Welcome to Acacia 2 — a spacious alpine townhouse designed for relaxed Snowy Mountains escapes with family and friends.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Snowy Mountains, this comfortable and well-equipped townhouse offers the perfect base for year-round adventures, whether you’re visiting for winter snow trips or summer days by the lake.

The open-plan living area is warm, welcoming, and ideal for gathering together after a day outdoors. Large windows and a west-facing balcony capture beautiful mountain views, creating the perfect spot for summer BBQs, sunset drinks, or cosy winter afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and everything needed for easy holiday meals, while the generous lounge and dining spaces comfortably accommodate extended families and groups.

Designed for comfort in every season, Acacia 2 features reverse-cycle air conditioning, a gas fireplace for chilly alpine evenings, NBN Wi-Fi, and Foxtel (Austar) entertainment.

Sleeping up to eight guests, the property includes three comfortable bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, along with a full bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry facilities for added convenience during longer stays.

Winter guests will especially appreciate the dedicated drying room located beside the stairs, along with ski and snowboard storage at the front entry—making snow holidays easy and stress-free.

Outside, the double undercover carport provides ample parking space, including enough room for a boat, ideal for guests visiting during the warmer months.

Perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the Snowy Mountains region has to offer, guests can spend their days skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and exploring the alpine backcountry in winter, or enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horse riding, and watersports on Lake Jindabyne throughout summer.

Thoughtful sustainability features include rainwater collection, recycling facilities, water-efficient fittings, towel reuse initiatives, insulated walls and ceilings, and surrounding green spaces.

Acacia 2 comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Very well equiped

This property has just about everything that you would want for a satisfying stay. The kitchen is full of useful equipment, the beds were comfortable and everything worked. Also a good position but not noisy. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay. When we addressed your concerns about the free-to-air TV, we showed you how to use the Foxtel and you seemed satisfied. We aim to keep our guests happy and apologise if you felt there was a lack of follow-up. We understand that you were looking for games for kids. While we don't specifically advertise games, we do offer a chess board in the living room for guests who enjoy a classic game. Easy check in and out. Facilities were great and as described / pictured. Great set up for a family or group of friends. Wish it was walking distance to the shops.

Comfortable stay in a well-equipped townhouse and a great location. The aircon, Wifi and Foxtel were most welcome. Convenient car parking too.

Beautiful home, great location

Lovely accommodation, good location. Our group consisted of three couples. Plenty of hot water for returning from ski slopes, great heating and layout. Overall was great a great stay and would highly recommend.

Great stay!

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and have loved each stay. We stay as a group of three couples and love the BBQ's and drinks on the balcony at the end of the day. We find the location excellent - especially in winter. Close to the lake and walking distance to shops. Beds are comfy, heaters are great and this time we had WiFi which was new and very convenient. Will definitely be booking again.

Great space for families and groups

We love Jindabyne and stay regularly. This was our first stay at this property and we were very impressed. The balcony and large living/dining area made it easy for the two families staying to be together relaxing and socialising. Beds are comfy, kitchen very functional and the Wi-Fi was great especially as it was a wet weekend. Would stay again.
