Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  Hale MI sur tous les sports Sage Lake. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est entourĂ©e d'eau avec vue sur le lac depuis chaque fenĂȘtre de la maison. Avec 4 chambres, il offre suffisamment d'espace de couchage pour 12+ personnes. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e pour loger les clients de notre autre propriĂ©tĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de l'Ăźle de Zeron (propriĂ©tĂ© n ° 479675) Ă©galement sur le lac Sage. Il a beaucoup de stationnement, une belle terrasse extĂ©rieure et un espace barbecue, ainsi qu'une zone de foyer au bord du lac. Nous avons un ponton Ă  pagaie pour 2 personnes Ă  louer ainsi qu'un bateau ponton Ă  louer. Avec 4 lits queen dans les escaliers (3 dans la grande piĂšce Ă  l'Ă©tage, et 2 zones de couchage sĂ©parĂ©es Ă  l'Ă©tage), 1 canapĂ©-lit et un lit king dans la chambre principale au niveau principal, il y a beaucoup de place pour dormir. Il y a un salon de belle taille au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec un dessus de bar donnant sur la cuisine ainsi qu'un autre coin salon Ă  l'Ă©tage qui a le canapĂ©-lit qui serait parfait pour les enfants.

Our stay was so perfect in many ways! Nice beach for a 2 year old, a game room for teenagers, pontoon was so fun, and the entire house was very accommodating! We want to come back for sure!

Weekend vacation

We had a great stay! Everyone in our group had a great time and enjoyed the property. Joe the property manager was easy to communicate with and was very helpful from the moment we booked our stay to the checking out. We look forward to staying here agian in the future!

Family Fun

We had a great time at this property. Our kids swam, fished, kayaked, and had s’mores around the campfire. Boat rental was a nice bonus. Was a great place to make memories.

Great stay with family!

We had a great stay - 8 adults and 5 kids and plenty of space and activities for all! Loved that we had access to the kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon so the kids could try all the activities at their pace. Lake house is great for those that can’t do a lot of steps, something we noticed most of the other houses on the lake had. Great stay will be back!

Great Stay!

Perfect family getaway for a group of 8 adults and 6 kids. The outdoor space is beautiful and exactly as described within the listing. The kids had an absolute blast in the water kayaking and paddle boarding all day long along with swimming off the pontoon boat. Highly recommend Island Cove!

Perfect quiet getaway

The property was the perfect getaway for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. Right off the lake, great views, perfectly nestled fire pit, and great sandy bottom for the kids...need I say more. The accommodations were very comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

Great place!

The lakehouse was wonderful! Great little island and all the amenities and outdoor play that you need to never even have to leave during your stay. The owner is one of the best I have interacted with while renting. He is friendly, answers promptly, and takes care of his guests during their stay! Will definitely be booking again.

Perfect for a family getaway with the kids and dogs

Island Cove was perfect for our family vacation. The house fit the six of us (plus two infants and two dogs) comfortably, and everyone loved spending time at the beach, on the pontoon boat, and playing yard games. The check in and check out procedures were simple. It's so rare to find a place like this that ticks all the boxes - great location, easy rental experience, plenty of amenities, and the ability to bring the dogs along for the fun! We'll definitely rent again.

Excellent property

My family and I had an amazing time at the house. There was plenty of activities and things to do on the lake. We made great use of everything available from the kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for our large family. We had perfect weather to enjoy our weekend here.

Amazing

Our weekend was amazing! The property was exactly like the pictures showed if not better. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved taking the pontoon boat around the lake and going for morning kayaking and paddle boarding. We will definitely return!

Family vacation

We booked this house for a family vacation with cousins from out of state and it was absolutely amazing! The perfect size, great location, and equipped with so many fun things to do. We spent the day kayaking, riding the paddle boat, paddle boarding, and took the pontoon out and spent the evenings around the fire. The little beach was perfect for our small kiddos, ages 2-12. Joe, the property manager responded quickly and friendly to all my (many!) questions and never made me feel like a burden. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a nice, clean, relaxing vacation :)

Perfect Setting

This property was perfect for my group of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. The slope of the beach was perfect for our non swimmers in the group. We got to try out kayaking and paddle boarding with the equipment that was made available We also enjoyed the pontoon boat we rented. We did s’mores at the fire pit and made a lot of use of the grill. The views from all of the windows was breathtaking.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property for our annual family vacation. We had 8 adults, 5 kids with 1 being a 6 month old. There was plenty for everyone to do from boating, kayaking, stand up paddle boards and paddle boating. The property was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The only downfall we had is the majority of the beds were upstairs with only one bathroom while the master suite is downstairs. To access the master bathroom you had to go through the bedroom, so it wasn’t always convenient. That did not stop us from having a wonderful time!

