Poolside Retreat # 33 est tout sur l'emplacement! Admirez les superbes vues panoramiques sur les montagnes, sous le soleil du sud de l'Utah, au bord de la piscine, sur un patio entièrement aménagé avec barbecue intégré et bar dans l'eau fraîche ou dans le salon situé sur le balcon supérieur avec terrasse et sièges.

Cette maison peut accueillir 17 personnes et comprend deux grandes chambres familiales avec de grands canapés sectionnels confortables. Chaque chambre familiale peut accueillir confortablement 15 personnes. La cuisine a été spécialement conçue pour que les familles et les groupes puissent prendre leurs repas avec suffisamment de place pour chaque personne à la table pour 12 personnes. Nouveaux comptoirs et armoires magnifiques, sols en carrelage uniques et espace pour que chacun puisse se détendre et profiter de vacances au paradis. La terrasse arrière couverte est une extension fabuleuse de la salle familiale et de la cuisine. Équipé de brumisateurs, d'un barbecue intégré et d'un coin salon avec foyer à quelques pas de la piscine. Les adultes pourront se détendre pendant que les enfants sont à proximité et s’amuser à la piscine.

Great property for a family or set of families. Plenty of space to spread out and with it only being steps from the pool was a huge plus. For pets there is a massive lawn area to throw a ball and get some exercise. Will definitely stay her again!

The house was beautiful, clean ,spacious, well equipped, it had everything we needed for cooking. It had lots of activities to keep the kids busy. There was plenty of open spaces for the dog. The pool was great. Would definitely come back.

Property is nice. Check in procedures a little vague tho (location of the key pad). Location of garage door opener not given in welcome book. Pleather sofa flaking with pieces behind sectional. Had to contact for a leaky toilet & response by maintenance was in 5 minutes! Totally impressed!

One of the dirtiest properties we have ever stayed in. Not the fault of general housekeeping but rather lack of maintenance. Carpets were filthy. Main level patio was so dirty we didn't go outside although the weather was rather nice. Cold air return for ventilation was so caked with dirt, dust and grime, it's a wonder we had any A/C. Note said do not turn below 73 due to freezing of pipes. Proper cleaning might eliminate those issues.

Family Reunion

This property has great rooms for all of us to have our separate bathrooms and a great kitchen so we could prepare most of our meals there for our week stay. The first night we found out the upper air conditioner was not kicking on and about 10:00 P.M. I text them and they responded immediately and were ready to come over that night but I was OK with the next day. They were over the exact time we scheduled and had it diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. Great response time. The rooms are all super quiet, I did not hear anybody else in the house when we were sleeping!

Family trip

Great place to stay. This is our second time staying at this house. It’s the perfect location. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out throughout the house. Close to stores and restaurants. It’s a nice safe area for a family to stay and play. We hope to visit again!

Great house, great location, very comfortable

We loved everything about the layout of this house. It was clean and easy to get in. The communication with the property manager was great! It was perfect for family, friends and our dog. Great open space inside for playing card games and spending time together. Plus being so close to the pool was awesome for the kids. Our only complaints: 1. As previously mentioned, the dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything 2. There was a flood in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the kitchen, but we called the management team and they came over on a Saturday night to check it out 3. The igniter on the fire pit doesn't work 4. We had to fix one of the bikes but that was easy and it was really fun biking around the neighborhood and park. Overall, great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay. But did run into some things we didn’t love. When we needed the 24/7 number for WiFi access for 2 people that needed to work or for a flood in the house we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for hours. When we arrived the first and half the second day we had no WiFi access and zero reception in the house. The upstairs toilet was broken and we were not aware so it flooded the bathroom and down into the kitchen. The dishwasher doesn’t work at all and all the put away drinking glasses were dirty when we arrived. Our kids were excited for the bikes but most are broken or the brakes don’t work. The extra bed in the bunk room is totally broken. The beds were clean but the overall house didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. We had to wipe flour off the counters and found clumps of other peoples hair multiple times in the family room. This is our second time staying in this house and we love the location next to the pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this community but this was the first time we had a poor experience. We weren't able to check in to the place until after an hour of the check-in time because it was still being cleaned. The quality of the furniture was very poor. The listing stated it could sleep up to a certain amount of people with the pullout couches but both were broken. The fire pit would not stay in unless you held the button. The dishwasher had a bad smell to it even after running a cycle.

