having two showers and not having to wait not to mention three bathrooms. We did have a concern and i called Katie the owner, and it was took care of immediatly. Me and my husband enjoyed/ loved everything about this vacation home neither one of us wanted to leave. We will definitely book this home again as it felt like home.
