Cette maison est située à distance de marche du centre-ville de Lexington et de l'Université du Kentucky. L'université de Transylvanie est également à proximité. Rupp Arena est à moins de 3 / 4èmes d'un mile de distance.

L'appartement / studio est très confortable, avec un joli coin fenêtre avec beaucoup d'oreillers. Cette maison de 1905 dispose de hauts plafonds, d'une chambre spacieuse, d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bains. Il y a un futon confortable comme 2ème lit. L'unité dispose également (seulement) d'une place de stationnement dédiée, ce qui est une denrée rare dans la région.

J'ai moi-même beaucoup voyagé et mon objectif est de rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible.

Fantastic place to stay, the host was great with communicating. The reviews on the parking spot confused me because the parking is EASY and so perfect. We got in at 1am and could clearly read the sign and it’s just common sense to not park in a way that would block others. Location was perfect for attending the Kentucky football game. We will definitely look to stay here agin when in town.

Great place for a couple days exploring Lexington

Older home but you can tell that owner has worked hard to fix it up. Clean, comfortable and owner is very responsive. If you looking for a reasonable place for a few nights it is is perfect. College town and we were there Derby, graduation, and Cinco De Mayo week. It was quiet and we were very happy with our stay

The apartment itself was older, but clean, well supplied and a nice place to stay. By itself I would give it a good rating. However, the parking was terrible. So bad, that I believe it should be disclosed on the web page for the location. I had to park in a spot where I was barely able to open the door and get out of my car. Thankfully we got to the location late and had to leave very early. So, the people parked on either side of our car hadn't left yet, so the car was not damaged.Due to this parking, we left, without a refund of any kind, and checked into a hotel for the rest of our stay int he area. Due to the parking, I would never recommend anyone stay at this place, unless maybe you have a very small subcompact car or motorcycle.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with the parking! There has been construction nearby that can occasionally and briefly affect the parking spot, which is unfortunately out of our control. The spot itself is actually 16 feet wide, so it can accomodate most vehicles, it's just unfortunately in your case the full spot was briefly inaccessible. We've taken steps to address that in the future and we appreciate your feedback!

Didn’t stay there

It’s a very cute apartment but I didn’t feel comfortable staying there because it was not up to my standards of cleanliness. I probably won’t use VRBO again as this was my first experience.

Jennifer never contacted us in any way, so we aren't sure exactly what her issue was. We have been hosting for a year and haven't had this kind of complaint before. However, after reading this review, we are changing our cleaning person.

It was okay

Visiting after graduating from UK. Check in process was very easy. It did what we needed it to do. Wasn’t the most cleanly, but it is in the college neighborhood. The water pressure with the hot water is a trickle. Nice it has parking, the parking directions are a little confusing at first but we figured it out. As three girls we didn’t feel the safest since both nights we were there there were two different instances where someone knocked on the door and used keys to try to get in. Blamed it on drunk college people but still unsettling.

Thanks for your feedback - we have never had anyone report someone knocking by mistake, so it must have been a one time occurrence. The area is safe though, as you said it is a college neighborhood just by downtown, safe to walk alone at night. Since your review we have changed our cleaning crew.

Great Place

This place was clean, comfortable and quiet. The building is an old house that has been divided into apartments, so the space has some character in the trim and the wooden floors that slope slightly in a couple places. Even though it is a small place, it some how feels open and it is well laid out with a kitchen with all the basic cooking supplies and a very comfortable bed. It is within a reasonable walking distance to downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky. We had no trouble checking in and the owner was prompt in replying to my original query and in giving good instructions for the parking space. The house is located near some one way streets, so pay attention to your GPS which will show you how to get to the street. The online listing is accurate in its pictures and description. It would be a perfect place if you are visiting friends in the area or getting ready to do a tour of U.K. or Transylvania University and wanted a place where you could unwind and relax.

Like my first college apartment

Kind of delapidated. Neighborhood full of young drunk people. Screen ripped out in front door. Kitchen floor sticky. Toilet plugged when we got there. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. It felt like maybe it was in the process of being rehabbed.

Economical stay near University of Kentucky

Decent space to lay your head for a few nights. The check in/out process is easy to follow. The parking spot was easy to use. The property manager got us extra towels when requested. The shower was ok (pressure & temperature were just manageable).