Never received a key to access the pool

Beautiful home, but we had a few issues with dirty water in showers and tubs. Also we Never received a key from the property management company which was promised, so we could not access the pools. Fireplace and grill did not work either. We also did not receive check in information until 30 minutes prior to arrival which was a little stressful.

Great Place but poor management communication.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great but there were several problems like a gas leak and the diswasher not working. The communication from the rental company was not very good and we never did get the diswasher fixed. Overall a great place to stay, I am sure they will have the issues fixed by the time the next renter comes to stay.

Satisfactory at Best

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came in having such high expectations after hearing so many good things about Paradise Village. However, it was not even close to a satisfactory experience. We purchased early check in for 2pm. When we arrived around 2:30, the door code would not work. This should've been our first hint as to how the rest of the experience would be. Once we were able to get ahold of the office and receive the correct door code, we started to explore the house and figure out sleeping arrangements. The two queen pull out sofa beds upstairs were completely broken and couldn't be slept in. The twin rollaway bed was busted in the middle and also couldn't be slept in. That made us have to figure out where 5 people were going to sleep. We ended up having to go to Walmart and spend money on air mattresses for all of them. The wifi was not working and we contacted the office and were told we'd hear back. After not hearing back for a couple of hours we called again and were told the people who deal with the internet were off for the day. Extremely inconvenient when we had 3 of our guests who needed internet to log in and work. One of them had to get up early to go to a fast food restaurant in St. George to take a business Zoom call because the cell service was too bad to use a hot spot temporarily while we waited for internet. It was finally fixed after almost 24 hours. The refrigerator did not cool enough to have safe food temperatures. We ended up having to go buy a cooler and ice to keep perishable food cold enough. The fridge was set to the coldest setting and still was struggling to keep the small amount of drinks we kept in the fridge cold. There is a sign on the fridge saying not to overfill, which is absolutely absurd. How are you supposed to get food to feed 19 people when you can't even fill up the fridge? Spend the money on a new one. The house was filthy. I understand it's a rental, but please consider a deep clean. The tile floors were absolutely gross as well. And more...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely place, however could be much nicer if there was attention to details. When we arrived several hours after the 4 pm check in time the codes( 2 different ones) that had been emailed to me didn’t work to let us in. We waited in the hot weather a good 45 min before finally getting a code that worked. Shortly after unpacking we found out the internet access also was not working. This meant that we couldn’t watch TV or use the connection for our cell phones. We don’t have unlimited minutes and spent much of the first several days trying to get someone to fix the internet. Maintenance finally came out and said it was a problem with centurylink and that they wouldn’t open a ticket for him. They also would not call him back. To make a long story short that home has no internet and probably will not anytime soon. Even though it has 3 great 50 inch TV and brags about all the smart TV’s in the home.... You can’t enjoy them!

Great property, minor issues

The property is great. So is the community and it's amenities. Minor complaints are with cleaning. Property was mostly cleans but carpets badly need to be cleaned. Visible stains and feet were dirty after walking barefoot on carpets for short time. Also, cleaners didn't replace liquid hand soaps, they had all been refilled/topped off with water. Management was ok for checking in and out and questions regarding that but could have responded quicker and didn't address any questions or issues with property when told about them. The outside patio misters didn't work and we were told twice during our stay that someone would come look at it and they never came. Other than that, the property and community were awesome. Would stay here again, they just need to have the carpets cleaned and also be better at responding and following up.

Family fun in Zion

The views from the rear deck of the surrounding mountains along with the sunsets was delightful. Kids loved the two large pools, the bikes and the ping pong table. This awesome home and location is definitely one we will be coming back to.
