Maison en brique de quatre chambres située au coin des rues Stewart et Gowing, orientée au nord et offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan du célèbre Point Break de Crescent Head.

Idéalement situé à distance de marche du centre-ville, du quartier central des affaires et de la plage principale, cet établissement est la destination de vacances idéale pour profiter de l'atmosphère endormie de Crescent Head.

Le premier niveau comprend une cuisine, un salon et une salle à manger combinés qui s'ouvrent sur le balcon couvert pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan. La cuisine est équipée d’une table de cuisson en verre et d’un lave-vaisselle pour que maman puisse passer des vacances aussi, avec du parquet poli sur toute la surface et une grande table extérieure en bois pour le balcon. Chambre à coucher principale avec sortie intégrée et balcon avec vue sur l'océan. Deuxième chambre à coucher avec buanderie et buanderie à l'arrière à côté de la sortie de la cour.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend les troisi��me et quatrième chambres, toutes deux avec éléments intégrés. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées et sortie pour verrouiller le garage.

The 180-degree views, from the mountains to the sea, the well set out home. solar powered as well, all makes for an excellent stay.Close to the Point, beach, and shops, it's all round a great place to stay.

It's conveniently located and within walking distance of everything in CH. The house is darn near perfect with everything a holiday home needs and more. If there is a criticism, it is that the downstairs bedrooms don't have ceiling fans and they were very hot and stuffy. That aside the property is A1.

The only negatives: we were all set to have a family barbecue on our first night and alas 2 empty gas bottles, and garage closed. And we were a little disappointed that Foxtel had been taken off. But we’ve booked again for October. We’ll be back!!! 🤗
