Located on a quiet family friendly street, the entire house is available for your use, including a small outdoor patio (please note our back yard is not fenced)

Our home is a large open-concept 2600 square-foot raised bungalow, making it perfect for families or multiple couples. Three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs; and the lower level has two bedrooms and a full bath with kitchenette and large common area with TV (Netflix). Our tank-less water heater means everyone gets a hot shower!

We are just two short blocks from the centre of Wellington, including The Drake Devonshire, Wellington Rotary Beach, Millennium Trail and other great local spots all within walking distance!

Make our home your central location while exploring nearby wineries, breweries, galleries, and of course Sandbanks Provincial Park’s three sandy beaches!!
