Larkin Street est une belle, entièrement rénové, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain appartement dans un immeuble édouardien de deux unités sur Larkin près de Ghirardelli Square, parc aquatique, Fort Mason et Marina. Il a été construit en 1913 et comporte de nombreux détails d'époque, notamment des moulures, des cheminées et des baignoires sur pattes. Il a été récemment rénové avec salles de bains rénovées et la cuisine, les planchers en noyer du Brésil à l'étage, et moquette dans les chambres. Master bain a des comptoirs en marbre, double vasque et plancher chauffant. Un parking est disponible dans le garage adjacent et il est facilement accessible de transport en commun (téléphérique, trolley, bus et taxi) à toutes les parties de la ville.

Location, location, location!! This condo was the perfect size and location for our family while on vacation with a ton of fun extras like the roof terrace overlooking the bay. We loved being directly between Ghirardelli Square and Francisco Park. Fantastic!!

My adult daughters and I loved staying at this condo. The location had a wonderful view from the deck. It was also just one block from Ghirardelli Square and the bay. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location just steps from Ghirardelli Square, easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. Rooftop access for sunrise/sunset and Alcatraz views. Family-friendly with a kitchen, updated bathroom near the bedrooms, and lots of games and books to keep you entertained. Check-in and checkout were very easy and took no time. The host was great about responding to any questions quickly and was very accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

Great communication with owner! The home is very clean and comfortable. It’s walkable to so many great restaurants and sights. We parked the car in a nearby parking garage and used Waymo to get around, which was a fun experience for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. 5

Our stay was quite an experience. This is the first vrbo that we ever stayed at where the host was there at arrival and messaged that she would be there before the check out time (without our permission or response). Unusual. Keyless access or a lockbox with the key would have been much better. The refrigerator and kitchen floor and counters were dirty (I wiped hair from the inside of the refrigerator when we arrived so we could store our food in it). It also had the owners food in it. Glass Microwave tray had a big crack. Living room area rug was dirty with hair, and visible crumbs. It was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. We were unable to control the thermostat due to pre programming.The location was good however both bedrooms have bars on the windows and the house is located next to a liquor store (Mr Liquor). The bedrooms also are at sidewalk level and face the street. Evenings were noisy with liquor store patrons, especially on the weekend. Not ideal for sleeping. Parking was promised at a public ramp several blocks away but after arrival and unloading luggage, etc the key card entry didn’t work so we had the hassle of paying ourselves and messaging the host for a resolution. Stressful for us and not ideal. For the amount charged we expect a lot more. This place would be great if it were updated with contactless entry, and a very deep clean between guests stays.

Such a wonderful stay. Dede could not have been a better host. The location is phenomenal! This is one of the best VRBO we have ever experienced. We would go out of our way to stay here again.

The property was easy to find and its perfectly located by the Pacific in the heart of the City. Loves the convenience and the amenities. There is a high level of comfort and safety in the unit. The area is safe and lovely. We enjoyed hangout like the Buena Vista Irish coffee bar and Scoma’s both a must visit to enjoy these establishments.

San Francisco vacation

We love to stay in old, quirky houses and this one was perfect for our family of 5, our kids absolutely loved it. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to fisherman’s wharf and the rooftop deck was awesome for sightseeing over the bay.

We loved the location and the condo was perfect with a rooftop deck view that is unmatched! We’re an active family and really didn’t spend too much time at the condo but it’s a perfect place to stay with great location and proximity to everything we wanted to see and do.

This home was in the BEST location! There was a roof-top deck with an amazing view of Alcatraz Island, where we spent a decent amount of time, when we were actually in the home. Most of our time was spent exploring everything San Francisco had to offer, and it was a wonderful girl's trip! We were across the street from Ghirardelli Square, and so many attractions were within walking distance! We hired a private driver to take us to Sonoma one day to visit a couple of wineries, and another day for a few hours to give us a tour of the city! We packed a lot into a 6 night stay, and all of us said we will visit again! Our host was very sweet, and had great communication!

When you stay here, you will be just a cable car ride away from Union Square in San Francisco and a bike ride away from the Golden Gate Bridge. On Friday night, walk to Fort Mason where they circle the Food Trucks. Take a trolley to the Ferry Building to visit an amazing farmer's market on Saturday morning. Catch a cab on the corner to the best restaurants in the world. You will be a 15 minute drive to Sausalito and an hour away from Muir Woods or the Napa and Sonoma wine country. From the roof deck you will be able to see ships sailing by Alcatraz and Angel Islands. You can even take a swim in the chilly waters of the Bay or just enjoy the sandy beach of Aquatic Park just a block away.
