Bayview Towers, Unité 1/15 Victoria Parade

L'emplacement - Juste une promenade à travers la route de la plage de Nelson Bay pour la baignade en eau calme, les pique-niques et les barbecues ou à Fly Point pour la plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine dans le parc marin (mieux à marée haute). Suivez l'estran à moins d'un kilomètre de la ville pour les cafés, les restaurants, les boutiques et la marina. Vous n'aurez pas besoin de la voiture!

L'unité - Cette unité au premier étage offre des vues panoramiques sur l'eau depuis le balcon, juste en face de la baie. Il y a un grand balcon pour se détendre et profiter de la vue, un salon avec télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD et une cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson et four. La chambre principale a un lit queen plus un lit superposé de la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre a un lit superposé, une salle de bain, des toilettes séparées (douche, pas de baignoire) et l'accès à une buanderie commune extérieure avec laveuse et sécheuse. Parking couvert pour une voiture.

There were ants on the verandah and in the loungeroom, gotten bitten sitting by an ant while on the lounge. Gladd screen door was dirty. Property not well maintained, for example, windows hard to open and close.

Girls weekend away

Property location can’t be beaten. Difficult with parking as multiple cars between us staying and no where to park. Floors were quite dirty and required us to sweep on arrival. Check in and out process very smooth and easy

Place needs a good clean

The place was very dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned very well and under the bed in the front room was rubbish that was there when we stayed 4 months ago. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning.

Great location

Awesome location This 3 bedroom unit was a little disappointing though. 3 bedrooms really only 2 with a small bunk bed off the main room, very small rooms. The owners need to consider air con as it was extremely hot. Also a sail or at least a shade umberella on balcony. Other than that it was clean and tidy and we had a great girls weekend away.

Not a clean place to stay 🤢

View is beautiful.. walking distance to town.. apartment is run down and very dirty.. mouldy bathroom appliances need replacing.. heater very old need a new one..cleaners are not doing their job..will not be staying there again.. 🤢

This property is in extremely disrepair, no A/C as advertised only rusty, rickety cheap fans, mildew in bathroom, dust on floor, place is internally full of concrete cancer, this place is nothing like presented on the website. I refused to stay and left and,found alternative accommodation

Our water front properties do attract more ducts and sand as other properties & are on rotating deeper cleans, and this property has just had a spring clean. Our waterfront properties are very popular & have back to back bookings therefore, high foot traffic, we our guests to reach out whilst in the property with any concerns so we have a fair and reasonable opportunity to rectify. Please be aware there isn't any mildew in the bathroom glass & the concrete cancer located only in the front bedroom wall that is being address by Strata. We offer 24 reservations, after hours service, handyman & maintenance service, local staff, trades & cleaners who can attend & get your holiday back on track. We hope to see you again at any of our many properties enjoying beautiful Port Stephens surrounds.

Great location. Needs refurb

Staff at checkin very abrupt but checkout lady was great. Apartment was clean enough but furniture extremely uncomfortable and outdated. How hard is it to get nice couches? Kitchen equipment suboptimal including pans and stove. I don’t know why they can’t install airconditioning. It’s like you spend 3.8k for the week you would expect more. People in NB seem to just care about income without providing adequate living standards

It was all about the views

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this unit for 9 days during the summer holiday period. For a refurbished unit I expected way better . The unit wasn’t the cleanest .I had to hose down the balconyonnthe first day from the buildup of dust . The couches have reached maximum use they are very old and have springs poking out . The second room smells like mould it’s very in unhygienic for the kids specially over a 9 day period. The unit needs maintenance ASAP! It was about the view for me.

The worse stay ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was so dirty food left over on the floor, pillows had blood stains on them, bugs and insects on the bed, hair and dry skin all over the couches, the only good thing is location and the view. Overall very disappointed with the unit

Dirty! Sand, mould, stains on blankets, lack of chairs only 2 around 8 seater outdoor table. The shower hadn’t even been cleaned and the shower head was broken, had to call a plumber at 7:30 am in the morning to have shower. Worst I have ever experienced. I booked it to have my birthday away with girlfriends and was very embarrassed as they all contributed to the payment of the disappointing accommodation. Would like a full refund.

Awesome location but very untidy

This is a really good location with the beach and marina within walking distance. However, we arrived to a very untidy and smelly unit. The unit had definitely not been cleaned prior to our arrival as there were dead bugs and sand all over the floor. The bedrooms were a complete mess and had a very unpleasant smell. We called Port Stephens Accommodation to organise for the unit to be cleaned but were told it was holiday season so it would be difficult to find a cleaner and even if they did, it would take 2 to 3 hours for them to arrive and clean the unit. As such, we went and purchased a number of cleaning products and cleaned the unit ourselves which is not something I wanted to do on a holiday. The beds also need to be replaced as they are more than warn down and uncomfortable. Considering the location, this unit could be five stars if the owner invested into minor improvements but for now we were left extremely disappointed in the presentation of the unit as well as Port Stephens Accommodation.

Great location & ample space for a family getaway.. it rained the entire time for our stay but because we weren't too cramped it was still heaps of fun.. Would recommend brining your own pillows and blankets / Doonas: whats there needs a bit of an update

Book this room around 6 months ago. The pictures was a bit misleading. The rooms looked bigger. The back bedroom was a bit dirty with spiders and webs. Floor was very uncomfortable to walk in back room. Timber floor feels like it's going to cave in. Other then that the place was good. I'll re book it again

Great views but not the best stay

The property is at an amazing location unfortunately although this isn't the owners fault, there is a massive orange street light right outside the property. This meant to have any kind of window open at night (there was no aircon) there was a constant bright orange glow throughout. It also is a little noisy with street traffic. The main bedroom is also a little strange with the renovations. It doesn't have it's own window and looks into another bedroom. Postives are that it was very neat, and generally clean and obviously good views and access to the beach.
