Everything was exactly as advertised…. Perfect and very clean .The neighbors were all so friendly. Family atmosphere, the pool was great and the ocean views were amazing. We will be returning . !!!

It’s good to be back!

Another great stay! We have rented this unit numerous times and it’s always clean and welcoming. It feels like a home away from home! The unit has everything you could need. We enjoyed our time at the pool and the beach. It’s a very convenient location to everything. We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach

Great rental, went with 4 adults and 2 kids and it’s tight but manageable, rental came with a parking spot, the parking spots are tight too but I didn’t really have to drive anywhere. There is free street parking within a block or two from the rental if you have additional cars. There is a coin operated laundry on site. Super close to the beach. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

be aware

we spend alomost tree weeks in the condo. The place is very well located just few meters from the beach. The condo was clean but the beds were awful. The bunkbed was horrible and the other beds were just good for trash . I got a solid neck pain because of the bed and its still hurt a lot. But the most negative point its the others owners around us. They lived like there is nobody else around except them and their other friends and family. They totaly took all the common area whatsoever if other renter want some places to eat or just relax outside. They took all the tables, mobilized all the bbq for a long period and put the music as loud as they can. the pool was ok but some days it seem dirty. But again when the owners gathered all togheter around the pool you wont feel welcome. Again, they are stupidly loud and they music still present. This place really need to improved their regulations. Be aware, the place is well located but the surronding is loud ans unwelcome.

My response is in the renters own words "I we love thé place and want to book for next year. From tuesday 18 july until 4 of august 2023. Is it possible to reserve direct from you ?" The above is his text to me. The owner next to my unit offered my renter and family dinner, they refused. The unit does not have bunk beds, The mattresses come with a 20 yr, warranty and I replace then after 5yrs. I believe his attitude changed after property manager told him that his children could not use pool unattended One of them suffered a bloody nose because of their parents lack of supervision. The pool is maintained on a daily basis by a professional management company and a certified pool operator. I feel bad that he and his family did not enjoy their stay. But judge from other reviews, first time this has occurred.. john pisano

Great Trip!

The condo is exactly as described and has a great view of the water from the front balcony. It is on the smaller side , but you can't beat the proximity to the beach. It was a perfect size for a family of 4. We would walk back everyday for lunch. They have a great pool, grills, outside seating for meals or just relaxing. The people who are "regulars" are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return. Also, Wildwood Crest has the nicest beaches in all of Jersey and I have been to several of them.

Owners John and Christine are delightful. John is very good at replying to messages and is helpful regarding. This unit is immaculate; the condo neighbors are decent, and the side view of the ocean is satisfying.

Beach Condo

The condo itself was just as expected. Two full size beds in the bedroom. I understand why it was two full beds, I do wish there was one larger bed. I also think that this property would profit from having a smart Roku TV rather than basic cable. I also wish that the basic information would’ve included the fire pit, the barbecue station and the pool as amenities that we had access to. Fantastic property lovely condo I definitely recommend it. As a sidenote, if you are a smoker close the front windows when you were smoking outside apparently it does drift into the apartment and the smell will stay. If I had realized that while I was there I would’ve brought my air purifier and ionizer with me. I didn’t have a lot of correspondence with the owner but when I did he responded quickly and precisely. I got the feeling he was still getting used to renting the property out. Overall it was a good experience I enjoyed the property the price points were fine with us and I do recommend staying there.

Perfect Week at the Beach

The beach block condo was perfect for our family. I'll be honest, it was the first time we'd stayed in a setup like this one and so we weren't sure what to expect or if we'd like it. The place was clean. Everything was easy to find. The overall condo/shared area/deck/pool was in great condition. The owners are on top of everything and we had great neighbors for the week (some who even offered to share their delicious dinner with us). The view from our porch chairs was nice. The beach is just down the road and a quick walk. Overall location was great for the activities we chose to do, which were just a short drive away. There are also a few restaurants (more so on the takeout side of things) within walking distance, which was super helpful. The one for breakfast was amazing. All thumbs up from two picky teens who said they really enjoyed it. We would def. stay here again.

I wanted to take my family on a beach trip, while staying close to the beach. This place was close to the beach. The ocean wasn’t a far walk either. Their were restaurants very close. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location

The location of this property is great. We had access to the beach directly and within two miles of the boardwalk. It was perfect. We had no problems with the property or the owner. The space was perfect for us. It doesn’t have a ramp or elevator so that made it a little challenging for taking up and bringing down luggage but that wasn’t the owners problem. Overall it was a great week there. I would definitely recommend this property.

Tout est très bien. 9 sur 10 pour l’appréciation. Seul inconvénient, les BBQ ont manqué de gaz propane. Mais c’est plus ou moins graves.
