Perfect place for our family trip to Moab! The house was well stocked and it was plenty of room for all of us! Pool was within walking distance and we really liked the ice machine in the community center. Helped us every day for our hot hikes. Very clean. Hosts were very nice and responded quickly. Highly recommend this house!

This home was just as described and more! We loved the space, the community amenities, and the location. The view was spectacular from all points of the house and neighborhood. The beds were firm and comfortable. We all slept very well! The host thought of everything, from the toiletries and the dishware/utensils/pots and pans. They also had board games and a pool table. It was across the street from the clubhouse and pool/hot tub, which we used. We highly recommend this home!

We are pleased that you and your family really enjoyed the house amd surrounding views. We have strived to ensure the kitchen is set up properly so that our guests have everything needed in the kitchen to support a wonderful family meal. Moab is a unique setting and the tast thing we would want our guests to halve to do, is running around town looking for kitchen ware to enjoy a meal. Also glad to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of the beds and quality sleep you got……

Very nice and gracious hosts! We loved the photos of their off roading adventures! The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable! It felt clean and homey!

Perfect location

We enjoyed this clean, spacious home in Moab. The location is perfect (quiet neighborhood with a nice community pool), and there are lots of activities nearby (river rafting, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and shopping/dining).

Comfortable clean and great location

Comfortable and clean home for our two families with kids. Great location for Arches and Canyonlands visits. The kids loved going to the pool which was a quick walk across the street.

Fantastic place.

Was a great location for us to ride sxs. Very clean, had everything we needed. Plenty of room. The neighborhood was great also never worried about r stuff being messed with. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to moab thats for sure.

Wonderful few days in Moab

This house offered plenty of room for our family of eight. The kids enjoyed ping pong in the garage and darts. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and an easy drive into town. We'd love to stay here again.

House was a little far from town center but we considered that a plus. Very clean, quiet, everything we needed in the kitchen. Host was very responsive when minor issues arose.

Great home with everything we needed. The house was clean but could use a good spring cleaning (items under the bed and cobwebs). Very comfortable and would stay there again.

Perfect Relaxing Basecamp

The location was perfect for getting to trails and town. The house was great for our two families and kiddos. Bunk beds and fenced in yard were favorites. And the beds were very comfortable! This was our first VRBO and we will definitely be doing g it again!

Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this property. Having a 4 bedroom home allowed us to bring our kids and our parents to spend some quality time together. The garage has a dart board and ping pong table that we enjoyed hanging out in. The beds were so comfortable. The back yard has a huge grill for bbq. It’s super close to town. We will for sure come back and stay here next year.

Very nice place. Made our stay comfortable.

Everything was very clean and orderly. We explored many off road trails in the area and this was a great base camp. We used the kitchen and grill and everything was easy to find and use. We would definitely search this location out when we return to Moab. One minor thing that we thought was kind of weird and have never had to do this at any other VRBO we rented and that is strip the beds. It took literally 30 seconds per room but I think that is part of the cleaning persons responsibly. A very minor complaint for a very nice place.

Good house but poorly managed

House location is good but property management company is non responsive and doing a poor job in maintaining it. I would sincerely urge Owner to hold management company accountable. They are not keeping it clean. All towels were damp. Dirt accumulated. Coffee machine would not work and dishwasher does not clean it well. Kitchen was well equipped but we did not get much chance to cook. Overall our stay was ok due to convenient location. We would not book this again.

The property was really nice and we had a really great time. The house had everything we needed from plenty of towels to kitchen utensils. Everything was marked which was very helpful and the beds were very comfortable as well. Had great communication with the owner and if I did call, he always answered. I would definitely recommend this place
