Sunset Farm Beautiful nord du Maine

Excellente maison pour une escapade en famille ou pour un court séjour! Une ferme 1863 nord du Maine classique avec un charme rustique. La maison a une belle propriété avec des vues spectaculaires et une atmosphère relaxante. Il est également disponible pour les lieux de mariage bricolage.

La maison a 5 BR w / 2 1/2 salles de bain avec une cuisine mise à jour, des comptoirs en granit et beaucoup de charme de la ferme. Cette grande chambre familiale confortable comprend un plafond en métal, un poêle à granulés, une élégante salle à manger récemment rénovée avec des poutres apparentes d'origine et des planchers de bois franc originaux restaurés au premier étage. Chambre au 1er étage et salle de bain rénovée avec une buanderie séparée. Grand porche avant fermé avec de belles vues de coucher de soleil. Superbes vues avec de nombreux pommiers sur la propriété.

La maison est située près du sentier de VTT et de motoneige. J'ai pu obtenir un contrat de location exclusif dans un magasin local. Ils livreront et récupéreront les VTT / motoneiges de la maison pour les clients souhaitant passer du bon temps sur les sentiers. Les VTT seront disponibles au printemps 2019. La rivière Meduxnekeag est à courte distance de marche de la maison pour une excellente pêche à la truite. Les installations de ski de Mars Hill sont à une courte distance en voiture.

A splendid country cottage

Spectacular sunsets and cozy lodgings. I was there for a work trip so I didn't get to enjoy the nature as much as I'd like, but having a comfortable, clean and restful place to come back to, made this a great trip. I reccomend this place to you.

Wonderful Stay

The farmhouse met all of our expectations! A great place to relax, play, and eat with family and friends! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. The enclosed porch was a great hangout spot. So many memories made! We would definitely book again.

Good for family

We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. Husband and I and 3 young kids. House was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of sleeping areas and living space for everyone to spread out. David was very helpful and responded quickly when we reached out

Peaceful and comfortable

Beautiful home and property! Very clean and all the comforts of home. So quiet, yet so close to grocery, and other necessities. With my own family being from Northern Maine (we jokingly call The Boonies) I was astounded to order Chinese delivery after a long tiring day! Dinner by the fire pit was amazing as well!

Winter Haven

I have enjoyed this property several times during the past few winter seasons. It is a perfect location to head out from to go riding on the snowmobiles.To be able to take right off the back field and have access to the state trails is extremely convenient. Great to be a few minutes from downtown for some of the amenities, but far enough away to appreciate the view that the property has to offer. Great place ,, great space !!

Houlton Haven

This was my fourth year in a row enjoying the winter months while enjoying the snowmobile season. The four bedroom availibility is a huge plus for all the adults to have thier own space. Trails are right out the backdoor/ field. Downtown (close by) has enough emenities with the "Down Under" restraunt to take a night off from cooking. Quaint setting minutes out of town with a nice view from the property.

ATV trail access right from property

We had a great experience in Houlton. Our family of 9 fit very comfortably in the house. The property is located right on the ATV trails which was extremely convenient since we were up there to ride the trails. Great views of the mountains and 4th of July fireworks too. Charming home with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

This property was amazing! My husband and I stayed here with our 2 and 1/2 year old, 13 year old and our 7 month old St. Bernard. The house was awesome and the little kids play area kept our youngest busy when we weren’t out enjoying the miles of trails right off the backyard! Very pet friendly and the pup was able to run freely no problem. We also rented an atv to explore even further. The owner, Dave, was very helpful and super down to earth. We will def be going back in the near future!

A great place to relax

This is a wonderful farm house in a beautiful little town in northern Maine. Lots of room for my party of five. Very quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the fact that we were very close do the off-road trails in rented an off-road vehicle to explore based on the recommendation of the owner. The owner Stephen Rosa we're very nice and always quick to get back with me when I had questions

Wonderful stay

We spent Mother’s Day here visiting my sister in Houlton. The house is beautiful. Very clean and cozy. Super comfortable and well equipped. David was extremely helpful and provided lots of support and assistance when needed. It’s definitely a home away from home.

March 2020 stay

This was our first time staying in Houlton, ME and we absolutely loved it. The farmhouse is beautiful and exactly as described. We road snowmobiles and access to the trails is easy. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place in Houlton, ME.
