Une chambre / une salle de bain condo prÚs de la vieille ville de Scottsdale. Unité de coin permet que le soleil de l'Arizona se déverse dans le condo. Si vous aimez un look épuré avec un mobilier contemporain, cet endroit est fait pour vous. C'est un endroit parfait pour des vacances en Arizona. Les prix sont plus élevés pendant la haute saison / mois d'entraßnement au printemps. Nous voulons rendre l'expérience de nos clients exceptionnelle!

Ce condo a une chambre et une salle de bain. Elle comprend Ă©galement un lit pliant double avec un matelas confortable et un surmatelas en mousse.

La dĂ©coration est contemporaine. UnitĂ© de coin trĂšs lumineuse et gaie avec beaucoup de fenĂȘtres et beaucoup de soleil. Le salon et la chambre disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision intelligente et le wifi est partout.

Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques. Le complexe de condos est adjacent au canal et à proximité de la ceinture verte et d'un parc pour chiens. C'est une belle région pour promener votre chien.

Il y a deux belles piscines communautaires et un bain à remous, un court de tennis et une salle de travail au club-house. Transport vers et depuis l'aéroport fourni (si notre chauffeur est disponible, sinon vous devrez prendre un taxi / Uber à notre place à vos frais).

Les terrains de golf sont partout. AccÚs autoroutier à proximité.

Stade d'entraĂźnement printanier de Scottsdale Ă  quelques minutes. Un tram gratuit vient vous chercher Ă  quelques pas de notre porte toutes les demi-heures et vous emmĂšne vers et depuis la vieille ville de Scottsdale (et le stade des Giants) en vous arrĂȘtant Ă  quelques pas de la porte d'entrĂ©e.

This clean and renovated condo was a perfect get away for two. Erin had it stocked and in great condition when we arrived. The location is quiet and close to downtown. I highly recommend it and hope to stay here again.

Great Condo

Great 3 month stay. Comfortable quiet condo with everything you need. Loved the peaceful patio. Plenty of space for both of us to work remotely with no issues. Host was friendly and helpful. Well maintained community with nice amenities. Will stay again.

Our host Erin made the trip so easy for us, she gave us check in instructions so we could find the condo with ease. When we got to the condo the fridge was stocked with food and drinks and made sure we were comfortable all weekend. If I'm back in Scottsdale again I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem!

This cute, renovated condo was perfect for my daughter and me. It's centrally located in Scottsdale and made getting around a breeze. Erin was one of the most gracious hostess we've ever had. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful!!!

I will start by saying that Erin is an incredibly kind and generous host. We arrived to a fridge stocked with drinks and a welcome wine and plenty of snacks! The condo is very clean, the bed was comfortable and check in and check out was so easy. We had a fantastic time, location is perfect to old town Scottsdale. Everything was truly perfect, one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Thanks Erin!

Beyond Excellent! Would give more stars if we could!

Everything about this condo is spectacular and Erin is a WONDERFUL host! The unit is beautifully decorated, with everything you could want in a short term rental and much more. She left all sorts of treats in the fridge/kitchen and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The bed is really comfortable and the entire place is immaculate. It's also centrally located with easy parking. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Scottsdale. Thank you Erin!

Scottsdale gem

Very nice condo with all the amenities. From check in to check out everything was perfect! Erin made sure we had everything we needed - when we asked where the kettle was to make tea she didn’t have one but within an hour or so there was a brand new one on the step when we got home! The location was perfect for visiting old town and we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed evenings on the attached balcony/patio. Transportation is a breeze with a trolley picking up right out front of the complex that takes you anywhere in old town and several places beyond. The shopping is fantastic in the area and there are several grocery stores nearby. The complex was very quiet with mostly mature residents. We enjoyed chatting with residents and guests from all over North America. We shall return!

Beautifully decorated, immaculate and comfy place

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, extremely clean, and comfortable. Erin was amazing and got back to me immediately when I texted her with any questions or needs. IE: I texted requesting dishwasher soap and less than 5 min later it was on our porch. It was also nice to have our own private balcony outside to relax on with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this property to any couple (if you don't mind the 15 steps to front porch entrance). The only inconvenience was the lack of uncovered parking nearby for anyone who wanted to visit. It is on the other side of the complex so a bit of a walk. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Erin's condo was amazing and immaculate.

We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. Upon our arrival, she had a small birthday cake and balloon there for him. She contacted us before our arrival to ask about snacks and had wine and cheese in the fridge as well. The condos location is central to everything in Scottsdale. There are many different food/restaurant options to choose from that are close by. One evening, we even caught a comedy show in Phoenix which was only a short 25 minute from Erin's condo. Definitely stay!!! We will be back. Thanks for everything Erin.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay at this very attractive condo. Unit is clean, stylish and well maintained. Host was great with lots of small touches including availability, fresh fruit and candy. Pool is a great amenity and quiet shady deck is a big plus.

Fun and colorful condo

My husband and I loved Erin's condo. She has a great sense of humor and style with her decor and the place is stocked. Owner was very accommodating with our check-in time and had many different snacks and drinks for us, she thought of everything. Location is great and association is very private and quiet.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Antigua. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Erin, our host, was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
