Great house! We would use this property again for our camps.

Ray is a great host! Our campers needed comfortable beds and they got them.

We had a wonderful time. Check in and check out procedures were seamless. We would definitely stay in another one of these properties.

Roomy but not well stocked

Ten of us spent five days here for Spring Break. The house was nice and we had plenty of room to spread out. However, we were are only provided with 7 towels and washcloths for 10 people! There weren’t a lot of items provided to cook with but there were plenty dishes, glassware and silverware. Overall the house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was roomy!

Just Right

The property was very clean and accommodated the needs of our group. The Kitchen was fully stocked, the linen was fresh, the air conditioner, heating, security system and door lock were easy to operate. There were 9 adults in our group. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. We felt secure in the home and the neighborhood. The property was close to our family in Stone Mountain, as well as, local attractions. The area is dark at night so driving was a bit of a challenge. We were not familiar with the area and relied on our GPS for directions. The owner and manager were available for questions and any problems that arose. They are very professional. We left a bluetooth speaker at the property. It was given to lost and found and will be returned upon receipt of a FedEx shipping label. I recommend the property and will use it for a get away the next time I visit my family.

Caution warranted!

The good/good-ish: - Neighborhood - Big, multi-bed room is great for kids - House was pretty clean but could use a deep clean of floors, baseboards, bathroom rugs, and carpets - Kids enjoyed air hockey table and fusball table (which does need some repair) - Layout from kitchen to living room is nice and open The bad: - Listing had hot tub as an amenity but there was no hot tub. Owner said it was an error and removed it from the listing, but we did not have time to find another home. - We opted to pay the $3000 deposit, but DON’T DO IT! We are currently working with VRBO to contest the $950.00 charge levied by the owner. He claims that we caused a plumbing issue by flushing toilet wipes, but no one in our party (3 adults and 6 kids) had wipes. The only thing flushed was to toilet paper. He further claims that we clogged the toilets intentionally (???) and that the house has never had plumbing problems, but there are laminated, posted signs in EVERY bathroom saying not to flush anything other than toilet paper, which indicates that there HAVE been problems previously. The owner has been rude and has accused us of causing the problem but has provided no proof. He claims that the plumber came out and submitted a report but has failed to provide us with anything. We travel multiple times per year and have NEVER had any issues. I feel like this owner asks for a large deposit and then blames people for problems that are a part of routine home maintenance. STAY AWAY!

We are not at all surprised by your retaliatory email and rating. Our homes are immaculately maintained and presented to guest in working order. At least an hour before checking time a video log of each house is generated to document and confirm that all facilities are in proper working order. Prior to your arrival each toilet was flushed three time and recorded, they all functioned flawlessly. Posted do not flush signs Posted toilets signs are to prevent the issue you created. The are there to alert users that disposable wipes, tampons, female sanitary napkins and the like will create backup as these are not flushable items. The sign is akin to a do not enter, no littering, a caution sign or a do not trespass sign. In your case you choose to ignore the posted signs and used wipes in the downstairs rest room and created a back. The backup was promptly cleared and again you used wipes in the same toilet until it stopped working a second time. Next you went to the master bedroom and used wipes again causing that toilet to become backed up. The rotor rooter report is being added to your messaging for your convenience. It states clearly that both toilets on two separate waste line independent of each other were stuffed with disposable wipes. A comprehensive video investigation of the line shows a completely normal line with no obstructions except for your newly flushed wipes. I suppose the magically appeared in two toilets. You are billed the cost of two plumber visits o

Awesome Family Get Away

My family and I truly enjoyed our Christmas Getaway. The house was spacious and accommodated my whole family. We are a family that loves to fellowship and this was a home away from home. So thank you for making my family's Christmas a very memorable one!

July 4th Getaway

Property is exactly as listed. My family and I didn't spend much time at the home but the little time we were there was enjoyable indeed. Spacious rooms and the home was super clean. Easy smooth check in and check out. will definitely return if we're visiting GA again.

Stone Mountain getaway

We traveled with our kids from Florida to vacation near Atlanta and Stone Mountain. This house was very convenient in its access to Stone Mountain, it was a 10 minute drive. The house itself was tidy and neat. It had white towels and individually wrapped soap for us to use. The kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responsive for questions. The great room with the 3 beds was a bit difficult to heat at night, but otherwise everything was great. We recommend this house if you're looking to be close enough to Atlanta to visit the attractions but want to stay in a suburban neighborhood.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This location was breath taking . From the backyard to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are HUGE , 2 living rooms , 2 dining Areas & 3 bathrooms . Well worth it , & Location is very family friendly.

Carnival Girls’ Trip

Family Gathering in ATL.

The accomodations were awesome & very close to the family we were visiting. We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. We were able to enjoy each other's company very comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything that we needed was within 30 minutes. We look forward to staying again in the future.
