Conçue pour votre confort, cette belle propriété de 2 chambres à coucher est dotée de hautes fenêtres à persiennes (entièrement blindée contre les insectes) pour capturer la brise, ainsi que de 5 ventilateurs de plafond. (La climatisation est disponible sur demande moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 10 $ par jour.)

Admirez la vue sur le magnifique lagon d'Aitutaki depuis la grande véranda ou détendez-vous dans votre salon en plein air. Il y a aussi une table basse extérieure, un grand barbecue en plein air, pouvant accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

Vous serez accueilli avec un panier de fruits de bienvenue, et du lait et du jus seront dans le réfrigérateur pour votre commodité.

Le tarif de la nuit comprend jusqu'à 5 personnes. La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes sur demande, moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 50 USD par personne et par nuit.

La grande salle de bain a une coiffeuse en pierre et une grande douche. Un sèche-cheveux est fourni pour votre commodité.

Il y a des toilettes séparées et une grande buanderie située au rez-de-chaussée avec une machine à laver et des serviettes de plage à votre disposition pendant votre séjour.

La cuisine moderne en chêne possède un banc d'îlot et une grande table à manger. Equipé avec micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson à gaz, grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, mixeur (pour faire des smoothies de patte), 4 grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière à piston (café fourni), mixeur ensemble de couteaux de chef, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle pour couvrir tous vos besoins en matière de cuisine et de divertissement.

L'eau potable de la maison principale est traitée par le système de traitement UV installé et est potable.

La villa est bien située, près de la ville (épiceries, banque, télécommunications, poste, plats à emporter), de l’île Cook, du tourisme, du marché Aitutaki, ainsi que du principal quai où les bateaux-taxis s’écartent. sur votre île de choix!

Conditions spéciales: La villa est nettoyée une fois par semaine. Des services supplémentaires sont disponibles sur demande, moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Les mariages et les grands rassemblements ne sont pas autorisés à la villa. La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes sur demande. Le tarif par nuit est applicable pour un maximum de 5 personnes. Outstanding accomodation!

We surrendered to our holiday in Aitutaki largely due to our beautiful villa and its surroundings. The property met all our expectations and beyond. The views over the village, the excellent airconditioning, the amazing kitchen facilities and close proximity to town. Highly recommend this home to all travellers looking for a home away from home. Loved our stay at Te Via Moana!

Peaceful and beautiful

This beautiful villa in the heart of Aitutaki is amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and soaked up the experience of being surrounded by the locals. The Villa provides everything you could ask for in a holiday stay. Our host was amazing, organising airport transfers, scooters and advice on where to find supplies. We travelled as a family of 4 and the space was perfect for our needs. If you’re keen to avoid the trappings of resorts, we highly recommend this villa.

The property is well maintained and appointed, having anything one could possibly need. We were met at the airport and brought to our house and rental car. The windows are screened and everything was clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Awesome stay!

We had such a great stay! Upon our arrival to Aitutaki, we were greeted by Mii's lovely co host with beautiful Lei's (flower neckalce) for each of us. We then followed the co host by car to our location which was super helpful, especially since we landed during the night. The place was very nice with plenty of land surrounding it making it nice and private and the view from the deck was stunning. Fans inside the home were a lifesaver we didn't even feel the need to use the aircon. Overall was a very tidy and great place to stay would definitely stay again 😊

Great home in Aiutaki

Our stay at this home was wonderful. Full kitchen and filtered water from the tap as well as plenty of seating and a nice bathroom, perfect place to stay in Aitutaki. Not within walking distance to the beach but walking distance to town and shops. The island is easy to get around so getting to the beach is easy. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the folks we interacted with for the rental were so accommodating and kind. Definitely made the stay that much better. We would highly recommend it!

Aitutaki is gorgeous, and it was nice to have a spacious house with many amenities. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with a much appreciated welcome fruit basket and juice/milk in the fridge, good sized bathroom with some small toiletries and things past guests have left (thank you for the bug spray!), fans for cooling, nice view from the balcony, lots of space to spread out and relax. Host communication was just ok. It was great to check in early since our flight arrived from Raro at 10, and host arranged for a taxi to pick us up. But when we arrived, there was no house manual or instructions or info at all, the local house manager called after a few hours and we ended up going to her office to ask questions, but then she went to New Zealand and we had no one to ask- the host still has not replied 2 weeks later. The oven had no door, the safe was broken, and there were ants everywhere (we sprayed and disinfected several times, and made sure no open food was out or in the trash- also no place outside to take the trash). Listing also says free wifi- this is not accurate, it’s a Vodafone hotspot and you need to buy data to use it. We rented a scooter and it was delivered and picked up from the house which is great. We enjoyed our stay but having more info and communication could have made it better.

Some surprises here

Great location. The house cannot be described as a luxury villa, like most of the accommodation on Aitutaki, it is tired. The steps leading to the house are in need of repair with the wood splintered in many places, so not the best for bare feet. The interior walls are in need of a paint job, with scuff marks, garks and dirty marks in many places. The upstand of the kitchen bench is coming away from the wall, some of the louvres are broken and there is mould in the grouting of the bathroom. The biggest surprise was being collected at the airport with what I understood was a complimentary transfer but instead was an extra $100.00.

We loved our stay here and would definitely be back. Unfortunatley there was some miscommunication when we arrived so the place needed cleaning however the wonderful Villa Manager cleaned the place up lovely for us. She also gave us a lovely delivery of fruit and there was plent of basic supplies like milk, tea, coffee, juice and plenty of filtered water. We loved being down the road from the fabulous Avatea cafe who serve amazing food and the best coffee on the island.

Family Stay

We booked this property amid COVID uncertainty, the host was very accomodating of circumstances. The property was ideal for our family, the proximity to the port to catch boat out to kitesurf was very convenient.You ideally need a car and these were in limited supply so book ahead. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. The only downside was that when we arrived the villa wasn’t available for us to go into straight off our flight so we had some hanging around which wasn’t ideal, next time I’ll be onto this. The manager was very kind and took us to shops and such and was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property and will be back to beautiful Aitutaki, thanks for sharing paradise.

Stay in Paradise

Thank you to owner Mii and host Meali for professionalism of service. We were greeted with welcome arms and lei's at the airport~transported directly to our holiday villa (with fresh fruits). Staying at 'Te Vai Moana' was a definite highlight and made our trip of a lifetime to Aitutaki, that more special. My family enjoyed the aircon, modern facilities and impressive decor/ high ceilings, ocean sunrise and sunset views and of course my children enjoyed fresh coconuts from trees and chasing the chickens around. Through rain, sunshine, evenings, beach outings and on Christmas Day~returning back to the villa felt like home away from home. Its a hotel resort experience with the convenience for a family and we felt we were in paradise. The phone and internet áccess made bookings with local car hire service/ taxi/ cruise and medical facilities easily accesible. With walking distance to town centre we were not only impressed by the convenience but especially how awesome the whole experience was of staying at the 'Te Vai Moana' . Overall my family and I had an amazing experience in Aitutaki due to the fact we had a comfortable beautiful home to stay in and with everything you could ask for. We built this house in 2013 on land that is passed down through my family lines dating back many generations. It provides my family a base when we come back home. I picture children growing up and 'popping over' to their island home with friends to enjoy the one of kind Aitutaki lagoon.
