Appartement moderne et moderne de 2 chambres dans un endroit fantastique

Notre appartement au nord d'Adélaïde est superbement situé dans la rue relativement calme d'Archer, au nord d'Adélaïde. Il est entièrement autonome, dispose de 2 chambres avec lits queen size, une cuisine séparée avec tout le matériel de cuisine et les ustensiles dont vous auriez besoin, y compris une machine à café, une salle à manger séparée et un salon. La terrasse extérieure et la terrasse avec barbecue sont un véritable atout.
Il se trouve à seulement 150 mètres de O'Connell Street et de nombreux restaurants et cafés. 10 minutes à pied de Adelaide Oval. Encore 5 minutes et vous pourriez être dans le centre-ville d'Adélaïde, le casino Adelaide ou le Festival Theatre. Notre appartement est situé juste à côté du North Adelaide Village, qui comprend un centre de remise en forme Goodlife ouvert 24h / 24, un supermarché, un magasin de fruits et légumes, une boucherie, des cafés, des coiffeurs et plus encore. Nous vous garantissons que vous adorerez l'emplacement.
C'est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée, donc facile d'accès et sans escalier à monter. Le salon en plein air est un véritable atout et augmente la surface habitable d'environ 25%. Asseyez-vous sous un arbre avec un café, une bière ou un vin et profitez de l'espace. L'arrière de l'appartement donne sur un agréable jardin. Great stay, excellent apartment

If you are looking for a well setup apartment close to everything then this is definitely the one for you. The apartment is beautifully presented and well equipped, with lots of little extras that make you feel welcome. Geoff has this setup so well it feels like staying at a friend’s place house sitting. The apartment was immaculate. The courtyard with its bbq was an absolute bonus. The neighbourhood is excellent and being next door to the North Adelaide Village for shopping and restaurants was very convenient. Public transport is a short 2 minute stroll down the street, so having a vehicle is not necessary when travelling from interstate or overseas. For those wanting to keep fit it is just a walk into the CBD. Everything was just so easy from checking in to the end of our stay. Both the apartment and the surrounding areas felt safe and secure. This is defiantly a place we would stay again when visiting Adelaide and we will certainly recommend it to friends. Thanks Geoff for a very enjoyable experience in a home away from home.

A lovely review of my property and confirms for me that we are doing the right thing in how we set up the apartment. We keep reviewing the things we do and what we offer and have just bought some super comfy cushions for the outdoor furniture setting. Another excellent stay

The location is fantastic, you can walk into the CBD without any issues, catch a bus nearby or park a car safely off street. The area and apartment complex is extremely quiet. There is a shopping village next door with a good variety of shops and an exceptionally good IGA supermarket. There is an abundance of restaurants and other eateries within walking distance. The unit is well presented, with the additional and extra small touches make for a delightful stay. The outside courtyard makes a great entertaining area or just an additional space to relax in. We have stayed here before and will certainly return again on our next trip to Adelaide.

Perfectly positioned

Lovely apartment with the bonus of a courtyard, with North Adelaide’s charms a step away. Easy walking distance to the city. Easily accessible options for self-catering (and well-equipped kitchen) as well many excellent options for dining out.

Beautiful location and very family friendly!

We absolutely loved it! Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the Adelaide oval. Unit was clean and included an abundance of games for the kids! Off street parking was also a massive bonus!

I had everything I needed for my 2 week stay.

My stay at the apartment was excellent ,very clean & tidy with high quality bedding & towels. The private courtyard was the perfect place to sit and relax. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with an amazing rainhead shower, for me a total luxury! I had everything I needed for my 2 week stay and I felt I had been spoilt with the beautiful furnishings and high quality modern finishes, including a large screen TV and a super comfortable couch. I can’t thank Geoff enough for making sure I was comfortable. My stay in Adelaide was due to a family illness & Geoff was very supportive of my situation & kept in contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again on a future visit to Adelaide.

I would recommend this property to any one!

The apartment is in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself has everything we needed and was spotless clean. Geoff was a wonderful host and communication was great! Not only will we be staying again but we would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Why this Property? It is where I would choose to live myself. I love the location and the lifestyle that North Adelaide provides. Its close proximity to so many restaurants, cafes & pubs is an absolute plus, as is the close proximity to Adelaide Oval and the city centre. And my guests love it!!
