Ceci est un condo récemment rénové 2 chambres 2 salle de bain complÚte 1010 pieds carrés.

Vous y trouverez de la literie, des draps, des couvertures, des serviettes pour le lit et le bain. Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine fournis. Apportez simplement votre valise et votre Ă©picerie. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour fournir tout le reste.

Comprend laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Téléviseur à écran plat 40 pouces, Roku et Internet. Avec le canapé-lit du salon, cette maison peut accueillir confortablement six personnes.

Great Location and Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was perfect for visiting the Historic Triangle of Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown or exploring the Norfolk and Hampton Roads area. The condo was clean and furnished well for all our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious, clean, updated throughout, and was convenient to the activities and sites we were in the area for. Lynn was helpful during the booking process and made the check-in and check-out very easy. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling through this part of Virginia.

The condo was a nice 2 bedroom with 2 bath. It was well maintained and at a great location near the Patrick Henry mall and Oyster Point areas. The management team was very responsive to issues or concerns raised during our stay. Great customer service.

Great short (or long) stay

We had a great experience here. The apartment was very clean and decently appointed. Plenty of linens and having a washer/dryer helps. The mattresses were AMAZING! You'll have a great sleep. Lots of storage space and room for family activities. Nice little complex and the neighbors were even friendly when out in the parking lot. We will definitely be back when in town visiting family. This is 100 times better than a hotel!!!

Really A Home Away From Home

This property was very nice to stay in. Everything that is listed about it is true and correct. Mr. Howard is very accommodating and replies very quickly. The beds are wonderful and I couldn't believe how much closet space there was. The kitchen is very nice as are the bathrooms and living room. We were able to bring our miniature dachshunds so it truly was a home away from home. Definitely would stay again if in the area. A lot of great shopping and restaurants very close by. Busch Gardens was also very close.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying at this property! It was a wonderful setup for our family and beautifully furnished with all the things you could need in a kitchen, even children's plates and cups. My son was sad we had to leave. When we come back up to visit my family again, this property would be my first choice!

Really great place to stay! Kitchen was well stocked. Two bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Keypad lock was very convenient. Two full baths a plus! Streaming on both TVs and internet was fast and convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants with lots of choices. Very quiet neighbors. Would stay here again. Owner communication very good.

Comfortable accommodations, with a good location for us. Online pictures slightly misleading, showing a king bed. Exterior could use fresh coat of paint. Main entrance a haven for bumble bees, making entering and exiting a bit scary. Both bathtub faucets tedious to adjust to right temperature. Minor issues, which would not prevent us from renting again.

Bait and Switch

We signed up for the advertised newly remodeled unit on the lower level. The day of check-in we were informed of a different unit where we would be staying. The unit ended up being an upstairs unit and had not been remodeled. Also AC vent was filthy dirty. Cupboards were coming off the hinge. Other things that could have made our stay better: chairs to sit in on the balcony, coffee/cream/sugar for the first night and small soap for first shower.

Excellent place for a Family Holiday in Hampton Roads

We have family in the area from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg, and in-between. The location was perfect to allow us to visit everyone without having to spend too much time on the road. It is less than 30mins from Busch Gardens/Water Country, which is nice as well. The aparment itself is located in a quiet community, less than 10mins from the Newport News Airport. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped if you wish to cook. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The hosts were friendly and responsive and went out of their way to help us when my son could join us at the last minute by purchasing an air mattress for him to use. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we come to the area.
