Very nice property with easy boating access and lots of parking. It was extremely hot during our stay but the house stayed nice and cool. No complaints.

We had two families staying in this home together it was perfect! Very roomy home, comfortable, clean and convenient.They provide everything at the house so you can just show up with your suitcase of clothes and leave your worries behind! I would rent this place again and highly recommend it!

Sorry the place didn't meet your expectations. I try hard to provide an accurate listing and a fair vacation value in a great spot on the river. Glad most folks give me 10/10, but hard as we try i guess you can't expect to please everyone but we will keep trying.

I just took over managing the house from Mike who did it for more than 10 years before me and you were my first group! I glad you phoned me it is nice to be in touch. it is nice to know that you can find everything you want, because it is probably there. we try to have plenty of supplies on hand since it seems like a chore to leave the peacefulness of our like slice of North Martinez Lake to resupply at Fishers landing even though it is only 2 miles away. Great luxury accommodations, lots of space in kitchen, garage, rooms, driveway and lot. Pool table and resort-style (Hollywood and rock limited edition memorabilia) decor add to the sense of destination. Owner was instantly available and communicative and anticipated our stay and needs. Just great.

Awesome river home

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for some water fun and relaxation. The house was well equipped and very spacious for all of us. There is plenty of parking and we loved having a dock for our boat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Was a excellent home to stay in while visiting the river. The secluded cove was perfect for leaving the boat overnight and getting ready in the morning. Will definitely be back

This home is beautiful, and has all the space you need. 2nd time staying here and it has not disappointed. The private launch ramp is a huge bonus. Worth every penny!

North shore

The house was perfect! Plenty of space, art/memorabilia was cool, pool table was fun for the adults and kids. House is close to the dock which was nice loading and unloading the boat.

Beautiful river house

House was perfect for our Fathers Day get away with family. Lots and lots of room all around and everyone definitely enjoyed the pool table once we were off the water. Plenty of parking, ramp and dock are super closer and easy to use. We even had a few wildlife visitors in the early morning coming to drink from the cove. Would love to rent again!

River trip

The house and neighborhood were nice. The dock and launch were also nice. A lot of donkey droppings which was expected and now a big deal. The house wasn’t the cleanest but wasnt too terrible. The ladder on the dock could definitely use a good cleaning.

Glad You enjoyed the property. Sorry that the Natural environment of river algae and donkey droppings was a disappointment costing me two stars on your review. I will certainly take a brush to the dock ladder and leave it handy in the garage so it will be available for others that have similarly high standards will be able to help themselves to giving the ladder a brush when needed. Glad we were able to recover and return the wallet left at the property during your stay. Sincerely Gary Simon

Family weekend

Brought out my husband’s family for a river weekend! There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone! A really huge comfy couch for all to watch movies that was provided by the owner via Netflix! What a nice bonus! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!
