Bienvenue à la maison du soleil levant! Cette élégante maison de plage mise à jour offre de belles vues dégagées sur l'océan et les plus beaux couchers de soleil sur la baie! Vous adorerez vous rassembler sur les deux ponts avant et vous détendre avec votre café du matin ou un toast pour une merveilleuse journée à la plage au coucher du soleil! Il dort confortablement 15! Il dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complÚtes. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen confort et TV, salle de bain privée et terrasse, La chambre Ahoy comprend un lit double, TV et vue sur la baie! Nos quartiers d'équipage comprennent 2 ensembles de couchettes simples avec une marche intégrée amusante pour les tiroirs. La chambre Back Bay Bunker propose deux lits superposés en taille réelle ainsi qu'un lit gigogne et une vue sur la baie! Le grand canapé en cuir de la grande salle VAULTED comprend un lit double gigogne et un fauteuil inclinable! Votre famille et vos amis peuvent se rassembler autour de l'ßle centrale pour s'amuser et préparer des repas dans la fabuleuse cuisine blanche flambant neuve, rehaussée de bois de navire pour une ambiance décontractée sur la plage. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, assiettes, verres, marmite à fruits de mer, mixeur, grille-pain à 4 tranches, machine à café et machine Nespresso! La grande salle ruisselle avec tant de lumiÚre naturelle et des vues fabuleuses! Il est voûté et comprend une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 64 pouces.

La plage est gardée et jamais trop fréquentée. Vous pouvez surfer, faire du kayak et du paddle board et des balises de plage sont incluses! Le service de promenade et de navette est à seulement 1 pùté de maisons. Beaucoup de siÚges en plein air est disponible sur les deux ponts, il y a aussi un gril et une douche extérieure. Great location and plenty of room! Owner answered our calls/texts straight away and fixed the situation (we locked ourselves out - totally our fault!). Bikes were old and rusty so, I would bring own - everything else was perfect!

Wonderful.

The property was wonderful. My family absolutely enjoyed the vacation. The view of the ocean was great, the view of the salt marsh and the setting Sun was fantastic. The property itself was clean and inviting and had every amenity you could ask for. Looking forward to another stay.

Great place to stay in Sea Isle City!

Clean, organized and comfortable. Best beds we've ever slept in at a rental. Well equipped with anything you may need for a beach vacation. Great ocean and bay views. Quiet part of town but only a few blocks to Wawa, boards and several restaurants. Our host was attentive and answered all of my questions quickly prior to departure. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location!

Wonderful week with family at the beach. Cant beat the location and the beach in this spot is very quiet and much less crowded than the boardwalk. The house was great for our group of 8 - very nicely decorated and clean!

Beautiful House, Mean Landlord

Typically don’t leave reviews but, this seemed justified. Overall, while the house was wonderfully gorgeous, i am not super happy with my experience with the landlord. The day of check-in, we realized there were no check-in details provided in the VRBO app. After a long trip down and no response from the landlord via message, we had no choice but to sit on the phone with VRBO customer service to get into contact with the landlord. Thankfully, we were able to reach her only to arrive to the house with cleansers still there. We could have easily looked past this as the rest of our trip was wonderful and the house was absolutely gorgeous inside and out
. until it came time to check-out. We admittedly had a few hiccups with misplacing the beach-tags while also having one of our guests lose their car key the day of check-out, which we stayed honest and in immediate contact with the landlord about while working to resolve. We luckily were able to resolve both issues within the same day - finding and returning the beach tags and getting the spare key for our buddy to remove his car. In the meantime, while we worked to handle and resolve the situation - the landlord hit us with rude text messages, a nasty VRBO review, and a $400 beach tag charge which we clearly resolved. Very disappointed as this place has so much potential.

Sea Isle Rising Sun

Overall great experience. The house is beautifully decorated and has amazing views of the ocean and bay. Well stocked for cooking as well as an assortment of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, kayak, fishing rods, etc). The charging outlet was an added bonus (though you will need a NEMA adapter). Beach had plenty of room and the promenade is one block away for walks/biking. Very nice home in a great location.

Sea Isle Beach House

Great property and great location! Corner property with beach access right across the street and a lifeguard right at that entrance. Far away enough from the condos so this area of the beach was less crowded even on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. Promenade was a short walking distance away and the downtown area has great restaurants and shops! Lots of bikers and walkers of all ages. Great family friendly town... clean and cheerful. House has everything you need for a shore getaway-from beach passes to TWO outdoor hoses to wash off, to a great outdoor shower, with rooms that are nicely sized and well decorated and great for large groups. Kitchen and great room are beautiful in the morning for the natural light and the kitchen is fully equipped for a glass of wine for the adults or a cup of water for the kids. Everything is updated and it was a pleasure staying here. Pat was accessible from my first question to our last. Very pleasant and accommodating. Wish we could stay here for a longer time but back to reality. You won’t regret staying here! Perfect location, town, house and owner.

Rising Sun is as advertised

We were 10 people in the house and we all were very happy with the property, the roominess, amenities, abundance of parking, beach tags, location and access to a guarded beach, quiet nights, gorgeous sunsets over the bay & the uncrowded beach where we felt at ease during these socially distant times. When we contacted Pat - the owner - about as issue she was very responsive and corrected it ASAP.
