We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing home. The pool room was perfect for us to relax, watch the huge tv, have a few games and wines.The top deck was perfect for breakfast and a bbq dinner.Our two Rotties were very well behaved and loved the large yard to wander around in. Walking distance to the shops and beach as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a group of all ages

Spacious with several spaces to hang out or rest for the different age groups we had. Beautiful modern kitchen with plenty of your regular kitchen requirements, including slow cooker, electric beater, blenders. Great sized fridge and oven. Walking distance to the shops. Plenty of room in bedrooms, were clean and comfortable. No air conditioner at this house, we made the most of all the fans on full and windows open to get the sea breeze. A few nights were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, our group really loved the accommodation and its location. Will definitely go back again.

Beautiful house with all the amenities and walking distance to every thing you need.

Absolute beautiful house, spacious and enough room for three families comfortably. It contained gorgeous bathrooms and a huge kitchen perfect for cooking family dinners. There wasn’t enough blankets or towels though for all the guests even though we booked for 12. There could have also been spare blankets as the dooners were quite thin and the windows upstairs only had shutters no glass which made the rooms get cold hence the need for extra blankets especially for the kids. The fish cleaning sink was also not plumbed in which ment the lawn which was also the entry way got very muddy from hosing off the bench each day. But in the scheme of things we absolutely loved it and will stay again!

60th family birthday holiday

Great house with plenty of entertainment areas downstairs pool table room fantastic great location very short walk to shops and beach. The only suggestion is the upstairs lounge really needs a new lounge but we mainly used the upstairs deck which is very large and plenty outdoor furniture and we used the downstairs lounge area, otherwise a really great holiday home

Huge house so close to everything, sucha bonus to get a house that close to the beach , The billiards table 80 " TV with Foxtel was awesome as was rhe huge undercover deck Would also mention PRD , it's such a pleasure to deal with professional people, Meryl &Kina took great care of us and we'll be back

Great location

Everything you needed. Lovely cheese and wine and milk on arrival - nice and thoughtful touch. Photos online could be updated as furniture was more worn than it looked in photos. But this didn’t take away from enjoying our stay. Multiple areas to use was perfect.

Fabulous house and location

Very happy with the house and location. Short walk to beach , Shops and Restaurants. Highly recommend this place . Very cleans and roomy love love love the verandah :)

Everything you need for a relaxed family holiday

This place was awesome! We were so stoked. It catered for everyone - great entertainment area for the adults, epic downstairs area with pool table and massive TV, fully fenced for the doggies and super convenient to the shops, beach and Drift&Wood restaurant which we LOVED! The house has been stacked with everything you might need - even mozzie spray provided (which you’ll definitely need everywhere in Agnes/1770). The house was very clean and modern, the sheets and towels were lush. The wine and cheese in the fridge on arrival was a lovely surprise. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great stay

Great stay! Lovely house and location, just disappointed with the check in process and contact with the realestate, just missing air con and a screen door on the bottom, we had a friendly visitor (snake) try to come in and join. TVs didn’t work as no antennas other than that nice home.

Fantastic weekend getaway!

We booked this house out for my Dad's 60th birthday. 8 Adults and 4 kids all stayed in the house together and it was perfect. House is beautiful with lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. The back deck is amazing and was a perfect place to all sit and eat and play games. The whole yard is fenced and safe for the kids to explore and play. It really was a perfect place to stay we were all sad to leave.

Perfect for families

Great location close to the shops/beach. Quiet area for children to ride bikes and fully fenced for little ones. Plenty of room and fully furnished. Will definitely be back again!

Great holiday house

It is fabulously renovated and a great house to enjoy on holidays. Comfortable and great features like Foxtel and huge tv for movies, pool table, lovely kitchen and deck. It was very hot though. The fans helps but air con would have been nice to take the edge off making it a lot more comfortable during our stay.

Fishing Trip

Was a perfect place for a boys fishing trip the house had everything you need inside and out and was in walking distance to the shops, beach and the local tavern and the boat ramp was only a short five minute drive away.

Nice big house

My large family had a great stay here. Nice big house within walking distance of swimming beach and the business center of town. Especially loved the houses large deck and bbq and the games room with pool table was a big hit.
