NEVAH BARC est une spacieuse maison de vacances de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et à seulement quelques pas des commerces et de la jetée.

Cuisine / salle à manger et salon à aire ouverte, cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes. Salon avec climatisation réversible, TV écran plat et DVD, lecteur CD et radio. Salle de jeux indépendante avec table de billard.

Hi Danyl, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. It is noted on the paperwork that bonds are refunded within 7 to 10 business days of departure we do our best to have them refunded within 5 days. I have checked your bond refund and it was actually refunded back to your credit card on the 10th February - 4 days after departure. Unfortunately the banks don't refund as quick as we do, this is completely out of our control. I note your review is dated 25th February, please check your account again as the banks don't usualy take 15 days to process a refund.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neat, tidy and fine for a place to sleep. Wouldn’t hurt with a freshen up and a good clean and dust. We wiped over all door knobs and light switches (for our own OCD cleanliness 😄 and they were dirty/dusty. A good strong air freshener wouldn’t go astray. Would recommend as a good spot and easy to get to other places on the YP but would pre warn people that it’s old.

Good location

Nice place to stay with everything we needed. Communication was good with what we had to bring, eg linen, food etc. The only thing that spoilt it was the smell. I think a rat or mouse must have died so the stench when we got there was 🤢 I'm sure that was a one off incident bc there was no reference to smell in the reviews. We did have to clean off the dead bugs from the window sills. We still had a great time, just opened all the windows and bought plug in air fresheners.

A great getaway

We were very impressed with this property, it ended up being better than what we expected from the photos. One suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress protectors, they were looking like they had seen better days.

Nevah bark is the best holiday rental

This place is absolutely bliss it is the perfect getaway for anyone The house is well set out with a games room to keep everyone occupied It is close to shops and jetty and is quiet and peaceful. We will always come back to this place and we will always enjoy it it is amazing well done to everyone involved couldn't ask for a better holiday shack

Location ok , house very dated , bedding very poor . House not inviting . Could not recommend to anyone and wouldn’t stay there again . Came from interstate and had to bring own sheets and towels . Luckily I had sister living there so she provided them . I grew up in Ardrossan and was disappointed with the house that you would expect people to pay that kind of money for it . Sorry but you need to do some improvements especially the beds and bedding .

This property offered everything you could want in a holiday home on the Yorke Peninsula. Spacious living and entertaining areas, with everything on hand. Walking distance to the town centre or jetty for the energetic.
