Profitez de notre maison et piscine communautaire, proche des commodités et 10 minutes de Bethany Beach. Nous proposons 3 chambres (2 lits doubles, 2 lits jumeaux, 1 divan-lit), 2. 5 salles de bains, 3 téléviseurs (un de 42 pouces), cùble, Internet sans fil et téléphone. Lave-linge avec une grande capacité laveuse / sécheuse. Grand garage avec évier de rinçage et porte-serviettes, baby-foot, quatre vélos (Apportez vos casques), plus des vélos pour enfants, Burley kiddie remorque et kayaks tandem (par accord séparé). Grill électrique, table d'extérieur, parasols et chaises. Grande douche extérieure. 3 minutes à pied de la piscine. Excellent équipement de plage que vous voudrez utiliser: chaises, parapluies, glaciÚres et abris. Parking extérieur généreux. Solarium avec étang directement derriÚre notre maison.

Quiet Beach Getaway neighborhood

Tom was fantastic to work with and was very attentive through the whole process. He made himself available when questions arose. His home is beautiful and well kept. He is attentive to ensuring that his guests have everything they need for a beach trip. The home is very suitable for visitors of any age, from birth to adulthood. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend that others visit Tom’s home when searching for a beach getaway.

Perfect Place

Great townhouse . The owner Tom is very accommodating and made the process so easy. The home is clean, spacious , comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you need is provided. Garage is stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers , toys, bikes and even kayaks. It was a perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely like to return.

Life is Good in Millville

The entire experience was wonderful. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The home was exactly as advertised. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Our family loved our stay and would return for another vacation without question.

Love this beach house!

We love staying at this beach house. It’s only a few miles from Bethany Beach, so a quick and easy drive or a nice bike ride. In addition, it’s within walking distance of a nice grocery store (with a Starbucks!), a gourmet doughnut place and a popular restaurant/bar (Hooked Up), among many other stores. The house is located in a quiet development without much traffic (there’s no thru-road), so our kids are able to bike and ride their scooters without worry. They also enjoy playing ball in the large yard next to the house. The house itself is very clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. It’s full of natural light and very airy given the sun room and the high ceilings in the living area and loft. The bedrooms are comfortable, with ceiling fans in each room. There’s also a large stone patio off the back with a grill, table and chairs and a nice view of a small pond. It’s a lovely place to eat dinner after a long, fun day at the beach. The house is very well-equipped and has everything you’d need for a beach trip, including beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, coolers as well as a number of bicycles, and even kayaks. There are a number of board games, as well as a variety of magazines and books. And our kids love playing on the foosball table in the garage. I highly recommend a stay at this home.

Lovely beach Townhome!

We had such a great time at this beach rental! The property is super clean and well maintained, in a great location (there is a shopping strip within walking distance with a grocery store and cute restaurants) and the owners were wonderful to deal with. The beach is just a short drive away, and parking is relatively easy to find. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Fantastic Stay Perfect Location!

We loved this place! My wife, children, and some friends stayed in late August 2016. The house was immaculately cleaned and conveniently located to the beach and many great local restaurants. I would recommend to all looking for a great vacation spot!

Perfect Beach Rental!!

Our family of 5 stay at this property each summer! You can't beat the location and the amenities the owners provide. The owner is responsive and thorough and easy to deal with. The house is only a short drive to the beach town and after a great morning at the beach the neighborhood pool is great for adults and kids to cool off if you don't want to head back to the beach. The house is well stocked, super clean, and well maintained. The owners provide bikes , games , beach toys, chairs and even have had kayaks there for our use. The home has a great patio where we spend many nights relaxing and grilling out (grill provided by owner). Also the house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is an end unit so there is a big grassy area for kids to run and play. Our kids spend hours outside riding bikes and playing while we can sit and watch them from the huge back patio. It's an easy walk to restaurants nearby (Off the Hook) and we take daily walks to the grocery store and Starbucks. Now with the new expansion of the sidewalks we can even take a short walk or bike ride to Bonkeys for ice-cream! This is a great rental for families or adults with all the amenities one could ask for.

We're a retired couple who enjoy our Villas home with friends, our children, and especially with our grandchildren. We are active outdoors people for the beach, walking, hiking, biking, and kayaking; we especially love morning and evening walks in our quiet neighborhood and playing outdoors. Indoors is for quieter times, family meals, games, toys, TV and movies, reading, puzzles, and lots of places for conversation.

Each year seems to add more kiddie toys and bikes, more games outside, more time with grandkids at the pool, on the patio, walks or rides "around the block" or to the stores.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our family has frequented this broad area since our first child in 1973. We love mornings, days, later afternoons, and even dusks at the beach, especially with the children - or to sleep under a book. This property affords us a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood away from the density, noise, and cars near the beach but with, a pool, easy access to groceries and coffee, a large garage to store gear, and increasingly, easy access to the rural inland and its amenities - and the bays. Church is less than 10 minutes away. We can easily walk to Starbucks and to the Giant grocery, get pizza, Chinese, the best donuts around, and sandwiches, almost without leaving home. We go for bike rides and runs beachward or inland easily.

Ours is a family-oriented property in a quiet neighborhood, with good neighbors whom we value. We accent being very well equipped with everything kept clean and in excellent operating condition for family enjoyment.

Families who welcome such a home and help us maintain those standards inside and out are very welcome. Having fun while being comfortable.

Keeping community rules is important - including at the pool and for parking off-the-street.
