Cet adorable condo de 3e rangĂ©e avec vue sur la mer se trouve Ă  quelques minutes de la plage et Ă  deux pas de la fabuleuse jetĂ©e de Garden City, oĂč vous pourrez aller pĂȘcher ou assister Ă  des spectacles. L'amusement en famille abonde en pistes de karting, arcades, restaurants et magasins au coin de la rue. Le balcon avec moustiquaire donne sur le marais et constitue l'endroit idĂ©al pour savourer votre cafĂ© du matin pendant que les hĂ©rons jouent ou pour vous dĂ©tendre avec un verre de vin pendant le coucher du soleil.

4th of July Vacation

Myself, husband, mother & 7 year old son stayed for a quick 4 days 4th of July getaway. We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed to cook delicious dinners, had easy access to the beach and a beautiful marsh view. Highly recommend for a small family or couples getaway.

This is an amazing condo with a beautiful view.It is very close to everything, beach arcade ,pier and restaurants. We really didn't need car to go anywhere ! Very clean and a great host.We hope to enjoy it again on our next trip.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Garden City! The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals, which we really appreciated. The view from the porch was absolutely gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. The pool was a big hit with the kids—it was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the marsh. Overall, it was the perfect family vacation. We’d definitely come back!

Another 5-Star Spring Break!

This was our third year staying in this condo for Spring Break! As always, our host was just a text away - not that we needed anything, the place is always prepared nicely for our family of 4! The location is perfect with everything within walking distance - the beach, the pier, and the arcade & ice cream shop! We love it!!

This is a really cute condo in a great location. The owner was very nice and accessible. We really enjoyed the screened porch and being able to walk to the pier and beach!

Another enjoyable stay

The June stay was so enjoyable, my family wanted to come back for another visit in Garden City and stayed here for a 2nd time this year. It's clean, comfortable, and the location is great with a nice view from the back porch and the close proximity to the pier. The host is super responsive.

Great Stay!

This was a great location for us. It was an easy walk to the beach and pier. Very quiet at night. We enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch overlooking the marsh. Everything we needed was there. Will stay again!

Our family vacation

Overall the property was well equipped, clean, and in a good location. My daughter's really enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony watching the birds in the marsh. Would definitely use again and do recommend.

Great condo and ideal location! Pool was awesome for kids. 2nd bedroom is small but you can make it work. We will stay again if we come back to surf side.

Comfortable Retreat

The location can't be beat. The balcony overlooks a peaceful marsh with plenty of bird activity. It is a very short walk to the ocean and a longer walk or short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and Rachel was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Just Amazing

This was the perfect spot for any family vacation! The home was beautiful and so well kept. The beds were super comfortable with really nice bedding. It was spotless and everything was JUST AMAZING! Check-in was a breeze and the owner is just the sweetest I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this property to anyone heading to the south end of the grand strand. My family and I will definitely be back!

My family has vacationed in Garden City for years and we are completely in love with the area. This is hands down the best beach on the Grand Strand and we wanted a family friendly place to bring out children for vacation.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property boasts central location to everything that is Garden City. Ocean view from the front door and fabulous marsh front balcony gives us the best of both worlds. The pier, restaurants, golf cart rental and shopping are right around the corner within walking distance.
