We love the Breakers cottages. This one did not disappoint. It was delightful. I wish we could have used the fireplace because during our stay it was quite rainy. The host was wonderful in responding to my communication quickly.

Beautiful location

Great little place, beach access right text to condos. Beautiful ocean views. Proposal Rock is a 3 minute walk away. Table only seats 5, just in case you have a group of 6 like we did!

It was great being right on the ocean. The unit was well appointed and clean. We had a nice relaxing time. Many walks on the beach, read while having a fire and listening to the waves crash on the seawall right outside our unit. It was great.

Quiet,clean and right on the ocean.

Property was very clean and well stocked to include kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of games, books and movies available. Some rooms have wear and tear along the base boards, doors and windows. Some window blinds were broken but we figured out how to make them work. We were notified a day before our stay that the queen bed frame was broken and could not be used. We were assured there would still be a bed just maybe not a frame. The frame was not removed and still broken so made for some interesting sleeping. It was broken under the mattress so didn’t hold the bed up in that area. Felt like sleeping in a bit of a sinkhole. We made it work tho. The other beds were very comfortable, the house very clean, and we would stay here again.

We had a great time! The residence has (almost) everything you need. The only minor complaint that I had was if your kids enjoy cereal in the morning, bring your own bowls. The bowls there are awful, in fact, we didn't think there were any bowls. What we thought was a plate was indeed a bowl. Creates a mess that you just don't want on vacation : ) Other than that minor detail, it was absolutely lovey! The view is unbeatable both upstairs and downstairs. Watching the waves with a cup of coffee in the early morning was blissful.

Clean and comfortable

I could wake up to the gorgeous view and the sound of the ocean everyday! The home was So comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! We loved our stay in the little town of Neskowin!

Great for families!

We were three couples, each with an infant under one and had an incredible time. The access to the beach, plus the sand right in front was great for our littles. And with three babies, the sound didn’t carry too much from room to room. We all decided to come back for an annual trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Breakers for 8 years and always loved it. Usually stay in #5 and decided to try #8. Furniture in both very comfortable for my back issues. Had problems w/wall outlets; some worked and others didn't. Those that worked wouldn't hold our plug-ins firmly--they would fall out easily. No night table in bedroom w/bunks and NO clocks in any bedroom. No paper of any kind to get fireplace going. Little things, but could be fixed easily. Loved having washer/dryer in Unit!

The home we rented accommodated our family of seven (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and 3 children) plus one dog very nicely. It is very well stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment,mgames, books, oodles of videos and players in every room. I appreciated the packets of coffee! The furniture is comfortable and and stylish. This unit has a beautiful view and is very close to beach access. The scope set up by the window was a delightful bonus. We would come again.

There was nothing bigger than a saucepan. And the crockpot didn't have the insides so we couldn't even use that.

This Place Is Worth Every Penny!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this beautiful home at the last minute with the help of Kat, the rental agent, for my sister, mother, me and our mini-dox. We were booked at another place through Vacasa that was not accurately represented to us and couldn't stay there, so there we were on a Friday afternoon, in a real pinch! How fortunate for us! This home is immaculate, kitchen is fully supplied with good cookware, good comfy beds, plenty of blankets and a lovely deck. Loved the open floor plan, too. Opening the shades in the morning was a such a pleasure! Beautiful views to the ocean and a short walk to access the beach. I loved this place and would book with Meredith Lodging again. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 45th Annual Family reunion! With 2 granddaughters under the age of 1, we loved being right on the water and having a bit of sand outside our backdoor. Weather was perfect. One note: The carpet in this unit was terribly stained and needs to be replaced. Really was icky to see your babies crawling around on it. The furniture was nice and in good repair. Had some problems with the downstairs toilet. We had one small issue with the staff. We asked to get into the unit early if possible and it took the gal on duty an hour after cleaning staff had finished to let us in. She said that she needed to check to make sure it was okay. We think she could have checked earlier, knowing we were waiting.
