About mosquitos before spring-summer time we do a disinfectant treatment professional and then we offer two types of electric mosquito nets in the apartments. Dear guests, thanks a lot for your review! We're very glad for your relaxing holiday! Panorama, peace and quietness are some of more appreciated aspects of our house! The location is out of this world...the casale is a peaceful retreat and it's ideal if you really want to escape it all! But Casale Montalto Tarugo, thanks to its convenient location, is also a strategic base of departure for trips and excursions in the Marche region, which to some popular tourist destinations in the nearby Umbria and Tuscany and visit the ancient Republic of San Marino. Otherwise you can reach (30-35 km from casale) seaside resorts (Fano, Marotta, Pesaro, Torrette, etc.) if you prefer to enjoy the beach. In fact, visiting the Marche, rather than the medieval towns, mills, castles, churches or beaches, the traveller will delight for the taste of the discovery of interesting corners, getting lost in the network of narrow mountain views from the unexpected! As I wrote my guests ..."Of course the roads from the casale to Fossombrone are rural roads with panoramic views, so around the house there are unpaved roads (gravel covered and forest floor) as the final part 900 meters of access to the house are to go on a dirt road, while other are paved... uphill and downhill." However the main access surrounding streets are mostly paved and are well connected to the road network European Route 78 (Fano - Grosseto), that’s about 7 km from casale. Many others hilly roads crisscrossed small villages (Mondavio, Serrungarina, S. Ippolito, Urbania, Furlo Gorge, Urbino, etc) are good and very good. Thanks a lot for your nice words and compliments!! So around the house there are unpaved roads (gravel covered and forest floor) as the final part 3000 meters of access to the house are to go on a dirt road, while other are paved. The main access surrounding streets are mostly paved and are well connected to the road network European Route 78 (Fano - Grosseto), that’s about 7 km from casale and you can easily get there Gubbio, Urbino, Furlo Gorge, seaside resorts and many other attractions. The best indicated road (recommended when booking) to reach Casale Montalto Tarugo from Fossombrone is about 7 km is completely paved and follow an old Via Crucis (Stations of the Cross). Only the last stretch (about 1.3 km) is unpaved, but these are the inevitable country roads in the hilly landscape (they pass through the hamlets and are maintained partially by the municipality), while the last stretch (about 500 m) is a private road that is constantly maintained by myself and my neighbours. The section you indicate (1,3 km) is travelled by heavy agricultural vehicles and cannot be paved for obvious reasons, including landscape. In any case, I inform potential guests, “…” “…Casale Tarugo Montalto is located in the hinterland of Pesaro about 400 meters.... It’s a detached house and the property is surrounded by sunny hills surrounded by unspoilt nature (and the nearest house is 1,5 km from casale). Please note that, as the final part of access to the house are to go on a dirt road, we recommend do not use cars with attitude low or sports…” Notoriously the pleasant places are often isolated and the roads to reach simil properties are often narrow, gravel and not paved but, as you write, “…aber der Ausblick hat das alles wieder nach hinten gestellt einfach nur traumhaft…Ein traumhaftes Landhaus in der Idylle.." ” Thanks for the review and we hope to have you back as our guests. I’m very happy for your relaxing holiday in our casale and thank you very much for your words. However, I’m very sorry and surprised for some considerations, because I explained to you about the reception of television channels and internet. In both cases it should be always considered the particulary of the territory, because we’re not in an urban area (the characteristics of the house and the place are known aspects before arriving). About the television I wrote you that in Italy in next months will change the system to receive the tv satellite reception (but the DVB-T2 will affect the whole Europe). I’m considering installing specific satellite dish tv for German and international channels. This is the first time in 10 years that our guests complain about the television (and many our guests are German people). About internet, before your arrival, I explained to you the general situation “…about internet connection during summer time the telecommunications company will work to improve signal and so the internet connection does not work…”. But, as you’ve seen the reality has been definitely better and you surfed the internet and you wrote me “…we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Our boys were also happy that the WiFi worked quite reliably…”, And all of this, despite the rainy, windy and bad weather of some days during your stay. Besides, for my further care, I had the technician run a check (on Sunday) to verify the television, buti t worked normally. Casale Montalto Tarugo is not aging: on the contrary, every year constantly we perform modernisation interventions and maintenance of any type to increase the quality and the level of the property. In the early summer we bought new equipements for the casale: 2 microwaves, washing machine, bed and bath linen, wine and beer glasses, dishes, American coffee machine, set barbecue, board games, books, new headrests for the jacuzzi and much more … We aim to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible and to provide homely and friendly atmosphere and particularly attentive to your well-being. We’ve tried to help you in every way and accommodate all your requests and needs: early check in, early check out and all that and the breaking of the blue beach chair was not a problem for us. In any case, I’am always willing to hear other people's opinions, with interest and respect. Thank you for choosing us and all the best for you and your family!

Dear guests, thanks a lot for your review! As I wrote you I don’t live in casale during our guests’ stay, because I prefer they are able to enjoy their freedom. My friends-collaborators can help guests in every moment: it needs only to call them (their mobile phone is indicated in Guestbook) and they will arrive to casale (they live few minutes drive from casale). It’s true they speak English a little bit, or other languages, but our guests have a very useful and pratical support in our Guestbook in four different languages (English, French, Germany and Italian), or call me. We are very careful to check the equipments of the entire house, but we took care to your suggestions (microwave and shower). Every apartment has dozens of glasses and dishes, but if you need other wine glasses or dishes please ask for my collaborators. We have a stock of dishes, tableware, set kitchen, bed and bath linen in casale, because we have a great turnover (and breakages) and we have to buy new dishes for guests’ needs. Montalto Tarugo Casale is a great place for lovers of peace, nestled in the quiet hills of Pesaro, and is thus a suitable "refuge" for those seeking peace and relaxation: it’s one of more appreciated aspects of the our house!
