Rata St est une propriété bien aménagée de deux chambres à coucher sur la plage d'Otaki, sur une partie surélevée avec de grandes vues depuis une terrasse entourant la propriété. À l'avant, vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer et à l'arrière, une vue magnifique sur les collines de Tararua et les fourchettes d'Otaki. Cette propriété conviendra à un couple ou à deux couples qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes à la plage.

La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il a été récemment rénové et est bien aménagé avec une nouvelle cuisine. Il y a une grande télévision avec Internet fibre rapide et Chromecast pour Netflix, etc. La maison est chaude en hiver avec une chambre de combustion dans le salon et beaucoup de bois sec.

We did enjoy our stay and the location. The weather was not the best but I can imagine it would be a wonderful place to be on a good day. The only other negative besides the weather was the cleanliness of the property and having to clean the kitchen and bathroom prior to use and wash the duvet cover.

We loved it.In town for a wedding so I booked the house sight unseen from Nelson. It did not disappoint.Service - on the last morning we were all exhausted from the wedding. I texted Mark and asked how strict the 10am check out was and could we stay a bit later and not rush. Five mintues later I got "No worries".Amenities - We needed an iron and an ironing board. Oh, there they are. Very well appointed. Oh look, soft fluffy robes. Great.The decks - The best part of the place was the decks. One of them is around front and you have a lovely view of the sea (there was kite festival on and that added some atmosphere). The other deck is around the side and surprisingly private. Spent a lot of time outside chilling.Would recommend to anyone.

Peaceful sun trap

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable well appointed house. Views of the sea and farmland were gorgeous. Cosy with the open fire. Really enjoyed the all day sun. Would definitely book again.

Hi Sally. We discussed this and you apologized and agreed to change the review. But I have now learned that it's not possible to change a review once it's posted. So in summary, for potential guests... 1. Sally did not call or txt me which would have solved the problem, even though I gave her my number and asked her to contact me if I could help at all 2. The heater in the dining area worked fine. It just needed a to be turned on correctly 3. There were 2 more heaters in the cupboard that both worked and could have both been used. 4. There was a firebox with a huge load of dry wood beside it in the living room, plus kindling, fire starters and instructions. Geez!! We welcome all guests and there's no need for the house to be cold! Regards...Mark

Otaki Christmas

Had family Christmas at Otaki beach. Bach was great and had everything we needed for Christmas festivities including views of lovely pohutukawa trees. Really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring some extra family members too!
