Il s’agit d’un CONDO 2/2 ANGLER STYLE populaire, idéalement situé dans la phase B du projet de développement, l’emplacement le plus recherché de l’ensemble du complexe hôtelier en raison de sa proximité avec les commodités les plus populaires. De cet emplacement central, vous serez à quelques minutes à pied de notre magnifique piscine à débordement Oceanfront, White Sand Beach, populaire Fisherman's Village, Brand New Hilton Hôtel avec sa variété de boutiques / restaurants haut de gamme et notre casino de jeux.

Décoré avec un décor de style insulaire, c'est une unité spacieuse très confortable avec un grand balcon parfait pour profiter de la vue et de la brise de l'océan en plein air. La base idéale pour explorer la belle île de Bimini.

Comme un condo géré en privé, vous serez accueillis par mon directeur local M. Nate Hanna. Nate est né et a grandi à Bimini donc il sait tout ce qu'il ya à savoir sur l'île. Il est une personne très chaleureuse et conviviale qui sera en mesure de vous aider avec tous vos besoins. Que ce soit des recommandations de restaurants, plongée / excursions de pêche ou de golf location de voiturettes, Nate sera heureux de vous fournir les meilleurs conseils pour rendre votre expérience un moment inoubliable. Comme un travail de côté, il exploite également une boulangerie Bimini pain. Bimini Le pain est vraiment un régal local et sa boulangerie est l'un des plus populaires sur l'île.

La toute nouvelle MARINA SLIP installée à l’été 2018 est située dans la rangée centrale (Dock Dock), dans le port de plaisance du village de pêcheurs, est disponible à la location séparément. Ce glissement est le premier des 40 'glisse à la fin de la station d'accueil (à l'intérieur du T-dock), ce qui rend très facile d'entrer et de sortir et fournit également une vue imprenable sur la baie. Depuis son emplacement sur le T-Dock, il possède un pont extra large, deux fois plus large que toutes les glissières intérieures, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour pêcher dans la baie ou simplement installer des chaises et profiter de la vue! Les tarifs pour le bordereau varient en fonction de la saison et de la longueur du bateau. Je recommande de réserver le coupon au moment de la location du condo car ils sont très demandés en raison de leur nombre limité. Glissez vos demandes de réservation auprès du bureau de gestion de la marina sur place.

Le village de pêcheurs abrite le marché de la station de détail offrant une variété de restaurants, magasins et équipements, dont un centre de remise en forme et «The Healing Hole ', un bar des sports en plein air offrant aux clients une gamme de boissons froides, une cuisine décontractée, Barbecue , et de divertissement en direct.

Great location, nicely furnitued and comfy condo. Perfect for small family or couple

We arrived on our sailboat and Nate was waiting for us at the dock to help load and drive us to the unit. He is a very gracious host and bakes the best bread on the island. Also, I highly recommend you rent one of his golf carts to explore the island.

Horrible odor

The condo had a dead fish smell. I understand that we were in the Bahamas. I fish on a regular basis but this was unacceptable. The management team try to rectify the situation, but was not successful.

Sorry there was fish smell during your stay, however, as the manager informed you the smell was caused by the upstairs neighbor who put his broken refrigerator out on the balcony for a few days and it had rotten fish in it. Really unfair that you would give me 2 stars for something I had no control of.

If someone would have met us and gotten us to the condo- would have been PERFECT.

The condo was- in essence perfect. BUT no one meeting us on our arrival and being told to get a cab and find our way to it- oh and we could get our ID bracelets sometime the next day... was really unnerving. We wasted over an hour on our arrival trying to figure out where to go and what to do. That was awful and I thought my husband was going to have a stroke. We eventually figured it out and aside from the air conditioner leaking all over the floor 3 times (first time we called and someone came and cleaned it up- next 2 times we just threw towels on it- there is a washer/dryer so i didn't mind doing it myself). The pool closest to the condo was awesome, the beds were super comfy, kitchen was perfect. We lost electricity a few times- but that was no ones fault. Lost running water once- again- thats life on an island- no big deal. The only huge complaint was our arrival was horrible and confusing- the condo was perfect.

