Clearwater Lagoon Villa est une maison de vacances moderne, entièrement meublée et indépendante avec deux chambres, avec un salon spacieux décloisonné et une grande terrasse. Son emplacement en bord de mer est à quelques pas d'une plage de sable blanc.

Situé dans le village d'Arorangi, sur le côté ouest abrité de Rarotonga, le pont offre une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil et la plage.

L'endroit calme et abrité est parfait pour les enfants, et le lagon situé à quelques pas offre une baignade en toute sécurité. Choisissez un lit queen dans la chambre un, un lit king / deux lits simples dans la chambre deux.

Une cuisine bien équipée et complète signifie que la maison est entièrement indépendante. Un barbecue sur le pont permet de manger en plein air.

The location of this Villa is very nice and as described. There is a designated table for the Villa on the waterfront which is great spot to watch the sunset and it’s in easy walking distance along the shoreline to two good Restaurants. Highly recommend the Waterline Restaurant (make sure you book).

Lovely house adjacent to beach

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Villa very much. The location is fabulous and the house was spacious, clean and had a view to the beach. The house has a lovely deck, a garden with coconuts, pawpaw and passionfuit available for picking and is very well equipped. We had a great time and hope to return.

- great location, close to the beach and good neighbours, - nice big space in the two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room and in the bathroom, - property manager was very nice and approachable - came to visit us when we first arrived and when we left (Mata and his lovely wife) - property owner was very prompt with responses to our queries (Margie)

We'll be back!

Excellent place to stay in Raro. The property had everything we needed for a fabulous stay - including heaps of fruits and coconuts for snacking! The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants. However, I would recommend renting a car to get around the island. The hosts were easy to get ahold of when needed. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Raro wanting to get away from it all :)

Booked this bach with a little trepidation, since our previous stays were on the south coast with more inclusive service. The house turned out to be superbly convenient from the airport and finding it was easy. Communication was very good, despite no in-person contact with the owners. The house is not new, but is well maintained with two good-sized bedrooms and a generous living area. It accommodated 4 adults very comfortably, with no-one tripping over each other. The canopy area facing the beach was very useful for hanging up all our wet gear after snorkelling and plenty of room remained for outdoor meals etc. The house is not directly on the beach, but you can see it through the trees and walk to it in 30 seconds. Keen snorkellers should know that the lagoon in this area is a little shallower than at other places on the island, so it is good to be aware of tides. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how much snorkelling we could do, and the fish life is as abundant as anywhere else. The shallowness also makes the water very warm and safe for beginners. The only negative thing we had to say about the bach is that it is listed on bookabach as having air conditioning. It does not. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space which are effective to a degree, but this is not air conditioning. The listing should be amended accordingly.

Exceeded all expectations!

Absolutely fantastic property. The photos don't do it justice! Bedrooms are large, light and airy with great ceiling fans, bug screens on all windows and great through breeze. Kitchen is well set up and the BBQ and outdoor table were our go to for all our meals. Super close walk to plenty of beach bars/restaurants. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. 10/10

Loved the Cook Islands, but disappointed with property

Loved our stay in the Cook Islands and definitely want to return , however was a little disappointed in the house. Floor was not cleaned , was very dusty. The main lounge is stained and needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable, as does 2 of the ceiling fans ( and you really need them due to the heat). Photo’s of the beach are not the like that when you get there , the coral and rocks are all the way to the waters edge . We did enjoy our stay , however the photo’s are not a true representation of the property.

We are a little disappointed with your comments. We have recently had heavy rain and rough seas which will bring rocks and coral up on the beach. In time it clears. The manager insists the floors were cleaned before your arrival, so can't explain this. We'll look into the lounge suite issue. We were unaware there was a problem .

Excellent beach access

To our surprise the house was much bigger then expected, rooms and beds were comfortable with all the extras required for a lengthy stay. Quite often we would walk the beach and see no one else. A great find and good location for just what we needed!

Tropical garden delights and friendly animals

Great beachfront location on shared property - no others were staying at the same time although a few locals/neighbours used it as a thoroughfare to the beach so not completely private. Amazing avocados, passionfruit, limes and pomegranate in the garden aswell as pawpaw which wasn't ripe but we arrived to fresh pawpaw and pineapple in the fridge which was a nice touch. Resident dog Coco came to visit daily and we wished we had more food to give her as it seems she was abandoned by the owners of front house :( She was super sweet. So many local dogs make friends with you on the beach which is cute. BBQ was great to have. Lots of funny little chickens and roosters roaming around so be prepared to be woken up early! Word of warning - Wi-fi is not free; you have to buy a voucher from the local store to connect to a Bluesky hotspot. There is also a DVD player in the house which listing does not mention, but no dvds so would have been good to know so we could've brought our own. Lovely relaxing place to stay on the sunset side of the island.

Our stay at Clearwater Lagoon Villa made our “first time” visit to Rarotonga an awesome experience.

A home away from home, Clearwater is perfectly situated approximately 10mins from the airport, 15mins from the main township, Avarua. An abundance of wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars dotted around the island (we recommend, palace burgers, trader Jacks, tamarind house restaurant, Vaiana’s bistro & Bar, Bamboo Jacks, Punanganui Markets). We loved waking up in the mornings & sitting on the back veranda having bfast and listening to the crashing waves of the beach which you can also see from the veranda. The villa itself is open plan living which is so ideal in a hot tropical island where the air easily flows through the house. The property is beautifully maintained and looked after by Mata & Cathy who made us feel welcome and at home while we stayed at Clearwater. And last but not least, “Coco” the dog. The week before we arrived in Rarotonga we sadly had to put our beloved fox terrier, Myley to sleep. When Coco turned up at the house the day we arrived in Rarotonga it brought me to tears. Coco was always there when we were at the house and guarded the house while we slept ... just like my Myley. If you are a dog lover, you will fall in love with Coco. We highly recommend Clearwater Lagoon Villa, it is such a wonderful place to relax & reset. From Jacinta, Chardaye & Jamie, a warm “Meitaki Maata!”

Great place to stay in Rarotonga

We really enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Lagoon Villa. Good location on the Western side of the island. Private access to a quiet section of beach with great snorkeling. Villa had everything that we needed, we loved having the ability to cook at the accommodation when we didn't feel like going out. All at a very reasonable price.

Great Family Time

Amazing spot. Felt like we had our own beach with great snorkeling. Great house for a family. Make sure you hire a car. So easy to get everywhere and to resturants.
