The best place in Charlotte

This place is amazing! Spectacular views, everything first rate. I highly recommend this beautiful suite. You will not be disappointed. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful. I can't wait to go back.

We were in town for nfl game. Condo is beautiful and close to everything. Had issues with internet our entire stay which was very inconvenient.

Fun Engagement Weekend

I booked this place to propose to my girlfriend and have an engagement party after. Martha was fantastic at communicating with me and help set everything up. The penthouse was gorgeous, bigger and better in person compared to pics. Everything was clean and orderly. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

Incredible view, location. When we went to Nuvole and said we were staying in the penthouse we were treated like royalty. We would do it again. My only complaint is the property did have a few wear-and-tear items that are easily fixable but made it feel a little "rode hard". A touch of TLC from a detailed eye would go a long way.

We had this place rented for my wedding weekend and I was very disappointed. The check in process was unacceptable. We paid for a check in time starting at 3pm and was not allowed to go to the room till 4pm. On top of that the two women checking in at the front desk were extremely rude, blantly made up that ‘engineers needed to go into the room to check on things’, and told my mother in law she would need to return to the back of the line after she tried checking in and was patiently waiting to get an update about the room after it being well after checkin time. Was very upset about the timing as my wife was having a makeup artist come and a photo shoot done specifically in the penthouse. That all had to get rearranged and it was an absolute mess. Very unprofessional on how things were handled and will not be staying here again.

loved it! only downside was the tapas bar on the floor was booked for private events every night so we didn't get to go there. loud music played until 10 the last night which kept the kids awake. only suggestion would be to not allow private events at the bar to play music past 8 if possible. otherwise, we had an amazing stay and are so grateful for this stunning rental! highly recommend.

The stay was magical for my wedding day / night! I loved the space and views we had for getting ready in the morning, and it was so special to stay with my new husband as well. Cool Place that hasn't been maintained

Overall a very cool penthouse in a great location. But it looks like it was never cleaned up properly after a big party. Finger prints on the windows and acrylic furniture, glitter on the floor, damaged furniture, and dishes in the dishwasher. Check in was rough. The new employee did her best and eventually got us into the room - but wasn't properly trained for our arrival.

Disappointing Disgust… with great views.

We did not receive checkin information until directly contacting the manager the day of our arrival. When we arrived, the room had clearly not been cleaned - trash had not been removed from the previous guest, poop on the toilet seat, floors were so sticky we had to wear shoes, the sheets were questionable at best, the sofa cushions were stained. There were also mechanical issues - no hot water in the kitchen, the sink in the master bath is barely usable, and the lights in the master bedroom could not be turned out at night. Luckily, a CVS is nearby and my wife was willing to clean the place (and we packed sheets!) for the sake of the view given it was our son’s birthday present and he desperately wanted to stay. However, we will NEVER stay here again and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. The lack of cleanliness - ESPECIALLY during the tail end of a pandemic - is inexcusable.

Checkin & Parking

Checkin process was combersome. I had to wait 15 minutes because I was told I had no reservation although I had all the confirmation info available. Parking pass given expired the evening before checkout which required I get a another pass. Roof top bar dress code even though we were staying in the penthouse was a joke. Lastly. Having to order Ubereats versus ordering from the hotel downstairs was undesirable. Please keeps these things in mind when booking.

The Queen City - Uptown

The check in experience was quick. The follow up from the GM was outstanding. Property is very secure and safe. The view from penthouse was awesome. Restaurants, convention center, arena, etc, are in walking distance.

Issues that need to be addressed

The booking process was very easy and correspondence with Steve was professional and responsive. The issues with the stay started at check in. We arrived for check in at 5:45pm and was told the room was not available and needed “touch-ups to make our stay special”. We waited at the lobby for close to an hour. Prior to our arrival, we had scheduled for balloons to be delivered to the suite and the vendor was allowed access first. While waiting at the lobby, we learned from the vendor the suite was a complete mess and not at all ready - which explained why we were not able to check in. We decided to let this go even though it was HOURS after check-in time of 3pm. The first night of our stay, one bed was missing duvet covers, the second bed had a pillow case that smelled like it had not been washed. The next morning, these issues were addressed to the front desk and we were told someone would come in to change out the sheets and provide duvet cover. We also asked that the bags of trash that we placed outside the suite be removed. When we returned to the suite the second night, none of these issues were addressed. I was directed to speak to a “manager” who not only as unapologetic, but told me that he personally changed the sheets himself the day of our check in since they were running behind in getting the room ready, so the issues I raised were not possible. Nonetheless, he said he will send someone up with new sheets and to remove garbage - that never happened. Everything I addressed remained unresolved when we checked out. Lastly, the suite was supposed to come with parking voucher for one vehicle. The first time we exited the garage with the provided voucher, the parking fees came out to $105. I’m extremely disappointed in how this stay turned out. The property itself is beautiful but the service was extremely lacking, especially when issues were addressed and automatically dismissed without any remediation.

A taste of luxury

This vacation was a treat to my parents (55+) and they absolutely loved it. The look on their faces was priceless as we all got to experience a few days of life in luxury. The property was great. Although I had a slight hiccup contacting Steve, he had already taken the necessary precautions of placing a folder at the front desk for check in. The only complaint we had was that the floor in the living area was somewhat sticky when walking around in sneakers and shoes. But other than that I would definitely book this property again!

Birthday Girls trip

Perfect get away spot for a girls trip. Plenty of room and the bathrooms are spacious for getting ready! The rainshower & jetted bathtub in the master bath are awesome. Easy access to the bar right across the hall. Loved our stay.

Amazing and Memorable Stay!!!!

My fiancé and I booked the penthouse to do our private intimate nuptials and wedding photos and I could not have asked for a better location and stay. The manager Steve had great communication and answered any questions I had. He even went above and beyond to speak with the rooftop bar manager about me doing some of my photoshoot pictures out there. Though it didn't happen the day of I still appreciated his effort to assist, and the photoshoot was amazing right in the penthouse. The views at night are amazing and opening the sliding doors with the fire place going and a glass of wine set the mood every night. We will never forget this place as it is where we said I Do! and it was beyond perfect!!!!!! Steve you will see my name again for booking as we have already decided it will be our staycation spot!!!
