Notre appartement de 2 chambres est situé à Frankton Marina sur les rives du lac Wakatipu. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. L'appartement vit et respire la vie au bord du lac avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes du centre d'Otago. L'appartement est situé dans un complexe propre, calme et bien conçu. Nous vous encourageons, vous et vos invités, à profiter de notre hébergement privé avec parking gratuit dans la rue, barbecue commun au complexe et wifi gratuit.

Home away from home

A quiet peaceful home away from home. Clean and fully equipped, allowing for an easy, pleasant, restful stay. The property owners were easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I didn’t realize this condo was in Frankton versus Queenstown but that ended up being a good thing I thinkQueenstown was very crowded, busy; Frankton is close (if you have a car) but not as crowded, busyOur final payment didn’t go through automatically; so I did that upon arrival; got the check-in information after that; was a little tricky finding the condo because it’s in the middleThe view was nice but definitely partially obstructedUpon arrival, the condo was clean other than the interior of the stoveOverall, the condo is spacious with basic furnishingsI loved the heated floor in the bathroomIt was helpful to have a washer, dryer with detergentWe were disappointed to learn there is no hot tub on the properly; despite that being included on the VRBO descriptionAnd there was nothing “smart” about the TV in the living room as far as we could tell; just got a couple local TV channelsThe property manager was very responsive to my emails; especially given we were there over ChristmasWe enjoyed walking along the path around the lakeWe also enjoyed the brewery and a couple of the restaurants at the marinaPlus the jet boat :-)

Nice location, great accomodation

Nice and tidy apartment with a great location situated close to all the local amenties. The apartment was perfect for us during our stay and contact with the owners were excellent. Really enjoyed our time here and if ever we are back in Queenstown then we will be sure to book here again. 5 stars.

The apartment was very spacious, warm and had a fabulous view. It was very well priced.

It was a lovely apartment with quality footings and appliances. It was very spacious and had a fabulous view. And balcony. Great having off street parking. The duty manager was very helpful on check in and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment and facility to others.

Awesome place to stay with family

Stayed here for the Christmas holidays. The place offers nice lake view and near the CBD. Spacious rooms with all the facilities and ample parking space. Would recommend to stay here.