Really glad to hear that the condo was perfect for your needs and also in a great location to enjoy the amenities. As far as your issues on arrival, for all private vacation rentals in Bimini you will have to plan on taking a cab to the unit and self check in. With the unit number and key code to the lock that is typically a smooth process. My local manager is also there to provide assistance, however, he is not always available to provide pick up service as he manages many other units as well. Sorry about inconvenience of having the A/C drain line back up, the tech came out same day to flush but I understand had to come out next day to flush system again. I have since implemented a regular maintenance schedule for A/C to avoid that problem in the future.

Awesome location with proximity to infinity pool, beach front, marina and shops. No need to bring anything from home as it is well equipped. Will definetey come back!

Amazing trip!!!

We have been to Bimini several times before, but never crossing with our own boat. This was an especially important trip to my family to tensions were high. I cannot think of a better host than Fernando to help us with the process. The unit was perfect. Great new appliances including a bait freezer. We also rented his slip at the marina which is perfectly located next to the main channel. Nate, the local property manager, was very quick to respond. Thank you again Fernando for making this trip happen!!!

All in all good trip

So property was nice, Clean and as advertised we were very close to everything as we expected …. Unfortunately Nate the property manager did not respond prior to trip for our requests .. we were able to get a different number from the guard gate so we could get wrist Bands and entrance to the room then when we finally got in touch with him we we’re scolded for calling him on his home Phone ……we were able to secure the things we needed on our own! The owner was helpful in getting checked in and Nate eventually took care of a few issues we had during our stay. I would recommend this place but would hope to have a little better communication in the future!!

James, Remind you that Bimini is a remote island and sometimes there will be certain inconvenience that cannot be fixed right away. Sorry if Garbage disposal malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. That is not something you can't just pick up at the local hardware store, it needed to be shipped from Miami to Bimini. I can report that it was indeed replaced after I brought it myself from Miami. The unit has a tankless water heater that works perfectly fine, I had renters check in before and after you and I have been here for a week with no issues. So that claim is totally FALSE. Lower water pressure during the peak morning and evening time through out the entire resort can happen, again you are on a remote island so some inconvenience are to be expected. Nate is typically very good at responding to renters needs. You could always have reached out to me if there was a problem and I would have been happy to help resolve as best I could.

Fabulous Location

What a great spot! The arrival was fantastic! Nate the property manager met us within minutes and was available with answers and recommendations for any and all questions! This condo is ideally located - we could walk to the AWESOME infinity pool, to the Hilton Hotel and Casino and most important to us we could walk to the Marina! The condo was in great shape and very clean! Can't say enough about Bimini and the Bahamians! Just awesome picturesque island with gorgeous beaches and the friendliest, most helpful people! We had a great and woderful time!

This was my first time booking through VRBO. An amazing experience. I will definitely be back. We took the boat over and Nate along with the owner made sure that check in was easy and the boat slip is in a perfect location. An excellent host. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the AC was super cold which helped after a long day of boating. There is a deep freezer that we used to freeze our fish. The boat slip has a phenomenal view and is easily accessible.

A lovely place in a great location.

We really enjoyed staying in the unit, it is situated just across from the Hilton resort and in short walking to the beach. We rented a golf cart and were able to see the entire island easily. Having a kitchen and balcony gave a good option as well for a meal at home, Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!

Condo was very clean. Pool area is fantastic especially during the sunset overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Bimini bay is very clean,safe & has incredibly helpful staff. The locals on bimini are extremely funny & genuinely friendly. Hope to stay in this condo again in the near future

Great Stay In Bimini

The location is good, next to infinity pool, roughly a block to Casino/hotel and two blocks to marina. If traveling by personal boat the marina staff are very helpful and there is a hotel shuttle which can take you and "a lot" of suitcases etc. to the condo. The condo is clean, has all the necessary items for a week or more stay (pots, pans, small coffee maker, washer & dryer, etc.) The beds, pillows, etc. are very comfortable. FYI- internet is a little intermittent but useful to send messages, or emails, we did not attempt to connect at the hotel or pool, etc., but connections I am sure would of been better. Overall, great condo, great owners and great experience. Highly recommend and will stay again at this location due to the location, dock and wonderful owners.
