Situés à seulement 8 km du centre-ville, les attractions et les centres d'événements de San Antonio sont à proximité. This stay was such a pleasant one, starting from our first day. The home listing and pictures were very accurate, and the rooms were all very spacious and clean. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to get you through your stay. The location is perfectly within reach of stores as well and was not far from our destinations. And, I cannot say enough about the host, who was very helpful and accommodating and quick to respond. We will keep SA Vacay in mind for our next trip to San Antonio!

My family of four generations had a wonderful 3-night stay! The location is in a safe, family oriented neighborhood, and it’s convenient for sightseeing and tourist attractions across the city. There is a great king bedroom on the first floor which we needed for my 90 year old mother in law, and the four bedrooms upstairs accommodated the rest of the family very comfortably in a king suite with the other three bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There’s driveway parking for two cars, but street side parking was in high demand.

Excellent for Air Force Graduation

The house was clean and roomy. A great place to bring your Air Force graduate back to to visit. About 20 min from base and 6-11 minutes from Walmart and a variety of restaurants. Was very happy with stay.

Spring Break

We used the house as a home base to see San Antonio, Houston, and Corpus Cristi. It was a great location and we loved the house. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. We will look to book again in the future.

Awesome experience

The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and check in was a breeze. We came into town for an event at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The house was centrally located and convenient. Communication with the host was swift and immediate. Highly recommend

Great House

Carlos was a great host. The house looked just as it did in the pictures. Also, the house was very spacious, and accommodated our family of 12 with no problem! I would recommend this house to family, and friends.

Vacation June 7-14

We had a wonderful time staying in San Antonio. The house was just perfect and very close to whatever we wanted to do. We are from Knoxville TN and wanted to do something special for our son who graduated high school and he said he would like to visit Texas.The down town area is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The river walk is awesome! We have already talked about coming back. Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay!

Exactly what we needed

The house was spacious in a location that felt safe, close to shopping, food and not far from the city. The property manager was very responsive, flexible and helpful. When we contacted him about a small issue with the drain in the kitchen sink, he gave the solution to the issue and called to follow up. The house is well stocked, in good condition, has a great backyard for small children, and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Amazing experience! We had a family of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids… the house was super spacious. The pictures do not do justice. Beautiful place, nice neighborhood! And AWESOME HOST! Mr. Carlos Muñoz stayed communicated to attend our needs. Really makes you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back to it.

Excellent stay for BMT graduation

We had the best stay at this place. So glad that we had rented a house rather than hotel rooms. It allowed our son to come back to the house with us and relax during his town passes. Travelled with my mother and so she was able to utilize the main level bedroom and bathroom. Ac worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Could use a few more towels but laundry soap was supplied so I only needed to wash them once. The beds were all memory foam and comfortable with good support. Pillows were great. Plenty of blankets if needed. It was a great location between the base and downtown area. The roads into the development were a little bit bumpy, but that would be our only complaint. The host was rapid to respond to any questions we had. It was close to many restaurants and Walmart, etc. very safe community. We would highly recommend this home especially if traveling for bmt graduation.

San Antonio family vacation

The website does not do this house justice, the amount of living space was amazing. We took our sons and their families for a getaway to San Antonio and this house was perfect. The owner thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of bath towels. The house was also very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood this house is close to downtown and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner answered me immediately when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location

This property was perfect for our stay. Just a few minutes away from shopping and the restaurants. The property had everything we needed. Usually when we rent a house we have to go to the nearest store to buy utensil or pots and pans. Mr. Carlos kitchen was stocked with all the necessities even the seasonings to cook with. The property and the neighborhood was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and spacious

House was really big, all of the bedrooms and living spaces are very nice and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we could need except a Keurig but we brought our own. Neighborhood was a little cramped with cars parked on the street but overall felt very safe and quick access to downtown and zoo/gardens/etc. Beds were all very comfortable. We didn't realize about the closet full of extra towels until a few days in but there were plenty.

Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and and 2 girls!

I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio ( & If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family!

I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.
