Regarding the ice, the refrigerator’s ice maker is the available source, as the building does not provide a separate communal ice machine. We also understand that hallway noise can occasionally be noticeable depending on neighboring guests. I am very sorry to see this negative 1-star review. It’s my fault to send the guest wrong checkin information. The checkin time is 4pm. However, these guests got there in 3am. I usually silence my phone from midnight to early morning. When I saw his message after I woke up, I called him immediately and apologized for the mistake. He was very upset and asked to to cancel the reservation and pay more money to him. I agreed to cancel the reservation with full refund, but he kept to ask more money for the compensation. I refused his request and he got more mad. I offered him to continue to stay in my property and I would pay the cost of his first night. But he refused my offer. This guest threatened me during the conversation. My team works very hard to make my properties best vacation homes for my guests. All my previous guests had very good experience in my properties and left very good reviews. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from other guests as well.

I am sorry to know your bad experience. The pool was closed temporarily for maintenance. It’s open now. This unit has 1 kingsize bed in master bedroom, two queen beds in the other bedroom and a queen size air mattress in the living room. The are mattress is even more comfortable than a sleeper sofa.

I am very disappointed to receive this negative review. I received a call from this guest in the evening of the checkin day. I realized I sent wrong instruction to her. I apologized for this mistake and immediately sent the right one to her. This never happened before. She was very upset. The kitchen of this unit was upgraded in last winter. Some of the furnitures, including two beds, were purchased last year. We are trying our best to make my property a best place for my guests’ vacation.