Island Cove relaxation

We had a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable week at the Island Cove rental. Sage Lake is a beautiful lake to wake up to each morning and a great lake to view the sunset in the evening. Renting the pontoon boat is a must for those who want to enjoy the entire lake experience. Good fishing location to find bluegill, pike, large mouth bass, and crappies. The property is great for families to have their own space while also enjoying family time around a bonfire each evening. Kayaks and SUP boards are available to enjoy and a nice way to explore the lake. Our dog also enjoyed the property as he was able to safely run around the cove and chase off the geese too. Boaters on the lake are friendly and courteous and we felt safe swimming anywhere in the lake. Property Managers/Owners are very responsive, kind, and helpful. We would recommend this rental and look forward to visiting Sage Lake again soon.

Amazing place

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The views are splendid, the home is very well furnished and super comfortable. Throughout the house there are tons of windows that allowed us to appreciate the views of the water on all sides. There was more than enough room in the house for me and my wife, our theee boys, and our dog. Our parents came to visit in the weekend and had their own room. The three boys each got their own bed in the upstairs room above the garage. We used the grill outside and it worked perfectly. We used the outside fire pit down by the water several times and it was great with very nice chairs to sit in. The property manager was very nice and helpful and we had great communication with them throughout our stay if there was anything we needed. While in one of the nicest lakes in Hale, it’s very close to several restaurants which we enjoyed every one of them. We look forward to staying again here next year.

Nice get away on Sage Lake

We traveled with my family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 6,3, and 6 months) and two other couples and stayed for a week in June 2022. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Island Cove. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything you need. We spent a lot of time on the beach with the kids, around the fire pit, using the kayaks and other yard games, and especially the pontoon boat. The boat was awesome! We packed snacks and lunches and spent a large portion of the day on the water. We anchored and fished, swam, and just enjoyed the sun. The house isn't as private as it seems as parking for the other property is with this house. As common with most houses in N MI, there is no central air but a few window air units; however because of all the windows and no blinds or shades, the house, especially the upstairs gets very warm on hot days. Even with the AC units running, the upstairs was 85. The washer and dryer were a chore to use, wouldn't start and then didn't spin all the water out, so we just went to the laundry mat. Minor detail but the coffee maker is slow - we had 6 adults so we had to make two pots every day. Check in was easy and any maintenance or housekeeping staff we saw were very friendly. Go to Alwards market and get their bacon, delicious! Crusins Corner Store has ice cream and we'd highly recommend going out to eat at Cedar Tavern and Grill. Large portions, really good food, and everyone was very friendly.

We had 8 people stay with decent comfort. The only real issues were the AC upstairs not being very effective, though it didn't really matter because we were on the lake most of the day and it cooled down nicely at night.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time at Island Cove. There were 7 adults and 6 kids ranging from 1-11 years old. There was plenty to do for every age. We enjoyed the pontoon, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing in the sand on the beach, bonfire by the water, grilling, amazing views of the lake, running around in the yard, drinks at the tiki bar, and so much more. The shed was stocked with beach toys, life jackets, and fishing poles. The beach had a shallow area for the little ones to play in the water. The bigger kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. The pontoon was perfect to cruise around the lake and we easily found a sand bar to hang out. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and he was always quick to respond if we had questions. Plenty of space for everyone. My only suggestion is to add blinds in the living room/kitchen and in the upstairs loft. It can get pretty hot in those areas when the sun sets and blinds would help prevent the house from heating up. We had one rainy day and so we went to a local bowling alley until it cleared up - tons of fun there too! We would definitely come back because we had an amazing time and loved the property and house. It was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!
