It’s a beautiful home. Exactly as described. Owner is very communicative Beautiful outdoor seating areas. Cows to see! Had some minor issues with the home while there and the owner was very responsive and quick finding solutions.

wonderful historic property - great stay

My group and I have stayed at the Stoneham house before and it has always been a most pleasant experience. Comfortable, elegant and surprisingly modern considering the history of the property. Every VRBO should be this easy and nice ! Karen

Modern Historic property

Even in the extreme heat of August, this wonderful farmhouse stays delightfully cool. Air conditioning and heat in winter -- we experienced both seasons -- worked beautifully. I love this property and the beautiful area.

Gorgeous

What an amazing property!! The house and grounds are beautiful. We stayed here for my step daughters wedding and everything was perfect. We requested an early check in and lay checkout and both were allowed with no problem. The house is large and beautifully decorated. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Farmhouse!

We had a lovely visit! The property beautifully decorated and I loved the large kitchen. Out host was extremely easy to contact when needed and this was a great location to visit the Texas Renaissance Festival!

This is a wonderful house and property.

This property is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. It is a wonderful place to get together with your friends and family for a weekend and is definitely well worth the money. It is close both to Plantersville, College Station and The Texas Renaissance Festival. While it is a two story house, the stair steps are very shallow making it easy to navigate even for the older folks.

Best Birthday Ever!!

Spent a long weekend here with family and friends to celebrate by birthday. The house is beautiful! It was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Although there are no tv’s, the house had every amenity that we needed. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful place with lots of character

Our stay was a great experience. The house has a lot of charm and a true piece of history. The pin on the map of VRBO was wrong and the house was farther from our daughter's wedding venue in downtown Navasota than we would have liked but it still worked well for our family.

Peaceful getaway at this beautiful historic home!

We loved our stay in this old historic home! It was very clean and accommodated our group nicely. The property manager was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions on how to find and enter the property, as well as instructions on how to check out. The house has a beautiful kitchen with updated appliances and a large dining table perfect for 8 adults! A few things worth noting: -The water pressure was sensitive when more than one person was showering at a time. -There are no tv's in the house which was a negative when traveling with our husbands on a college football Saturday. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in this area!!

We absolutely LOVED the home, property, attention to detail. Everything was PERFCT. The air conditioner worked great throughout the entire home. Plenty of basics were stocked. So comfy and welcoming.

Beautiful property for Aggie Ring Day celebration

I rented this beautiful home to celebrate my daughter getting her Aggie Ring and it was absolutely gorgeous. The owners have paid so much attention to detail, everyone in my party was in awe of the property and can’t wait to book again!!!

Beautiful home, nice owners

This was a gorgeous, historic home that was decorated beautifully and was VERY comfortable for a weekend stay. Our book club was there for a women's retreat - we were happy to find a place to relax away from Houston. We had a few problems while we were there (No Wifi or hot water), that the owners were easy to get in touch with and were INCREDIBLY prompt in dealing with. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix either when we were there, which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. I would definitely stay there again.
