Absolutely wonderful home to rent! Ten Stars!

We love this home and its perfect location. This was the reason we returned! A beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. A few minutes walk to Coronado Beach. If you don't have a car-rental (Beaches Auto in Coronado is a great car-rental company)you can easily hail a taxi to take you into the town center to shop.

Not impressed

The place is nice enough but requires a lot of maintenance. The BBQ that is nicely pictured in the write up does not work. The stove is a disaster the buttons for the burners may turn it on, but may they spin. The oven control is scary. The property manage of answers her cell phone in work hours. We had no water so I had to fix myself and when the smoke alarm started to go off we go no response until 11:00 the next day after we checked out. It was 12 feet high and no ladder.

Simply spectacular!

What an amazing spot! It was so refreshing to vacation in a clean home that supplied everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were clean with new linens and the bathroom had plenty of towels. I was most impressed with the location of the house, just a 10 minute walk is the most spectacular beach. I was able to walk for miles passing many fisherman's co-ops and right then, purchase fresh fish, incredible. There are 4 malls only a 10 min. drive from the house that supply groceries, cloths, restaurants, medical clinics and much more. I was able to golf, hike, bike, surf, shop, cliff dive, well actually I jumped, with still more activities to experience, all in this area. I highly recommend going into Panama City and taking a tour of the Panama Canal. Also, don't forget to mingle with the growers of the area at the El Valle Market, an hour South of this property. If you can't remember what you have read don't worry, there is a welcome book that has all the information you need on the house, emergency numbers, restaurants and what to do and see in the area. I give this property the highest rating, simply spectacular! .

Great Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at the casita. With the uncertainty of COVID we wanted a place with little foot traffic, and this was perfect. The location was close to the beach which we walked when the tide allowed. Two excellent restaurants were within walking distance. The house itself was well equipped and we only needed to add the odd thing for our long stay. The bed was very comfortable which was very important. We were able to switch the television to English and we had lots of channels to pick from. The music channels were great. We loved the pool. Very refreshing after our morning walk, and most afternoons were spent reading there. We had the odd unexpected thing happen but the property manager Gian was easy to reach and the problems were fixed immediately. We would definitely recommend this casita and we hope to return one day.

Beautiful Pool

My husband and I stayed here during December for 12 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The pool was so relaxing. We walked to Picasso restaurant a few times, it was good. The house was well stocked which was very nice - some places we stayed in Panama wasn't as well equipped. I wish the lighting were a bit better...at night it was pretty dark even with lights on. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place for R & R, Sunshine and getting away!

The Casita is a great little house and has everything from a nice pool, big living room with comfy furniture, full kitchen and dining table, large bedroom with lots of closet space, nice front porch which we used every morning. AC worked perfect. Coronado we found was further away then expected as well as most restaurants and corner stores so walking is a long ways and hot. Suggest renting golf cart or probably better yet a car if you wish to see anything in the area. Cabs are cheap so that is next best option. Nothing really to see on the immediate beach if looking for bars, restaurants, etc. Golf club next door does not accept anyone anymore for dinner, spa, pool or golfing clients. Overall, great place and good getaway for a quiet winter getaway for R&R.

Great vacation home

Casita Hamaca is a wonderful and cozy vacation home. The front porch with the hammock is the place for an afternoon nap after a walk to the beach and a refreshing swim in the pool. The house is very well kept and has all you need to stay either for a few days or a longer stay. We really enjoyed it and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Casita Hamaca

We enjoyed our stay at your Casita, it had everything one needed. It was central for us to visit beaches and places of interest. Found a very nice restaurant called Fritanga on the water front half way to Punta Chame. Weather hot over 30 degree every day with strong winds. It's an hour drive to Panama City from Casita Hamada a visit to Old Panama City is worth the time. Gwen who oversee the property was on hand to assist you if you required any assistance. We would recommend this property to others.
