Vous cherchez un endroit idéal pour une escapade tranquille? Notre maison d'hôtes au bord de l'eau est l'endroit idéal. Asseyez-vous sur le porche et admirez la vue magnifique sur le lac ou dirigez-vous vers le quai pour pêcher ou nager. Apportez votre bateau et passez vos journées sur l'eau! La région de Charlotte regorge d'attractions, notamment le Charlotte Motor Speedway et d'autres sites de courses, les matchs de football des Panthers, les matchs de basket-ball des Hornets, des concerts, des musées et plus encore. Le soir, revenez et arrangez un bon repas avec les nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable ou le grill extérieur, et installez-vous pour un film sur l'un des nouveaux téléviseurs Ultra HD. Vous êtes sûr de profiter d'un séjour de détente ici!

L'espace:
La maison d'hôtes était juste peinte, a de nouveaux meubles, appareils électroménagers, électronique, et plus encore.

La chambre est spacieuse et calme, avec un grand placard et des commodes et une télévision haut de gamme.

La salle de bain comprend toutes les nécessités (savon, shampoing, etc.), et a une douche debout. S'il vous plaît noter qu'il n'y a pas de baignoire.

Le salon est joliment aménagé, avec de nouveaux meubles et une télévision haut de gamme. Si les appels de travail, il y a un bureau et un accès Internet haut débit disponible à tous nos clients. Voir les images pour les résultats d'un test de vitesse récente. Le canapé a un lit gigogne pour une capacité de couchage supplémentaire si nécessaire.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Passez la soirée à créer un repas parfait, et profitez-en sur la table en plein air sur la véranda avec vue sur le lac.

Accès invité:
Les clients ont un accès exclusif à toute la maison d'hôtes ainsi que la véranda. Il y a un pont inférieur à côté de la maison d'hôtes où les clients peuvent accéder à leur propre barbecue à gaz privé. Le quai est disponible pour tous les invités pour la baignade et la pêche à tout moment. Ma famille utilise également le quai, c'est donc un espace partagé. Un bordereau de bateau (non couvert) est disponible pour les clients ayant des bateaux de 25 pieds ou moins. Les bateaux devront être lancés à une rampe de bateau publique à proximité, qui est seulement à environ quatre miles de terre et juste en face de la baie par l'eau. Un parking est disponible à côté de la maison d'hôtes pour un maximum de deux véhicules. Des véhicules supplémentaires (y compris une remorque de bateau) peuvent être garés sur la propriété, mais seront plus loin de la maison d'hôtes.

Autres choses à noter:
Ma famille et moi vivons dans la maison principale sur la propriété, donc nous sommes disponibles pour aider si des problèmes surviennent.

Vous devrez monter un escalier extérieur pour accéder à la maison d'hôtes. Il y a aussi quelques escaliers qui mènent au trottoir jusqu'au quai.

Il y a une douche stand-up dans la salle de bain, mais il n'y a pas de baignoire.

Ne pas fumer est autorisé partout sur la propriété.

Lovely location

This was my very first visit to Lake Norman. After my stay, I will be returning. It’s a beautiful spot and my VRBO location was excellent and we had a nice time highly recommend.

Loved being on a cove. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed fishing and reading on the deck. Very clean and enjoyed all of the amenities. Would like to come back next year.

Beautiful location on the lake

We could not have enjoyed our weekend at Lake Norman more. We were attending a wedding and this little guest house was the perfect place to spend our downtime. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with a perfect screened in porch overlooking the lake. Serenity. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Quiet, private get away spot

Overall, we thought this place was ok. Tons of space in the updated, clean guest home. Only concern inside was that the sleeping area in the bedroom seemed really stuffy. The ceiling fan was way across the room. Outdoor spaces were more neglected and rustic. We enjoyed being outside though on the patio and dock, although they could be better maintained. Wear shoes on the dock. Close proximity to stores and boat rentals. The cove is very quiet, water is very deep so bring floats/life jackets for swimming. Hosts live on site and although they never really interacted with us, they were responsive when we had issues or questions.

This guest house was just as described. Very clean, excellent location! Sitting on the screened in porch was the best, even during a hurricane. We didn’t have the best weather, but still enjoyed our stay very much. Thank goodness it didn’t rain during the football game. I would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway

Jeff’s guesthouse is absolutely gorgeous. Jeff was so helpful and kind. He met us at checkin and helped us get inside and showed us around. The space is incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented kayaks from Jeff and enjoyed exploring the cove and surrounding areas. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the wildlife. The night before we left, Jeff blew the leaves off the area where we loaded up which was a pleasant surprise. We can’t wait to come back. Relaxing Summer Vacation at the Lake

Jeff is a fantastic host! He greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. Although this coach house is above the garage and near the main house, you have complete privacy. It is perfect for a couple’s getaway. We brought our own kayaks, but Jeff had some available to rent for below market price. We were able to use their dock, located in a private cove on Lake Norman. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake! The view from the rental facing the lake is quite lovely! We liked sitting on the screened in porch. Our only complaint is that the porch does not have a door. Despite the citronella candle provided, the mosquitoes still got onto the porch in the evenings. The place was very clean. We used the grill a couple of times and were able to eat many meals from the rental with the full fridge, oven, and toaster, etc. It was nice to have a desk as I had to (unfortunately) log in to work a few times. The Internet is a decent speed, but a bit slower when 2 people are on since you share with the host. We would definitely come back- I picked the place and my husband said he was quite pleased with my choice.

Great Stay!

This is a fantastic property to stay at, no complaints at all. Very clean, comfortable, included all necessities, and the location and view were wonderful. This was our first time booking through Vrbo and it was so much better than a hotel, worth every penny! We hope to stay here again in the future and take advantage of the lake more.
